yep...she is...Congrats are in order for her as she's not paying the man rent anymore. It's all her's now so she can paint the walls black if she wants to. Housewarming gifts will probably be gladly accepted. Congrats Eener! ------ Michael -

Insurance went way down when they dropped the no-fault laws. Just the opposite of what you're describing. The no-fault kept them hi. ------ Michael

call whoever you have your car with. My cycle insurance is only 250$ a year. ------ Michael

2005 was just under 1100 from the official numbers.

Move to a different state. CO has a one day/one trial rule. If they don't need you, you're done for the year. ------ Michael

do a search here. They modified their carry on baggage allowance and added a surcharge for checked baggage. this was only a few weeks ago so it should be easy to find. ------ Michael

Is it the same hotel? I've already knocked on the wall. There was no answer... ------ Michael

Don't hate! You're alone in a hotel room! Order some porn! Right. My boss already knows what 'Room Service 2' means on the hotel bill. Don't feel bad. I'm all alone in a hotel room too. ------ Michael

Very cool pictures. I was actually at the castle last weekend and spent the better part of the day going through it. Definitely worth the diversion. Also checked out Mary Kings Close as well. ------ Michael

deja vu. Daylight savings happens in Europe a week before here. Had that last week, not again here this week. I hate double whammies... ------ Michael

had a similar experience but what they did is shut down my debit card and left a voicemail for me. Small problem. I was out of the country. ------ Michael

When I moved back across country I got rid of almost everything as well. It made unloading much easier and I ended up with all new furniture. It was kind of nice.

Ahhhh...someone who actually spends more time in airports and planes than I. There aren't many that I know. Glad life is treating you well. ------ Michael

This year - 50k flight miles. Got my Bose headset the first of February. Wish I had done it a long time ago. They're worth the money. I originally got the Sony SDR-NC50 (I think that's the model) and one of the speakers in the headphones was bad. They're a bit bigger than the Bose and $100 cheaper. The Bose was worth it. ------ Michael

Correct...paying it off and not using it is better than paying if off and closing is. your FICO score will not differentiant who closed it and just views it as something you had, but was taken away. Things taken away are bad. ------ Michael

It's a change of thinking and focus on the task at hand. Do you need to blow $50 at the bar one night on the weekend or can you go out and have a beer with friends and take the other $45 and put towards savings/debt payment. Look at this as a goal - take 10% or your your paycheck (pre or post tax) and put into savings. This does not included your normal 401k deductions etc. If you work at rearranging your budget, you can do it. Focus, Focus, Focus. ------ Michael

Is the insurance company involved? then it's arson and probably won't be covered since it was 'you' that started the fire. ------ Michael
