    I remember atleast one incident where that did happen, but how many times has it not happened? I agree one death is too many, but in the big picture, shit happens. As for Stan, his only in air experience has been flipping around on a bike, no arching, no proven stability, hell, he probably doesnt know EP's. I wouldnt let him jump if it was my call, if he refuses to take the progression with the ability of skipping levels, he can keep that sabre packed and take it home. Mad skillz or not.     They would probably hold up pretty well, remember there is a difference between the winter and summer pants from the old woodland camo, the winters would probably hold up better, but they're thicker and much warmer. Im not sure if the winter ones are rip-stop fabric, but summer ones, the tan desert ones, and the new ACU ones are all ripstop. Easy to patch the holes in them though, and you can wash them as often as you want.     Yes, Wanda has shown the ability to be stable and pull. Wingsuit may very well fuck up her stability, but she knows the most important part is pulling and will probably spend alot of effort to do so. Stan has a bad attitude, I cant imagine anyone (extreme bikers included) that is dumb enough to say, I can do it, my friend said so... Also, what would he be loading that sabre 170 at?     Good. My gate is normal and I can run...but who wants to do that? I'll get back into skiing this winter again I hope. Yoga is what saved me.     A Mr Bill is when 2 jumpers go out the door holding on to each other and one deploys right away. The other tries to hang on, and if successful is now riding on the jumper with the open canopy. They fly around for a bit, then the jumper who hasn't opened jumps off (usually screaming "OH NOOOOOO") The "No Goggles" thread is a video of a Mr Bill that didn't quite go as planned. And if you read the "Stilletto as a student canopy"(the most recent part) and the "Is a go-pro a camera" threads you will see that some jumpers think that they know what they are doing, are smarter, better, and faster learners than the ones that the rules and recommendations are written for. Whats the rule/recomendation for a Mr Bill?     I just did that yesterday, and let me tell you... it was friggin' cold up there! After a couple minutes, my fingers started getting a little numb and I started thinking that maybe I should've pulled at 9 or 10k instead. It was an awesome experience though, and I plan on doing many more of them. The view was spectacular and I had no reservations about testing some of the limits of my canopy from that altitude. I think I agree with you, they're a great idea. Well, it is ~30 degrees colder at altitude.     What do you think about the fact that he had rigged a reserve with the break line on atleast one side, not going thru the slider?
