I posted your exact words. If you want us to bypass what you write and quote only what you wish, then PLEASE put brackets or something around what you write indicating what you will allow and wish us to quote in replying ... we are not mind readers. Does your Lordship have any further instructions for his subjects?

As far as Rataczak seeing the money bag or not, he didn't exactly say in his interview, ... You'll have to ask Rataczak for any more details on that. Rataczak seemed sure about the description and type. You DO know he has done a lot of research on the case, right? So now you are backing down from your previous statement? : "Co-pilot Bill Rataczak was interviewed for the book and got a good look at the money bag. He described it as a 'hapsack'. Maybe you are a hapwriter? Does Rataczak know you are quoting him as you are? You could be making it very difficult for anyone who follows you and might want to try and communicate with Rataczak. But I seriously doubt you care - The fact is, I have yet to see anything new in any thing you have said or raised since coming to Dropzone, which wasn't already said or covered before - except for one or two highly debatable points you have presented as facts and then had to retreat from. The sad part is it probably does not matter. You reply on that in your opportunism!

From Rataczak's interview for Into The Blast: something like the attached? Thats some hap sack bank security bag. I presume a zipper & lock on the top? A closed security bank bag like is commonly used for delivering documents and such ... just as has been discussed here before! Why dont Rat and Tina meet and straighten this out? Why is Rataczak using you as his spokesperson!? NEW info just keeps pouring in from sources ... That bag could last forever in the elements. That bag could float all the way to China on a raft of papyrus... just as Moses & Moroni did. How come the big discrepancy between what Rat is now saying and what others have testified to in the past, including Tina? Tina and Rat really need to meet and hash this out ... Was Cooper given the shoulder strap attached to the hap sack? Should we be looking for a Polish Hap Sack made by Racz & Co. in Budepesht ?

The Palmer Report is a theory based on some fairly good research. It may or may not be accurate. There is a lot of frustration about the found money because it says much less than it implies. I am willing to bet you have never seen muchless read the Palmer report.

Remember a "Purser" handled the money for the flight! audit. PS (mostly for Farflung): About the title of this post: Why does no one ever ask questions about Alice (Peg?) Hancock? I'll bet she knows a lot (and so does Harold Anderson).

agree. I dont see that Kenny had any financial need to hijack an airplane, or any financial record indicating he did. Kenny seemed very well adjusted so I dont see Cooper's "grudge" at work in Kenny. I seriously doubt Blevins can account for money being at Tina Bar which connects with Kenny. Everything else is anecdotal and questionable - he-said vs she-said. Kenny does not fit the physical profile. Put Kenny on the plane? Put some money at Tina Bar which conforms to facts of the money at Tina Bar. G.

you make it sound like he had a choice in the matter and yes i know this is off track ... (although it is not the first time we have discussed the economic background) No I think its very much on track because a fundamental part of every promoter's story is explaining the money angle ... where the money went (as if its supposed to go somewhere other than to Tina Bar and out into the Pacific!) Its hard to balance a jumper being professional and the same person bumbling at the end and losing the money! Promoters demand perfection in their candidates. Perfection = credibility? Blevins has not told us how any money got to Tina Bar and conforms with the facts of the money (Blevins knows or thinks he knows!). Aeyee there's the rub... Where is the candidate that was an Indian who knew how to live off the Northwestern woods in his bare feet and send smoke signals back to an accomplice? Who read Tintin! Who fought off ten hobos that night and lost a little money near Tina Bar but survived to get back to his Reservation? DB Hiawatha? Dan is a good indian name. Dan George = Dan Cooper. Come on folks and promoters! Show a little creativity here!

Now you see, I have to be pedantic about this

Georger read the next Post that Blevins posted - I could never say it any better. Blevins - Thank You for that post. I have never ever gone to that site and would not - because I know this man and so does others who have been searching for Cooper. I dont really care who posted or composed that bullshit map.

Coin and stamp collections are notoriously over valued as a rule. Valued by who? Sold to who for what? For example gold in 1970-71 was valued at about $35 an ounce. What is gold today!? Gold coins fall into the same catagory. Condition is everything. A coin or a stamp can catalog at $5000-$20,000 and sell for $500.00, or less! The very nature of what Kenny had tells me a lot about his financial/investment life (and his personality). How much Microsoft or Genen-Tech stock did Kenny have? Probably none. This guy is investing in soft investments which by itself tends to suggest he didnt have much free cash to spend, or saved, or solid real assets ... I have a cat that is worth $400,000 ... if someone says so! That cat was a stray that wandered up on my property three years ago. I know its a champion! I say so. Blevins needs to firm up his evidence potpourri with solid value before I am going to buy into his shell game of anecdotal script issued by Acrhie & Jughead Ltd. I have no doubt Kenny lived a lonely life but that does not mean he was DBC or a millionaire! $100k in hard assets CASH after a lifetime spent during a high growth high inflation era plus some stamps and coins of uncertain value IS NOT a large estate, imho. Hardly. That suggests Kenny was an under-performer. People who worked as clerks at JC Penny's or at service stations during that era wound up with larger estates by comparison. My bet is Kenny's socalled coin and stamp collection wasn't even a real "collection" but just a bunch of msc stuff Kenny managed to save as he found things over the years ... Follow the money in Kenny's life! What did he inherit or borrow etc?
-
[ If true, that probate report is astounding. There are many explanations besides KC being DBC, and in fact the amount makes me think that there was some other source. It's too much money for DBC. 377 Blevins has provided no real details as usual. An estate valued at $300k at some date does not tell us much.. if anything. Myers and Dvorak went through a similar litany which proved empty. Maybe Kenny bought a cigar box full of coins for $20 which years later gets evaulated at $100k ! What happened to Kenny's valuable stamp and coin collection and what did it sell for? ! A relative of mine had a stamp & coin collection valued at $30,000 which sold in Chicago for $1200, to the same guy that valued the collection for the Court! Blevins bringing this up enteres the realm of the sublime and the ridiculous - and he knows it!

. You know very well who that Bob is. The map came from a DB Cooper Facebook page which Blevins posts to... the caption under the map speaks of Duane ... are you saying this is a map Blevins posted as an interpretation of your story about Duane? I did catch the milk can conflict with your story which I recall uses a paint bucket ? I literally just found the thing and dont know anything about who is doing what to whom or what phase the satellite Iapetus is currently in ??? Whoever posted this thing misspelled Hemmelsbach in addition to placing Washougal clear down in Oregon! Looks like a pretty amateurish effort ? G.
-
I didnt read Robert's post that way at all! You sure jump to convulsions... Aren't you really saying (without saying it) that Kenny used the hijacking money to finance his loans and purchases; otherwise his income was not sufficient to finance his expenditures (and his tastes)? A simple Yes or No will suffice if you're capable of that. If his assets at death were $300k in cash and a stamp and coin collection, was this mostly in cash? How valuable were his stamp and coin holdings? Where did he develop an interest or knowledge in such matters? How did he acquire his stamp and coin holdings and from who/where? Do you have any of the details? Did Kenny belong to the APS? BTW, is the attached flight path chart yours or Jo Weber's ? What is Washougal doing in Oregon? Who prepared this abortion of a map? Are you and Jo Weber now working together? Who is Bob? G. [edit]: Have you got your own flight path map? Every promoter must present a flight path map. Show us your flight path map?

Hockinson is a census-designated place (CDP) in Clark County, Washington, United States. The population was 5,136 at the 2000 census. A census-designated place (CDP) is a type of place (a concentration of population) identified by the United States Census Bureau for statistical purposes. CDPs are delineated for each decennial census as the statistical counterparts of incorporated places such as cities, towns and villages. CDPs are populated areas that lack separate municipal government, but which otherwise physically resemble incorporated places. CDPs are delineated solely to provide data for settled concentrations of population that are identifiable by name but are not legally incorporated under the laws of the state in which they are located. They include small rural communities, colonias located along the U.S. border with Mexico, and unincorporated resort and retirement communities.[1] The boundaries of a CDP have no legal status.[2] Thus, they may not always correspond with the local understanding of the area or community with the same name. However, criteria established for the 2010 Census require that a CDP name "be one that is recognized and used in daily communication by the residents of the community" (not "a name developed solely for planning or other purposes") and recommend that a CDP's boundaries be mapped based on the geographic extent associated with residents' use of the place name.[1] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Census-designated_place Hockinson Village The original name for this area was Eureka. a Greek word meaning 'I have found it.' The early settlers were Finns and Swedish speaking Finns from the Aaland Islands. Ambrosius Hakanson was the first postmaster in 1884. His name was anglicized to the present spelling and the town was named for him. Hakanson evolved into Hockinson ... Histories of some of these former unincorporated or incorporated satellite townships and villages including Brush Prarie etc which developed from specific sets of immigrants in and around the central hub of Vancouver can be found at: http://ncbible.org/nwh/WaClark.html Each of these satellite villages had their own Postmasters, political identities, and schools at one time, for example. As State funding for schools developed many of these areas became their own partitioned school districts. Hockinson was one such example ...

Thanks. Ididnt notice the underlined link first time... You may know more about this than I do but my family tells me in the 60s thru early 70s due to economic conditions, there were number of hobo camps on the Columbia side of the RR lines beginning near Camas all the way to Vancouver Lake, one camp on the east side of the Shillapoo, and Tina Bar was a gathering place at one time? The Fazios would have been experts on this, no doubt. Just saying this for reference...

Its now just a neighboorhood of the greater Vancouver WA area. DB probably landed nearby at the DZ Ralph Hatley had then. Thats right. Reduced today to mere school districts... see map attached. Likewise Brush Prarie.. and an old rail line passed right between the two... Old cemeteries also! to dig up looking for loot!

You may also want to stop by Scholls Airport out about 130th ave and NE 95th St. I have a feeling Scholls is what she's connecting with we went over all of this before ... maybe before you were here. Sluggo knows this area...

correctomundo - hadnt seen urs before posting mine, Ive been in this area ...

Blevins has already said he does not care if KC is Cooper or not and he is tired of all of this and wishes to get back to his regular work (housecleaning and research and writing - he already has another project). But before he leaves, only to stay, I believe Blevins has found Dropzone fertile territory to work out his agenda, and to prove his genius and competence perhaps as the best Cooper researcher ever ... Blevins is no doubt working closely with the FBI who appreciates his knowledge and skills perhaps more than they appreciated their own agent, Larry Carr, who made a few errors Blevins would never tolerate or make, not for a moment. We should feel honored that we have a person of Blevin's high stature & accomplishment here. Thank you Mr. Blevins for having come here to give us the benefit of your expertise and a moment of your precious time. Blevins may be Snowmman's worthy replacement! My feeling is Blevins has high ambitions. Could he replace Himmelsbach, and Rataczak, and Tina!?

Fact: The airstairs were NOT lowered while they were on the ground in Seattle. From Into The Blast: Please to reveal how at Reno scent dogs were used and the results shown? As you know dogs' nose can work down to the molecular level. Honey bees to the atomic level. (Shipman etal). Please reveal to the group your knoweldge/research of this as it applies to the Cooper case. Was a honey bee brought on at Reno with what result? Will it appear in your sepher?

"The guy who paid the ransom for Northwest was named John Ahlquist and was a middle manager with NW. He had to walk out to the airplane buck naked with the money bag his only protection from the elements. Anyway, John ended up as my boss at Airline X for a while, which led directly to my retirement from the airline. I did, however, come to understand why he was chosen to carry the ransom to Dan Cooper on the airplane. I am convinced that his bosses secretly hoped the hijacker would shoot him." reply: This is not the person who brought the money to the plane and he was not naked. There was a hijacking at SeaTac after the Cooper case where an FBI agent had to carry the cash to the plane in his underware. (This post was edited by Ckret on Nov 23, 2008, 9:18 AM)

I thought at some point policy was to always lower the rear stairs to help prevent tipping of the plane. Or did all the passengers depart thru the other doors? I'm wondering if Cooper went in the bathroom, just to avoid the other passengers departing out the rear... ________________________________________ My impression is the front door behind cockpit via stairs with the rear of the plane never opened. In addition and more important, we have opening/ cracking the rear door BEFORE TAKEOFF which comes up after passengers deplaned, later in the Transcripts. If the rear door had already been opened and used to deplane the passengers or bring things on, then its already open and not an issue - I also think this because Hancock and Schafner are always spoken of (after landing) as being at the front or near the front of the airplane, and stews bringing things up the stairs at the front, and ... once the passengers had deplaned an issue developed and Scott radios and complains: ' cant you group those people together and get then away from the plane, and keep them away from the plane, we cant have them coming back - we just had one guy come running back that forgot his suitcase and we had to INTERCEPT HIM AND THROW HIM OFF THE STAIRS!' ... that implies: everything happening at the front of the plane. I think all the activity was at the front of the plane. (AL LEE in his car positioned out front of the plane with the chutes and money, and all of that) Here is 305 as it sat at SeaTac. G.
