  1. Read the crew interviews - Cooper stated why. 'right plane in the right place at the right time'. He didn't elaborate. He got upset when Tina asked him where he was from. He asked the ticket agent if it was a 727 coming. He wanted a jumpable aircraft. He said he had a grudge, but not against NWO.
  2. More to the point - what's your excuse! Try where you put your keys .. try the refrigerator! Still in the door lock ? ........................................................... ???
  3. Somebody at the old Royal Crown would have had to sign for the money so there is a Court record. That names someone at RC. One idea is to ask the Justice Dept to refile and determine what happened to the bills, but the chance of that happening right now is slim to none. At the time Royal Crown was a London based company. Likewise Christies. One rumor is that someone at RC made an inquiry with an official at Christies New York office about auctioning the money. We also believe Tosaw continued to try and follow the Royal Crown money after the Court case with the thought of acquiring it. Tosaw was dealing with named people at RC NYC. Tosaw's family may have those records? I think somebody is sitting on that money today. The WSHM didnt appear interested in exploring any of this - in fact there is almost no evidence that anyone along the way has had a 'forensic' interest in the Cooper money, except for myself and Tom Kaye, in spite of the fact that the money may establish key markers in what happened after Cooper left the plane. The bills were given and shipped to RC from Portland in FBI evidence folders, just like the Ingram bills. So its not just bills and fragments of bills, but also Tena Bar debris in those folders. Enough to make a forensic person's eyes open wide. Today, it is standard practice to do mass spectroscopy and isotope analysis on evidence of this kind. So far as I know that has never been done with the Ingram money, by anyone. It is still not too late!
  4. Totally agree. I could site many examples as could you. Blustering is a form of defense in chimps and in our species for the weaker less secure members of a group. I once suggested we look for Cooper among Voc Rehab clients (1965-80) in the Northwestern Division.
  5. People express different personalities at different ages ? Consider Cooper's age.
  6. Dont you have to put what he said in context? At minimum he was an intelligent rather informed greedy thief, if thats all he was. Dudeman seems to have a different picture of Cooper? Maybe you are fitting Cooper into a class of people you have had to deal with over the years? If he is only a greedy thief then he is a common thief who has traveled rather widely at least in his mind - Tacoma, Minnesota, wants to go to Mexico, inspects chutes and money, builds a bomb that evidences a correct wiring pattern as evidenced by an electrician's daughter who describes it, spouts flyable wing settings, .......... if nothing else he is a very observant common thief with experience beyond your common neighborhood thug with a pistol, . . . this case stresses people to come up with their descriptions or prescriptions for Cooper, based on their life experiences. Maybe one description is as good as another! This isnt CNN with a panel of experts', or is it ? And Flyjack trumps everyone! FJ tells you 'how to think' - the SafecrackingPLF logic of truth in the Cooper case. The ecclesiastical "Bogic of it all". Nam myo ho renge kyo! Correct breathing exercises are required before thinking about DB Cooper.
  7. OK. Thanks for your opinion. Since opinions erase other opinions we are back to NOTHING!
  8. Sure thats possible. The line reads: "She asked him why he picked Northwest Airlines to hijack and he laughed and said “It’s not because I have a grudge against your airlines, it’s just because I have a grudge”. He paused and said ‘that the flight suited his time, place, and plans.’" Airlines above is plural in both instances. We need a dna profile of some kind for this guy! What is it going to take? People get off your assess and give us a dna profile!
  9. Well, NWO consisted of several divisions/airlines. Didn't it. He was saying, if I am permitted by YOU, his grudge wasn;t against NWA ! Maybe you can find something wrong with my words 'it' and 'the' ? Lets just let you do the whole thing! Any thoughts about my nostrils and toes, plural ?
  10. If we had some concrete idea about what or who and where to look, but we don't! Maybe a white guy with a Spanish ancestry? A person with an athletic or military record? A police record? Or a person with none of these traits finally moved by desperation to do something few people who attempt. If we take Cooper's words at face value he had a grudge or a personal cause that finally moved him to challenge the system openly, to score a point for the little guy. "But not against your airlines, plural'. Maybe against all airlines? Maybe against the Air Force? But definitely in behalf of the 'little guy' ? See what the 'little guy' can do when push comes to shove ? Somebody definitely in tune with 'the system' of the 1970s with the Vietnam War closing down. Cooper told us that as far as he was concerned, his act was political, whether authority figures want to admit it or not. Cooper was either 'somebody' or 'nobody'! Cooper hunters and the FBI cant seem to make up their minds who and what he was. Ten steps forward, five steps backwards! Since no easy evidence maybe a reluctance to even pursue this, since no one was hurt or killed ? Thus a voluminous set of records going nowhere with no Cooper at the end of it all ! Ships passing in the night - what was it ?
  11. I think Tom looked for band pieces but wasnt successful. I asked Brian to examine his evidence folders and describe what (debris) he was seeing. Has anyone examined his folders? The FBI has its folders. Then there are the bills (in evidence folders) awarded to Royal Crown Insurance. Those folders/bills were shipped off to Royal Crown in NYC by the company's attorney in Portland. Nobody has any idea what happened to them or where the bills and folders would be today. A numismatist-dealer tried to collect as many Cooper bills as he could locate, several years ago. Then it turned out the collector-dealer wasnt even aware of the Cooper money Court settlement - so I sent him a copy. I havent talked to that person in several years. I dont know if he made any progress tracking the Royal Crown bills/folders ... I guess its time to get an update on that if possible.
  12. How do you know !? I can think of three sets of files where band remnants might be. My feeling is, nobody cares. And nobody is looking. There are people in this case who dont want any new evidence - they dont want the boat rocked. It fits their agenda to have no more evidence unless it is them presenting it to the world ! These people always have been on a mission to be the sole managers of the case. Someone could put a decent Bounty/Reward for any NEW evidence in the Cooper case!
  13. That is possible IF the bands are near the surface. Then they bake. But which summer ? The band clock is already running at Nov 24, 71 ! The clock started the day the bands were made... The bands dont have forever to wait. The clock constrains when the Cooper bands can turn gooey!! In the meantime, new forensic evidence must be generated.
  14. Evidence suggests the money/bands were in a hot environment in 1972, maybe as high as 100F, probably being protected by the bag. Next comes diatom exposure during some year, probably at Tena Bar during some spring-summer cycle, before Feb 1980. This requires Tom or somebody to try and date the diatoms to a specific year, perhaps using Ca/Na data Tom collected ? In order to do that Tom's diatoms have to be compared to a larger survey of Columbia diatoms for the period 1970-1980. At some point the Ingram bundles separated from the bag by some event, probably at Tena Bar. Cook spread the rumor that he had found two people who also found Cooper money at Tena Bar prior to the Ingram find. If true, those people need to offer their money so it can be compared to the Ingram bills. Likewise, fragments found in 1980 need to be found and examined, and compared to the Ingram bills for any differences,. Without developing new-reliable forensic evidence, this matter will spin around and around forever on DB Cooper forums! The time is going to come where DBC conventions are empty and pointless, if that hasn't already arrived. Those media events have become as pointless as drinking 32 cups of water per day!
  15. Could he have dumped the money over the Columbia and jumped after the left turn indicating he was in Oregon, without any stair recoil/bump ? Ive never been convinced he hijacked for money, but for a personal political reason. The sooner he separates himself from the money the better. Its just a theory.
  16. Strange question: could a person slip off the stairs, without having the stairs recoil causing a pressure bump?
  17. Its wasnt generally recognised or advertised as such, but the FBI Lab made one attempt to look for evidence related to the Ingram money's history. They examined sand types and anything else unusual, found between the bills. I have cited that lab report before. Recall that Himmelsbach was pushing the Washougal washdown theory. He asked his agents to cite it when dealing with the press. But, the Lab did not find any sand or other particles related to Washougal geology. They only found sand types 'consistent with Columbia River water'. Had the Lab found anything that tied the Ingram bills to the Washougal you can bet a press conference would have been called, and Himmelsbach would have announced Cooper and his money landed in the Washougal basin. So far as I know including Tom Kaye's work, nothing has ever been found that ties the money to anything but the Columbia sedimentary basin. The Washougal is a metamorphic region. This is a bit interesting. So far as Lab analysis is concerned nothing has been found that even ties the money to the SeaFirst Bank, any airplane, DB Cooper, or the pyramids in Egypt! Lab analysis has so far shown the money to be surprisingly neutral except for its Columbia river water byproducts. This could be because the Cooper money was transported to the Columbia river basin almost immediately after landing. So far as the Lab is concerned, the Cooper money never spent time anywhere else on Earth!
  18. This is so crazy ............ FJ's harassment! Georger has never said the money was not wet!
  19. Revise your sermon, sir! They have a bias. When the most likely or probable challenges their construct they reject it to maintain that construct. Georger even resorted to a lie about Tina and even suggested the money wasn't wet.. that paper bands would have left evidence after years,, ridiculous mental gymnastics.. I never said any such thing. Why do you always post lies in "sermons" ? Likewise the actual Columbia River looks like this - is there any subject on Earth that you and NickyB dont know more abut than any one else! Your sermons and personal attacks are so boring. As anyone can see with their own eyes, Tena Bar does not sit on a turn in the river, but after and before turns in the Columbia ... I really question your ability to handle ordinary facts. You do keep things stirred up by distorting reality and pulling things out of context - like a carnival huckster!
  20. and you and Broughton should open an Institute for Dreamers@WeSupplyYou in Miami.com Jealousy is not my department! Find another foil.
  21. Really! Bear claw penetrations? Yeti nails? Witch Hazel ? What incantations do you see being given ?
  22. You miss the whole point as does FJ. Evidently you wont accept Carr and the SF security person. It has always been known that the Cooper money was pulled from a special fund, not circulating cash! That money was packaged and handled differently for security reasons. It's simple! FJ always gets personal when he/she doesnt get his way. What banks do daily with their circulating cash has nothing to do with what was done in the Cooper case! The special fund kept and then used for the Cooper case is just a fact. Go back and read the thread. Or FJ can continue to peddle his nonsense citing 'words' people used for the Cooper money ........ The issue here is facts vs myth.
  23. The Ingram report: 'As he did so, the boy turned up three bundles of money wrapped with rubber bands, which was a short distance below the surface of the sand.' 'The money came out in pieces'. - Pat Ingram. A $6000 bundle wrapped with 2 or more rubber bands, or, three bundles @$2000 each wrapped with rubber bands ? 2-4 bands or 6+ bands ? 'Harold's brother spent a long time working on the kitchen table picking pieces of stuck rubber bands off the money'.
