Yes, I hope they are reading this because I am fed up. The Salt Lake City photo wasn't even looked at - by Carr or anyone else in the FBI office. When hunting and the bird dog goes into point position - believe me there is something there. They didn't do a flush to even see what was in those bushes. Very close except the towers where much larger and tall. There was little green. but it could be he didn't have much in the way of colors to work with. Artist do that with water colors if they need to draw and show what they are seeing, but don't have the correct medians...the painting left me with the feeling of larger towers and a more barren area. Now the idea of barb wire is what I thought I saw in the paintings but I seem to think it was higher off the ground but not like photos you see of prisons. There was a documentary tonight on Nature - I am going to order the film just so I can contact these people. There is a NATIONAL Data Base on Spores and Pollen. I couldn't catch the name of the professor so I am ordering this documentary. Regarding the diatoms was another professor - and he is able to test for the diatoms and tell you what water and which river it has been in. There was much more discussed in this film but these are the things that supposedly the team jumped on in Wa - but none of the men were contacted that I am aware of. The FBI and Kaye and Georger talk about Pollen or spores at the time and yet NO ONE DEMANDED this be checked against the National Data base. Why wasn't the diatoms addressed more aggressively? I would like to know if the TEAM suggested this these tests to the FBI and if the FBI declined or shoo shooed it. If they paid 50K to Tom then why would they not do the tests he recommended? If those spores or pollen could be matched to those in MO, Al, GA and NC - there are severa; suspect over the yrs located in this area - are you guys aware of that? The thread in that knife needs to addressed as does the knife itself. In the handle is a hole all the way thru it - a small hole. It was obviously buried at one time. I will let a private lab have this, but the FBI will get it over my dead body. Sluggo didn't think it was important, but right now I do - the cord and the hole in the handle. That hole could have held a cord tied to the person or his belt to keep it from being lost in the jump. Sluggo also thought the Soledad on the San Quentin record was a prison for harden criminal in NY. But it was in CA. and there was a prison there...Duane was sent there for ONE day. Also in this program tonight - they talked about Felons and Guns. A felon with possession of a gun faces a very long stay in prison even if he commited no other crime. WOULD someone please explain to me why Duane Weber could be arrested in 1975 or 1976 with a gun in a holster and not have gone back to prison. He is again arrested in Escambia county with a 38 in a chest holster and with split bullets ( he had scored the bullet himself). This happend in 1990. Things that have been made light of seem to present RED lights and sirens and no one cares. I called a friend of mine in the legal field and he told me - there was NO way he could have avoided prison in 1976 or 1990 unless there were extenuating circumstances such as working undercover or having been removed from the system - intentionally. Being removed from the system makes more sense than his undercover remark - because the FBI certainly has gone to great extents to be sure I don't see his prison records. Remember they claimed in 2000 he was never in McNeil and to this day I have not seen the Jefferson record except what is available on-line. Also since Carr was unaware that before they shut me down that certain things had already been acquired and Carr referred to an AKA as just another spelling - NOT TRUE. Do the Spore or pollen tests! I also need to find a PRIVATE lab for the knife - perferrable one I can personally deliver it to. I don't have access to goverment money, but I have a strong reason to get this DONE now and not next yr or the next. Let me assure you I never took money - not one penny and all I ever asked was that these companies actually investigate what the FBI didn't. Only one did and they flew me to WA - I did find answers although after the crew had left - I did find the areas duane took me to.. This same company dug up Duane's dog and found him after locals who were helping couldn't find him. Most of the programs where interested in sensationalism and not finding the truth. I expect Kaye realizes this now. If the paid him 50K why didn't they do the things he required of them? The FBI's participation in this was done to bury Cooper. The forces that be might think they can control the media - but that is getting ready to change. The government will NEVER bury Cooper. Want to know something ODD? In Weber's family one of the long time family members named their child Cooper. Related only by marriage and not direct descendents. I had known this for yrs and Cooper is a nice first name. I didn't know he was OUT - just thought he was busy - since he had spoke of health problems. If Kaye or whoever will provide me with the analysis of the the pollen or spore - I will started sending it to the different state agriculture depts. See if any of them can give us a clue. Horiculture professors would be a good source, feel the State Agr. Dept can help or at least refer us to who can in each state. These spores and pollen have to have DNA just like humans. ================= I wish I had been able to print that photo - when I saw it. It was my first few weeks with the computer in 2000. 3 men in front of a prison dressed in parachutes. I do remember that they had volunteered and it was the beginning of a proposed program which did not happen. Doug Pasternak tried to find it a few weeks later and it was gone POOF! I still have the emails of Doug and myself going back and forth regarding the pic. We gave up. I went back to the site where I thought I found it on and it was NOT there. I kept trying to retract my steps, but got no where. Tried everything I may have typed into search. We had a weirder thing happen regarding a documentary tape. I was watching TV and saw something important and call my friend (he is a researcher). He catches the end of it. Then he orders the tape...spoke to a person whose name he made a record of. Copies of this tape were available - after a few wks he calls back and speaks to the same man - no record of the conversation and that tape was unavailable. What would you call that - low grade employees with bad memories or was he saying what he was instructed to say? This is just 2 things out of other things NO LONGER available. I guess this is what is happens when you are investigating a 38 yr old crime. STRANGER still the FBI still QUOTES that I was told in 1998 by letter that they had investigated Duane L. Weber, but in early 2000 the date of which is in my phone records - the agent of record claimed Duane was never in McNeil and that he was NEVER in the Army. At that time the army record I had showed the date of activation, but the discharged date was unavailable. When the FBI gets their paws into it and before I went public in 2001 - it had been CHANGED. I have documented proof of that. NOT one person can explain why DUANE's Military RECORD - came up CLASSIFIED - when the man at the VA office was pulling them. He tells me I had to fill out some forms for more information. I wanted the details - not a copy of what I took to them and that is all I got. That day in the VA office was weird...I looked over and got a glance at the screen myself and that is what it said (classified). He had to go to a superior to get a special code and when he put that code in told me I was not listed as a beneficiary - I told him I was only 3 yrs old at that time so how could I be a beneficiary and that I did not meet my husband until 1977. It was at that moment he handed me the forms. Make fun of me if you wish and mock me - but I have lived this for 14 yrs now - The recent things are what NO ONE ever expected me to find - they (who ever they are, thought all avenues had been closed), but this one slipped thru. It was a back-door approach and they didn't see it coming. Proving it - that is another story or it is just a story. A man contacted me yrs ago - and I tossed what he said out - some of it was very akin to what Bruce has tooted. There were some truths in this man's story, but some of it fabricated. Now I am not so sure of how much was fabricated. Had he not told me a lot of tales along with the truth and due to my diligence in feeding him untruths to test him - it might have gone some place at that time. (example - I say something false - he comes back with a story about that false hood). To protect myself I copied all of my emails to this man to someone I trusted who knew the truth from the false information I provided as bait. He has contacted others and the FBI about his story which involves Duane Weber and his wife. Had he left the fantasy out, perhaps someone would have investigated his story. He told me over and over, that Richard McCoy was still alive and was a CIA agent ---- Well, there was a Richard McCoy and a Duane Webber who worked together on a case and were FBI and/or CIA, but they were NOT the Highjacker Richard McCoy or the Suspect Duane Weber. He pulled this was stories off the net to build his tale. Repeatedly told me McCoy was alive a boxer in CA and other times Canada - claiming to have spoke with him on the phone. Yes, this man did indeed know Duane Weber because he placed Duane Weber in a location the ex-wife had forgot to mention. When I asked her about it she admitted they were running from the FBI and were only there about 6 wks so she didn't think it was important. (The only thing I was EVER able to verify about this man's knowledge of Duane.) The FBI knows who this man is and he was investigated (so they said). The updated story he tells includes the fabricated things I fed to him and which I can prove I fed to him and that were deliberate lies on my part...copied to a responsible journalist and reputable person. I will say there are other parts of this man's story I cannot discount and his relationship to other individuals related to the hijacking. One lie leads to another and so forth - therefore it causes doubt. Reason why I try to remember to use theory or I thought or I think. I know that in my rush to tell what I did know and the things Duane told me and what I learned from others I did not alway differentiate which did not help the credibility of what I have told. My biggest mistake was not going to WA in the very beginning - and confronting the FBI and taking them to the places Duane took me..and not depending on the FBI or others to get it right. If you want something done right - do it yourself or be involved. In 1997 I could not afford to leave my job and studies to go to WA and I trusted the FBI to investigate. Orange! Shame on you and others - for buying into any cover-up idea after chastizing me for doing so. Sorry - the devil made me do that........with all of this recent information flooding the libraries and the bookselves - our government had no choice, but to make files available. There were many files destroyed and those we will never see...other than what the veterans themselves are publishing. The government (all depts) never expected technology for the general public to advance so quickly. They haven't been able to stop the presses, freedom of speech, computer access...and the legal process. Thank God we still have a voice although sometimes never heard. Georger: There was some mention of a pollen or spores found on the tie by Kaye. Is this correct? If so - I believe we can limited the pollen obtaining these spores or whatever you want to call them from the Agriculture Dept. of GA, KS, MO, AL, Fl and S.C. Surely that would limit the comparisons. There must be a data bank on these with the Agriculture Dept. of these states. If Kaye has the analysis on the spore or pollen - couldn't it be compared with existing data? I am thinking that we might get someone in the Depts of these States to volunteer their time to check this spore or pollen against what they have in their data bases. If we get a hit on any of these states - then we know where that tie has been. I suppose we need to include WA and OR in that group encase it was recent exposure from Coopers stay. I wondered to myself (always to myself - remember I am crazy) if this was not possible. These states seem to have a connection with other suspects besides Weber...and would be a good starting point. Where are the pictures? Oh, I forgot, they have been suppressed Do you really, honestly, truly, believe that the CIA has hidden all pictures of Kennedy with a clip-on tie? You may as well try convince me that all photos were then fed to the aliens from Roswell. I repeat: twaddle. There was a special on one of the channels several months ago. Basically about the presidents and then it went into Bobby's campaign...There were multiple multiple shots of what I just spoke about. Unfortunately it was after Feb when we had to go on the converter boxes and I couldn't get my VCR to work with it. I called a friend and he got to see the last part of it - and when he tried to order this - it was NOT available. My friend has the name of the documentary - I will get it from him. HAD the authorities not have shut down all of the pictures of Robert Kennedy in WA -( there were something like 30-40K pics of Bobby).....we might have more pics of Bobby and Documentary clips. All of these pictures went POOF not available until several yrs from now. There is a "spook" out there? It takes a lot of time and money to be able to find all of the information being digested by this thread right now . I keep trying to figure out how one man can find as much as Snowmman does and read as much as he does. He is either working at this 24/7 or he is more than one person doing this research. I find it difficult to believe he is just doing this because he is caught up in the Cooper Saga. 377 has met Snowmman personally - maybe he can explain how Snow accumulates all of this information in such an orderly fashion and leads the reader right to solutions, but never states these solutions, until he has created the interest. One man does not spend his time and his resources doing what seems to be the job of a team without a motive - such as a movie or book or to distract from other subjects. Frankly and strangely I like what he is doing, but I question his motive as others who read this thread are also doing. I thought it was just my getting this feeling - but others (not posters) have verbalized the same recently to me. Snowmman has gotten the attention of a lot of readers lately and for good reason - the power and research powers behind his posts. Snow knows I was curious about him early on - and now my curiosity has peak as has that of others. PS. I don't do anything or say things that are well thought out - so if you are analizing my words then you are putting way too much thought into it. As for picture going Poof - prior to that documentary we had searched every photo of Bobby Kennedy we could find - and not clear shots of a clip. He was dressed well for expected photos and at functions - we are talking about when he was on the campaign trail - making speeches from the streets on the back of wagons. Talking to the poor and oppressed - Bobby Kennedy was NOT an obstentatious person and he was sensible...wearing the proper attire when needed. Anyone knows that if you are expecting to have your picture taken with another dignitary to dress in the appropriate manner. If you are going to be in the streets and not in an air conditioned hall - and the public is grabbing at you - what would you wear, what do you think security advised him to wear? I answered your tie question in my prior post. And I just read your post about the one special tie clip - ARE you actually naive enough to believe he worn ONLY that one Clip? Now I WILL address the other part of your post. I did not buy his stories because I didn't have to.. He made comments on documentaries we watched or specials and what was in the news. The tie story I learned from someone in his family in my researching of his past. The ticket, stub and bank bag - I saw with my own eyes. The things he said on the trip - I did not even question and took the Cooper comment as just a joke. You and others would like to make me out to a dislusional guilible woman and Duane as a braggart and liar. That is far from the truth. He DID not brag about his past and he told me little about his past - most of what I know has been acquired since his death.. I admit to being naive and ignoring the warning signes that indicated a checkered past. Women of the early 20th century were very different from the women who merged during the last quarter of the 1900's. Judge not unless you are over 65 yrs of age...and raised in a small town and in a family where the word divorce was not an acceptable termination of a marriage...and was considered only under extreme circumstances. When Bobby Kennedy was campaigning in Ky and some of the poor distressed states he did INDEED wear a clip on many times. He was consider a poor dresser compared to his brother. You have to realize that in 1968 - not all of the places he campaigned from where air-conditioned halls. He was on draped wagons in the streets with people grabbing at his tie and his cuffs and arms. I have seen clips from that time where the body guards used their own bodies shielding him and holding on to his waist from the front - to keep him from being pulled off of the wagon. When he toured Ky just prior to the MLK incident - he had tried to slip out with one other person to go to these poor area, but it leaked out and cars and media where following him - this was not what he wanted. He wanted to see how these people lived and talk to them without the media there - it didn't happen. Bobby Kennedy was very unlike his brother - he had several children and he raised them very differently. They recieved an allowance and made their own gift purchases, out of those allowances - hence, a few Penney ties down thru those early yrs. Bobby was considered a poor dresser and was often prompted what to wear by the family when JFK was in office. Don't take my word for this - you guys have the search engines and old clips at you fingertips. The most revealing was documentary clips - what has not been obscured by CIA and government control in recent yrs. The Washington photo file on Bobby Kennedy being close until a date sometime in the 2030's was really good timing wasn't it? When I contact Carr the photos are available for viewing and then within 2 wks or less they are NO Longer AVAILABLE to be viewed...other than those already published in the media. I did not intend to be cute or secretive. The things I have stated - have been stated for yrs and yrs, but each time I approached this part of the story I was met with opposition and naysayers. So I stopped trying to tell everything I knew - it seemed useless to try. The tie story was told by Duane to family members prior to the skyjacking. Upon his release from Jefferson - he worked in the area for awhile - but I HAVE told this story before right here in this forum and I told it to Larry Carr. Duane had a tie and clip he claimed he stole from Bobby Kennedy within a few wks of his release from Jefferson.,,hence why I thought the tie was left as a message. I could not believe that Kennedy would have been that careless with his security and it is my opinion the room the tie was stolen from was occupied by one of his security personnel. I seriously doubt the story was made up - and I find it very distasteful for a man to "brag" about such a theft to family members -especially an ex-con. Larry Carr never acknowledge my phone call and subsequent emails regarding this little family jewel I was told about. More than one person was aware of the story --- therefore I believed what was told to me. As I have said before - so much I have kept to myself (or shared only with the FBI) because NO ONE would ever believe it. Yes, he worked for- JMWave front companies for the CIA (this is fact) and he was in Miami during the Bay of Pigs - seen by a reputable family member at the Fontane Blue. We did make a trip to Memphis and I believe it was in reference to MLK...because of the sequence of events. I have nothing that connects Duane to JFK other than stories from a woman who was always very intoxicated. As for Asian prison camps - I am only exploring his strange involvement with 3 other men and trying to peg down where they all knew each other from. The watercolors buried in my mind resemble the aerial of a encampment ( I have said it seemed the barrier was more suitable for keep someone out rather than in) and finding that strange magazine in a safe deposit box and nothing else. One of these 3 men was the one who had called Duane "John" and when I contacted him audiably upset - told me that Duane knew people in high places and if I wanted to be around to play with my grandkid - to destroy all I had and to walk away and never look back. I told the FBI about this man and his name and how to contact him. At that time one of the others was also still alive, but they never contacted him and if so his wife was not aware of it. Now, tell me again that I am being Cute and Secretive. I have NO intentions of coming across in that way, but I have been asked and TOLD to keep my mouth shut. The things I have told above were told before in this forum and in emails and to friends and relatives and the media and to the FBI yrs ago. Truth is stranger than fiction - and I will tell you that there is NO WAY this naive woman could make all of this up. I never kept up with crime or politics - but, I have learned a lot these last few yrs when I realized the FBI was going to do NOTHING to resolve this. Jo, About the battery and flares, is that a guess or do you actually know something? From the description, the battery was a large 1.5 volt dry cell which, by itself, is pretty useless for powering radio communication devices. 377 Think "light". As I said it was a chance encounter with this woman and I did not ask question about her jumping or experience - she simply stated that she had done it - and it was easy. As for the tie - I guess I just made a slip-up. I will leave that for you to wonder about for a while anyway. The FBI knows the story I was told about the tie and that was discussed at family get-to-gethers. One of those things I thought best left unsaid and leave it at that right now because I won't and can't say any more than what I just said. If I had wanted a "story" believe me the writers would have had a field day....I just didn't want to go there. Now as I enter the last chapter of my life - there is unfinished business to tend to - and why I have allowed the agressive search that has been going on. It was difficult to believe a responsible writer wrote that article. I also didn't know where Christiansen got his information about the book Max wrote. The phone conversations Max had where with Clara - a total of 6. Cooper never gave any details in his contacts with the NY media in 1972...by way of 2 short letters. Gee Whiz - and someone thinks I am looking for some kind of publicity. I think Christiansen should read the letters Max and I exchanged - and listen to our phone conversations. If you guys think I have contrived the Weber/Cooper story - read the article Tom Larson did - so many errors, so much misinformation and no research. Once an article is published or a documentary is done - there is no way you can defend yourself. I have never said that the bridge we crossed into Wa. was in Portland - it was not long after we left the Dalles and I have been emphatic about this from day one. We did not go to Portland until we were on our return trip. This is very trite of you. The first times I talked to you or Himmelsbach I didn't even have a dam map of WA. I told both of you and the FBI we spent the night at The Dalles and that he left me that morning for several hours.. That we went along the river due West around noon and I may not have known the name of the bridge we went across until I was able to acquire a map of the area. You and others kept insisting I had to be on I-5 and that we had to have crossed the river in Portland even though I kept telling and telling about this body of water and the site where the 3 cottages used to be and looked like a camp site - and I described this area in detail. You kept telling me there was NO such place. Until I went to WA in 2001 - I had NO idea that you were leading me away from the actual route I was describing to you. Now, I will be trite and ask WHY? Did you go to the places I told you about and find something hoping you could plant them in another location? When I started talking to you in 1997 you were insistent that COOPER Landed much further NORTH...at that time you where emphatic he didn't land any where near the Washougal. You didn't answer MY question, but I will answer the senario you just posed. NO. An emphatic NO.Why? Because I know where you are headed with this, - As early as 1996 I was telling the FBI about a man in a white VAN/TRUCK around 1970 in Georgia and his wife claiming not to know where Duane went with this man for wk-ends at a time. This man was in the hospital in the Atlanta area around that time also. The times in S.C. (1968 - 1969) that Duane would leave for wks at a time but always sent money home. I have repeatedly told the FBI about what happened right after Duane was released from Jefferson and what he claimed to have in his possession. I told them about a 1982 trip to a Memphis - an odd trip that made no sense and about something that made an appearance in our lives at that time...rather after he had no place to conceal it and had to bring it into the house. Now we will go to a senario of my own: You decide in your own mine if it is theory or a riddle or a puzzle or is it the truth: I know more - more I never told because it didn't need to be told and because of the harm it could cause to others who were innocent of any crime, but also victims...but I didn't understand the connection of this to Cooper. There are moles and there are spooks .... and there are users. Prior to 1971 - someone committed an unspeakable crime and paid the price. He got hurt where it would hurt the most, because the victims could not report his unspeakable crime for reasons of their own. NO 377 - I will not talk about the above on the web - I cannot talk about this. Someday when the time is right - maybe. Will I tell the FBI ? Only if they provide me with specific detail that I will need before hand and keep the information out of the media. Number 2. I do not know what the night clerks' connection to China may have consisted of prior to 2001 when he first contacted me. He does speak and understand the language enough to teach English to the Chinese, which is what he has been doing over the past few yrs. I presently do not know how to reach him as he is back in China, but WE have some more pictures for him to view - so I will be making an effort to contact him and will ask about his connections to China. Maybe he just like Chinese Women! His second wife was Chinese. Oh I forgot - mentally unstable and hateful? I like any woman have my moments, but I am not mentally unstable. This Cooper thing for 14 yrs has been enough to drive someone crazy then sandwich in making a living along with taking care of an ill spouse and loosing my second husband in 12 yrs - NOT many women could do that and still devote the time I have to resolving Cooper/Weber, not to mention being called a delusional liar and standing my ground.
