Tried reading all the postings but does anyone know what the Authorities have disclosed regarding the homicide? Feel too badly to try to keep up with all that is going one, but please post any new you guys get regarding the homicide in Woodinville. Remember I can not view videos or pdf. When I first started calling people in 1997 - Mr Himmelsbach provide me with some number for certain individuals - Hayden be one of them and Cossey. Remember my mind was not tainted with all of the stuff accumulated over the yrs. I have to agree with Georger that both of the chutes did NOT belong to Hayden. If Both chutes taken to the plane were from Hayden then we got a problem. IF it was Cosseys and Haydens - OK city. If they were Cossey's what happened to Hayden's. Of course logic provides the answer, but there are others who could pick up the phone and call Hayden - individual who would understand the explanations and who could explain the problem Cooper world is discussing right now. I am sure he would not mind setting the record straight. Expect now would be a bad time, but is there ever a good time? He like myself is getting older and we might not be around much longer. Maybe one of you should outline the possibilities and ask him in writing which one is true or if none of them are and to provide an explanation. I believe I spoke with Hayden 2 times before 2001. I did NOT say there was an Altimeter watch. I said Jerry Thomas claimed if Cooper had on a watch that was what it was. The watch I have is not an altimeter - just an OLD watch that is very unique - maybe it was his Dad's. Lot of reason why people do not get rid of old stuff that does not work. AS for my NOTES from the conversations with Cossey and Hayden - one of those chutes was rigged with a left hand pull. I believe I might have a written note with the pictures sent to me by Cossey. So was Cossey just making this claim for the hell of it? Why would Cossey tell that story to more than ONE person about the Left Hand Pull or was one of the chutes his personal chute and the other one belonged to Hayden. That is the way I remember it, but too many stories have gone down the road. Most of you should know by now that Bruce goes for the sensationalism and is often inaccurate in this accounting. Smokin and Georger, If Cossey's back pack had a left-hand pull, which was rather unusual for that day, then perhaps it suggests that Cooper was left handed and selected the NB-6 for that reason. Robert99 Robert99 - I said that YRS & YRS ago. Because Cooper was LEFT handed is why and how he survived that jump. Was it co-incident or pure luck. There were questions asked of the stewardesses that have NOT been made public. Which hand did Cooper hold his cigarette? The anwser indicated he was left handed. Which hand did he use for the glass? It was even noted that Cooper had a SCAR on his left hand. Duane Weber's prison records indicated he had a SCAR on his left hand. If the stewardess was focused on Coopers hands - he had a bomb! I was never able to find out if Cooper had on a watch. JT claimed if he did it was an altimeter watch. I don't think so and one would think the stewardess would have noted if Cooper looked at his watch and which arm he wore in on. The FBI never let me know about the watch - and I have one watch Duane would NOT get rid of and it has never worked. One time when I asked why he didn't get rid of that watch - his excuse he was going to take it apart take the jewel out. WELL, silly me after I found out who Dan Cooper was - I actually took the back of the watch off looking for the jewel! NOW laugh! My Dumb Blonde Sydrome actually takes over sometimes. I made a post a long time ago about Titanium used in Golf clubs. One of the manufacters was in Denver, Co and the other one on the East Coast. I was ignored! The fact Duane pointed this manufacture out in Denver to me - and the Golf Clubs with titanium he got in Vail or Aspen that a OLD FRIEND made for him. I still have the damn CLUBS. I spoke to Hayden prior to my computer days and prior to 2000 about the chute. I have the notes I made and Cossey did NOT own both of those chutes. Hayden owned one or both. I also spoke with Cossey prior to 2000 and the original story is true - but over the yrs - be it age or ego's or the media - the history of the chutes got shuffled. Both Hayden and Cossey were very nice and what they told me goes right back to the original story, before too many childrens hands got into the cookie dough. I didn't know enough to ASK technical questions or specifics. The problem with the chute story is the general population nor the FBI have chute knowledge - and all of those hands in the dough contaminated the factual results. I have a tendancy to rely on the stories reported early on and the interviews I did during the first 5 yrs by phone with no knowledge of a computer. I didn't know the right questions to ask, but the ownership and delivery of the chutes match the things I was told in 1998 approx and they match the written reports from the early days as reported in Norjak and Tosaw's book and per phone conversations I had with Himmelsbach before the contaminations of age, media and memory were involved. The computer age has allowed individuals with NO information or elementary information to re-state and reclaim old stories and change the information without any repercussion. The motive of these individuals is usually just to be heard. For instance, I have been going around and around with a credit card company because of computer geeks without the experience. After the smoke inhalation I called a draft in for my payment - because of I forgot to drop it in the mail on time. Well, I get my bank statement and the draft had not been taken. Again I call the credit card company and she told me the draft went thru. I didn't understand the date and question her on this, but her information did not match mine. Then on SAT I get a call from the credit card company. I refused to give them information and then called back using the number on my statement. This person say my account was unpaid - I hit the ceiling in all of my 73 yrs I have never had a late payment. I gave her the ID number and transaction number for the draft and the initials of the employee. She said he had made an error. I told her that last wk I caught the error because it had not shown on my bank acct and that I had called and spoke to the 2ed person who assured me the draft was fine and had gone thru. I had to give them a second draft and I told them if BOTH drafts come against my account I will close the account! And they will reimburse me for the points I lost by not putting those charges on the account I had. In other words IT had better be right. I have never had a late payment in my life nor have I ever missed a payment. Watch it - I bet by the end of the wk my account will have been hit with 2 drafts (almost 500 each). I told her if that happened - they will reimburse me with a draft and not by check 30 days later and they will pay me interest. I also want written verification of their error. Computers and geeks and young people who do not know what is really going on - they just pust numbers and do not care if they cause problems for individuals. WELL, I will cancel that credit card after 35 yrs. Had I not have let him change the acct. this would never have happened. Simplified: Front pack and Back pack. Question would the BACK pack ever be referred to as an emergency chute or reserve chute as Robert99 stated? I thought the emergency chute or reserve chute was the Front Pac. Guess Robert99 thinks so. The back pack is the main chute...damn sure wouldn't be an emergency chute....and reserve in other subjects mean alterative or back-up or a force set aside. The front pac IS the emergency pac! Perhaps you made a mistake - but as far as I know the emergency pac (the front pacs) were NOT supplied by Cossey. This is exactly why this is case is so screwed up. He said and she said and journalist screwing up and posters making mistakes. So NOW U are trying to say the emergency front pacs were supplied by COSSEY! He was a man of a few CHOICE words and I can only imagine what he might have to say about this. When the front pacs were found they were delivered by courier, but it was my understanding they came from McChord or another location. good find! It's important little details like this that cut through the MKULTRA Hoboism! 1. One Chute was returned to the owner (Cossey or Hayden - that is a toss up) but presumably Cossey but then Hayden claimed it was his. Did Cossey just pack the chutes and Hayden owned them? That is what I understood from Cossey and Hayden yrs ago, but hell - I didn't know a front pac from a back pac. 2. The chute the FBI has is a front pack with the cords cut as this is how Cooper secured his 'package' per my understanding. This would be the chute in evidence. 3. The dummy pac - did Cooper use that or did he devise a container out of it. Is that why he cut the cords and what chute did Cooper cut the cords from. The dummy pac was missing and why they thought Cooper died - because of an unworkable front chute. 4. Would someone do this and account for each Chute using 1-4 numbers and title (back chute or front chute). DUMB ole me can't seem to make it add up. According to the sources over the yrs. Cossey packed the two back-pacs and presumably Hayden owned them. That is still a scrambled. One day I will dig up my notes and figure this one out. I have notes I made during and after phone conversations with each both Hayden and Cossey. A man is dead and U 2 are arguing. Belvins was wrong, but 2 wrongs do not make a right. Both of U need to chill and Belvins should not be putting his twist on to the loss of a human being he did not know. U Georger need to ignore Blevins. Chew your fingernails or bite your lip. I swear you two act like 3rd graders. Blevins definitely puts the cart before the horse in his opinions and dramatizes them - to the point one wishes they had an IGNORE button on the DZ. Frankly I think until the facts are presented the most respectful thing is to just wait for the facts to come out. Then if U guys want to do the KENNEDY thing have at it! CRAZY Shit going on! I am not supposed to talk about this, but I will let you guys know a man contacted me and claimed he had a backer and investigator and wanted information - I do NOT give out. Was told if he went to the DZ it was all off. Well, the information I was given is readily available in this thread and then I started to smell some weird perfume - it smells like what I think Marla would wear. I thought the story sounded a little TOO familiar! When the man PUSHED me on the TAG information I balked and he got mad. What he told me his witness had told him was READILY available in this thread. We all know one of the names I proposed Duane could have used was Dusty Weber or Dusty Collins. The Collins ID was used from 1962 to 1968 and Dusty was in the Tattoo. That is in the criminal records. It is also in this thread from almost the beginning. What some person was supposedly telling the man was public records right here in this thread and in posts made by me and things in the criminal records. He pulled a temper tantrum on me about the OLD TAG! I balked! Maybe I lost a good lead, but I don't think so. NOW he will jump ship and make it about DL Cooper - betcha! Yes, the areas he told me about do fit the places and the things Duane told me - that is what suckered me in. I could hear an echo on the phone so figured he was recording me. Since it is the same thing I have told people for YRS and YRS - it did does NOT bother me. What does bother me is that this now smells like Marla Cooper. Would she and her supporters actually dip so low as to hijack information about Weber or try to connect Weber to their weird story? Would she or her supporters actually dip so low as to arrange for someone to contact me - pretending to befriend me? OR is this someone trying to HOAX me again! You guys know the one person who tried to do that ended up helping me and giving me support. She spent 2 yrs trying to HOAX me and couldn't do it. I was an assignment! Such as this man wanted to KNOW everything about the damn WA Tag. I gave him the number, but what he found had to be on his own. What we found had NOTHING to do with 1968 to 1979. That is the part of the TAG information that is pertinent and probably not pertinent to Weber or Cooper at all. The locations he talked about were the locations I explore in 2010. The Dalles newspaper I communicated with for a long time after I got back. I do not get things on the computer in a format I can read - so I do not know if they ran an article or not. If they did - it would have had the information he had. I readily provided any information I had to the locals there trying to track Weber in the 50's. The Dalles, Beacon Rock, the sawmills, the Government Camp, the rails, The beach near Hood, The guys and Goldendale and Bingen, Carson, Stevenson, Bonneville, The Dam, the salmon, The rock they jump off of, the sailing - I tried my best to find Duane's past there - but there had been too many yrs. Yrs ago I argued that there were rails coming down from someplace near the Yale lake and at that time Georger pipes in and mocks me about TUM TUM Mountain. Everyone just dissed it so I figured I must be wrong. But I did conctact a historian who told me yes, the track were up and down. I didn't get that much infomation back yrs ago when I chased it. If someone needs the information - why NOT just contact me directly? Would someone be so desperate they would resort to incorporating more of someone else's story into their story JUST to sell a book! I do NOT and everyone here knows - incorporate the story anyone else tells. Galen hijacked the fingerprint story, but he did change it - yea, Glacier Boy not much gets past me! I called him on that right here in this thread! How many times do people think they can sucker me? When I chase these things I do NOT usually run to the thread with them. Jo, Do you have working smoke detectors? Just wondered when you mentioned being asleep while your house was filled with smoke. 377 Yes, I have working smoke detectors -but not on the screened porch which has 3 walls that are built into the house. The one wall has a large sliding door and the detectors are in the halls on each side of the house with average ceilings. I was on the couch asleep and the smoke had NOT yet reached the detectors...The ceiling in the living room where the smoke came in is very high and that was a saving grace for me. IT does not take much smoke to give me difficulty. The Dr. asked me what they were burning. I do know they were burning household trash because I could see the pieces of paper flying into the trees. It could have included the bags of fertilize and mole poision he had put down. Since is was NOT just WOOD the problem could have been something that was Toxic, plus there is NO way they were buring JUST yard waste. They also fueled the fire with GASOLINE and the large container was only a few feet from the fire. Understand the lay of the land and the up and downward drafts and the ceiling of humitity over the lake forced the smoke at MY house. No one was home in the next two houses down from me. The house on the otherside of the "burn" missed a day of work due to breathing the smoke. He is a lot younger than me- therefore they must have been buring something BESIDE just wood. Maybe things that had been treated with chemicals - heaven only knows where he obtained the burning materials. The fired dept did NOT put out the fire and EXAMINE the materials.... I now have to use an inhaler and it is very very expensive! NOT in my budget. Not toning the fire down and continueing to do it for 3 days and then would have done it a fourth night if another neighbor down the street had not intervened...is negligence when they have an elderly person next door and small children on the premises. The DR. wants to wait about 2 wks which would be 4 wks from the incident and if I do not improve to run some tests. I am concerned they burned the chemical bags he had for the lawn and the pests...but, since the fire department did NOT examine the fire - we do not know. No fire last wk-end and surely they will NOT try to do another fire. Some people you can never predict their actions. My main concern is that I have not been able to do anything since the fires and I am fighing extreme fatigue and feel horrible...breathing is still an issue (do not feel like I am able to get enough oxygen). If it was a chemical - that worries me...so many are toxic and the instruction say do NOT burn the bags! Really need to know what they burned - BUT you know and I know we will never know that. Nor will I know if the effects - are they age or are they related to the fire.... to try to sue for damages would be useless. A source told me the individuals claimed I chain smoked. I have never been around them nor socialized with them. I have never lit a cigarette in my 9 1/2 yr old car or in my house. IF and when I smoke it is OUTside regardless of the temps - those skinny Virginia Super Slims - only when I am extremely stressed. Some days NONE at all. I might buy one pack of those every 10 days! That is also away from my door or in the yard and they cannot see me from their house....impossible unless I go to out toward the mail box. At the rate U guys are going the case will never be closed. I know I have been contacted by a lot of real and some not so real people over the yrs. Some very sane and some not so sane! I listen to each story and explore what they are telling me. There was one story I dissed many yrs ago and now that story is haunting me. The FBI told me - you can put him in a chute, but you have to put him on the plane. Perhaps I will not be able to do that in my life time, but I am moving forward by having some things photo documented and sent to the FBI. They will probably NOT look at the things, but at least I will have put everything I could into it. Certain aspects of this old crime seem to have a personal objective. Why choose WA? What drew this man to WA? Was this motive driven? Studying what I have learned about Weber - I may have stumbled upon the motive for targeting WA. With the time I usually spent on this thread - I have been exploring old records and my center of theory. There was a recent lead going in the same direction as an old lead several yrs ago. Even though I am not following this particular lead and am not responsible for it - it did direct me back to old information - I did not get or understand. This has re-direct my attention to some old information. Due to Duane's conversations about Missoula and the fire, the stories he told are forever burned into my mind. I kept thinking he had a personal connection to that and I did find what I think is that personal connection. I was able to step back after hearing myself in others and regroup and rethink something. What I found means I need to present the FBI with some material in pictures and in writing and old cemetery records. Perhaps Weber was trying to make a wrong right and repaying a debt to old friends - he really was like that, although I know U guys only look at the criminal record. Duane was a protector of others - and those he cared about. The man that is represented by the criminal background - is not the man I knew. Weber was not a violent person - he was also not meek. He hid his fear in being there for others and to defend them....he was actually a warrior to defend those he thought had been wronged. Perhaps this was an age acquired thing. It has been necessary to examine the man I knew and also to see him as that Dirty Rotten Criminal who skyjacked a plane full of innocent people. I am trying to get photos made and put together and a brief written document as to WHY! I will send a duplicated of this to a neutral party. Both will require a written receipt. If no one responds in a reasonable amount of time - then I will go public if I am still around! After being exposed to smoke for 2 straight weekends (one night my house filled up with smoke because my back door was open and I was asleep on the couch). The fired dept labeled it a recreational fire, but a fire 4 ft tall and 8 ft wide only 24 ft from my bedroom window and living room sliders was just a little more than my lungs could handle with my already stressed health. The smoke was coming toward my house. Expelling the smoke from my lungs has been a stress on my health I did NOT need. I was not told they were going to burn a second night straight in row that first week-end. I had my door open to air my house out and fell asleep on the couch awakening to the second night of fire. Then again a 3rd night 5 days later. Some people do not understand updrafts and downdrafts and the humidity level over a lake holding the smoke down and making it thicker at a lower level. The wind was low, but it was the fact my home sets higher and the fire was lower - I got all of the smoke 2 nights straight in a row one week-end and 1 night the following weekend. I am still having SERIOUS breathing problems and all the coughing caused the major surgery I underwent over a yr ago to fail. They were going to burn a second night that 2ed wkend. I was ON my knees in my yard begging the man not to do it when another neighbor intervened and helped me into my house. I had been put thur 3 fires in 7 days. My house still smells like smoke. My health was already going down hill and the trauma of the fire and smoke and being told I had NO rights has been more than I am able to handle physically/emotionally. The last 2 wks set my health way back and reversed a major surgery I had in Jan of 2012. Still I have no rights! The local attorneys won't even discuss it - if I file against my homeowners - it will not meet the deductible and only cause my rates to go up. Currently cost 2400 per yr down from the 3200 after Ivan. This made me realize life is short and I am not invincible, therefore I am moving forward to finalize my mission regarding Weber/Cooper. If the FBI does not respond to the stuff I am going to present to them - then I wlll do WHAT I have TO DO and not what I want to do...go PUBLIC! If you think the FBI is going to spend a 20 to investigate the above - don't hold your breath! They had 17 yrs to check out Weber and they did a PISS POOR job of it. Perhaps that was deliberate so there would be no one to identify him. When someone puts a suspect on their door step and they dance around it for a while and then looked staight thru it for 17 yrs - Why would I provide them with anything? So they can spend another 17 yrs covering their ass! All of the above Stuff I told JT and Himmelsbach probably never got to the desk of the agent of record! STUPID ME! I didn't know they had not investigated this and I doubt they will now - but I did! AND I never GAVE UP! At times I wanted to let it go - but, I knew what I knew and I could NOT get anyone to hear me. I was just that damn tree falling in the forest! You send them an outline - I did this for 17 yrs and now I WILL DO WHAT THEY DO NOT WANT ME TO DO! I do not have the time to wait for the FBI do look at something 17 yrs too late - NOT after I put it in their damn laps. They could have least have had an agent ask me more about my trip to WA with Duane by contacting me on the phone...but the didn't call me and ASK me ANY QUESTIONS! NONE. The only FBI agents I saw was 1 agent who came to my home in 1996 to collect the information I had. 2 agents who picked up DNA in 2003, 2 agents who returned it in 2007 and a couple of time I went by the local FBI office myself - they didn't know what the shit was going on and just told me what Seattle said. I did call Seattle many times but basically never got past the MOUTH PIECE after March of 2000. I did get to actually speak to an agent of record 2 times this YR! Even prior to that - they paid little attention to anything I said and you were always talking to different agents. Agent CARR came to this thread - and for all of the wrong reasons. The Local FBI didn't know enough about the case to answer my questions or able to talk to me about it. To HELL with the FBI - I did their damn investigation for them and a lot of people have walked by me over the yrs. Some fell by the way side, but others hung in there. Some had their own theories and went their way, but I hung with what I knew and told my story over and over and over. Finally someone heard me - or have I just taken you guys for a ride for 13 yrs. (I say 13 because that is how long I have had a computer and how long I pursued this on a computer). Until March of 2000 I thought it was in the hands of those who get paid to investigate. Since the FBI is tied up with more important issues - many individual have taken on the task of Cooper themselves. I have received multiple contacts recently from and about the area I have been speaking for yrs. Someone popped of a firecracker and now a lot of heads are turning. I finally was able to make contacts I wish I had made prior to my 2010 trip. Never forget the things I have told about the trip I made with Weber in 1979. To Salt Lake to take a picture of a man! Perhaps U guys need to start thinking and not puffing. The Dalles and the people he knew in the are around Biggs and Rufus. His conversation about Goldendale and the bar there the guys went to. Hood and the guy there who came up from Camino and the Apple Orchards there. The Beach the Guys hung out at. We got out of the car before we crossed The Bridge of the GODS. At this point he talked about all of the sailing and the boats and climbing cliffs and jumping off. Remember this when we cross the Bridge of the GODs and before we headed West Duane pointed out a road that would go a littel town and the over to Goldendale. He had pointed out another way to Goldendale the day before around Biggs and Rufus. So he mentions Goldendale twice. While in The Dalles he talks about the river boats and tells me where they go and he knows the area and where to go. He tells me about Johnny Carson sidekick Doc Severinson and how he knew him. He had family that live in an area not far from there...(well, I was able to verify that - how did Duane Weber know that)? All the way to Washougal Duane points at this road and talks about sawmills and tracks and the guys. He talked about an encampment there - I didn't understand what it was and I still do not. He told me where the rails went to and what he said I just learn are true (remember I told this yrs and yrs ago). Only now things I was told and what I told the FBI/Himmelsbach and anyone who would listen was ignored in 1996 - has been verified. Jo was NOT making the shit up - it was really there. Duane was really there before and not just for a visit nor as a kid with his parents. He mentioned other things that I had at one time told and over the yrs. But, I had nothing to base if these things actually existed. Remember his telling about Mattie and her nephew Stanley. They did exist and Stanley was part of that area and he was a jumper! Mattie may have had connections to an airport in Farguer - At one time I remember finding what I thought that was - but couldn't verify it. All along that river on HWY 14 to Washougal - Duane told me what was there and the story that went with it and WHY did JT tell me NONE of this existed and flagrantly in this thread threatened me and told me I was on the OR side of the Columbia - I was NOT I was on the WA side. I also verified the caves off of the highway and above the highway we were on. Duane points at roads that look like they go no where - there was just a road and a sign. GUESS what - what he told me was there was actually there. These things have been verified? I will let you guys figure out the REST of it. P.S. You guy remember the file the FBI didn't want me to know about. The arrest in St Petersburg with a photo. A photo this thread uncovered! Could that photo have solved the D.B.Cooper mystery or at least the Duane L. Weber mystery? Why did the FBI agent CARR not expose that on this thread? Yet long after he is gone - POP goes the WEASEL! In 1971 had there have been in place the systems of today - Cooper would have gone to prison...but with no Camera in the terminals or on the planes all they had was witness ID's. One very poor grade natural photo known to be Weber in a natural dejected snap - may just have matched other photos of a guy in those areas. Now the people who knew this man are old or deceased, but NOT all is gone - not by a long shot. Maybe there is HOPE! NOT all has been lost. Will it prove Weber was Cooper - NO not according to the FBI - We still have to put him on the plane! Maybe all of this is false memories - didn't a local newpaper run a story on Weber showing his pictures? Why would it take a 1957 photo of Weber to ID Weber as a man who spent time in the WA area.? NONE of this makes Weber out to be COOPER, but it should be a wake-up call. Maybe it is all a HOAX! Maybe the entire skyjacking was a HOAX! You think?
