    Um, excuse me?? I live in London, which is supposed to be one of the most expensive cities in the world and there is NO WAY IN HELL I would pay $18 bucks on a starter. That *is* a lot of money. I agree $18 is a lot for a starter, but my entree was $18. My starter was a salad, only a few dollars.
