Totally incorrect statements: The Boeing had been jumped before Cooper did it. Ask 377 and Snowman. I argued the point till I was blue in the face that Duane and I watched a segment on TV (between 1988 & 1994) showing the Boeing being jumped from in the 1960's. It took awhile, BUT 377 and Snowmman found the clip. For a long time 377 doubted me UNTIL Snowman found the clip! That CLIP is available in this thread! The Boeing had been jumped before and that was very very early on - prior to 1971. In that exercise they slid down and out and hence why Cooper did NOT know how to lower the aft stairs....but, it had been jumped from and it was PUBLIC knowledge but only to a select few individuals. Find the select few and check their backgrounds and you know the connections to Cooper and to Weber! One of the men in the video look a lot like Weber - but it was not Weber. Anyone ever find out who the man was with the funny stance and the white hair infront of the Boeing after or before or after the teams jumped it with the cargos? You are Damn RIGHT - CKRET NOR the FBI would allow me to see a Jefferson mug shot. Also HOW would CKRET know if the witnesses said not WATCH. HE did NOT interview them and all he had WAS their statements in the FILE which obviously stated if YOU guys have it right NO JEWELRY. See what I mean - young agents have NO idea that in my day - if you said NO jewelry - a WATCH never entered your mind. A watch was not called a piece of jewelry in 1971! Precisely why I do not say much. NOT Knoss NEVER got to me with the BYU pin. I told the man he was a NUT, but he kept on and on. I never said it was a stick pin, but even Himmelsback called it a stick pin - way back when in 1997. With what I could see in the picture which I did NOT have when I confronted the FBI - all I could do was take Mr. H's word. The exwife sent me the pic yrs later - but the FBI ignored it. I personally see a small gold bar on the tie - but NO one else could see it, but I still maintain I can see the bar...just outside of the lapel. 1. The FBI has a tie with a tie clip on it they claimed to be Coopers! 2. The witnesses said NO jewelry! 3. In my day a watch WAS NOT considered jewelry! 4. I have a photo EVERYONE dissed that showed Duane Weber with a pearl clip - but it was dissed as a flaw in the old photo. 5. Pearl was Duane's birthstone. 6. That picture was sent to me by the ex-wife. The clip was a birthday present from the step-kids. 7. Hell, I can't prove any of it! Today is the beginning of the end! Today I move forward with a plan I have procrastinated on - thinking and hoping the FBI would finally make a move. There is little time left to do what I must do and I need the help of the thread. All of you know my computer capabilities are almost non-existent in the world as it is today. I need addresses and phone numbers of any and all of the below. The pic will be sent to the FBI by registered mail with a receipt required. I need to be able to mail duplicates of the pics if the FBI does not acknowledge receipt of the items. I need 2 individivuals who I can send the 2 other packages with receipt required. I need a check point to make sure these items are NOT ignorned by the FBI and they are shown to the witnesses. Tina DOES not open her mail and the other package I sent to Florence yrs ago was not acknowledged or returned and I sent the return postage inside of the package. If the FBI does NOT acknowledge the items within a specific time frame you guys suggest - I then GO public with them. At this point in my life I am NOT worried about making a fool out of myself. I need answer now and after 17 yrs I feel entitled to answers and for the FBI to express some kind of interest in my claims. Since the flame has been lit that means there is a short window of time for these items to be made public. The other pics I had made came out horrible...NO I cannot make the item public until the FBI receives them first - otherwise every crack pot in the Cooper world will then produce other similar items which will only confuse things. After one of the scam artists or wantabees contacted me - I kept getting UNSOLICITATED emails regarding watches. Hey I may be a dumb broad, but I am NOT that dumb. I just deleted the email without opening them. The pictures are being provided to me by hard copy and on a disk - so they will not be on my hard drive. I will have copies which I will have a notary sign and date. 2 others will have copies of these notrarized photos....then and ONLY then could the photos be made PUBLIC. If nayone can suggest a better way please let me know. NO they will NOT be made public in the thread UNTIL they are DOCUMENTED by the FBI. Otherwise ALL of you know exactly what would happen. Others would produce similar items and claim their suspect had this or that! NOT going to happen. I have been sitting on this for yrs, BUT until TODAY did NOT feel the urgency. I have provided many photos of Weber. 1970, 1968, 1969, 1976 and 1975. Duane had salt and peper in the 1968 photo and the dyed hair in the 1970 and then in the 1975 and 1976 he is completely gray. If I knew how to put them in the text with the yr of the photos on one page - YOU would see what I am talking about. You are just echoing words claimed by another party who usually gets his information incorrect. Yes, Most of the pic I have of Duane are older because I did not meet him until 1976. The pics I have of a younger Duane were acquired from ex-wives and old friends and the very young ones from a member of the family and some from criminal records. WHY the F--- do you think the FBI never allowed me to see the 1966 Jefferson photo! Because that would have been a very good photo to compare with the fuzzy photo taken by a friend of the family on the day Weber was released from Jefferson in 1968. The attached photo I have used for YRS: I thought was taken in 1971, The ex-wife provided this photo and she divorced him in 1972. On the back of the photo was 1970 but she said it was taken in 1971. So there is a discrepancy in the day - but 1970 or 1971 - just how close of pic do you want me to post. AGAIN, this is WHAT I KEEP telling this thread - even here the NAYSAYERS have deliberately provided MIS-INFORMATION regarding the pictures I use. ALSO note the photo I took myself on Christmas eve in my own apt in 1976. (completely gray in that photo). The trauma MUST have made his hair turn white over nite! His hair goes from dark to gray in less than a yr????? The wife of the day admitted she dyed his hair for him....after he left Jefferson in 1968 and up until the left him in 1971, but we now know they did NOT separated & divorce until 1972. In March of 1972 he still resided in a home with that wife...and the children in the home verified this! Jo, Here is another remark that may interest you. "People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw bricks." Robert99 BIG BIG Difference. I was threatened by a man and the FBI did NOT even question him! They did NOT even check to see if the man existed. Perhaps they didn't have to do so....perhaps he was already known to them! It has been a long day...we buried a member of the family today - much younger than myself. Will not be posting very much as I fatigue very easily now. When you guys go back and misquote or misconstrue things I have said - I feel I HAVE to make a post! None of you guys have a clue what is coming down! IOTA! As for the Salt Lake man - I will restate. Duane took me to the Visitors Center and he told me to stay in the chapel...he would be back in a few moments. I got restless and went to the ladies room and when Duane returned he looked at the roster and I asked him what he was looking for. I do not remember his answer, but he said stay here just moment and went to the hall the left of the entrance. He came back very quickly and said he is leaving. Then he puts me infront of the Assembly Hall and tells me a man will becoming to the area from the Left of the Building (which I now know to be the Assembly Hall) and he wanted me to take a picture OF the MAN. He told me he did NOT want the man to see him. He left the area from the location I took the photos. He told me the man would be carrying a brief case and he had to go past there to get to his car. He did tell me there was a parking lot in that direction and across the street. After I discussed this in the thread - I did verify there was a parking lot there. I snapped 5 photos. The first was of the Assembly Hall to be sure I had the camera focused. In one photo I caught the brief case and in the next photos I got the man. After the 1st one he looked directly at me and that is the one I posted. I then made a better photo of the Assembly Hall. When I had the photos developed Duane asked me where the negative were - I told him in the fire box where I always put negatives. The albums have been redone a couple of times over since then and I often eliminated photos, but I never destroy negatives. It was after we moved to FL that Duane again asked me about the negatives and this was in 1989 or early 1990. . When I re-did the albums after Duane died and long after I had contacted the FBI - the pictures he had me take of this man seemed to be a connection to Duane's past. I had eliminated 2 of the photos in the past, but in my explorations on this thread and into the past of Weber, I went DIGGING into the old negatives. This is recorded right here in this thread. I went thur 50 yrs of negative more than one time holding them up to a large light. A very tedious job. The negatives of the man were GONE - POOF! When I re-did the albums one eliminates photos that are no longer important...but, I never eliminate negatives. It was in this thread I explored this. The story has never changed. If one finds it necessary to attempt to PICK apart my words in the thousands of posts I made that person needs to put themselves in my shoes. NOT every post is going to be exact and may reflect a prior conversation going on. If the person who chose to pick this apart goes back and READS every post regarding this subject from the time I first brought it up until the current discussion, there should be little variances other than inflections coming from the general discussion about said specifics. NEVER was searching for a hook. I did NOT know who the guy was and it was a very direct and honest question. I had shown the pic to others and no one had any answers, so I presented it to the thread hoping someone here might KNOW who it was and what the uniform was. I did NOT spend yrs and lots of money searching for the answer to that if I was putting in a "hook" as you call it. Why would you care who the man was! It should have been an easy find - why does it bother you, Georger? The ONLY REASON Duane did NOT want the man to SEE him was because he HAD CONNECTIONS to the man in the PAST. The yrs caused them to screw up their stories about each other. One individual close to both of them told me she knew Duane was Cooper. Then she comes up dead a few months later! In that same conversation she tells me another secret - a personal one. The first and only and the last time I was ever able to speak with this person privately. Most have found me thru this thread and I can usually discredit them some quickly and others take a little longer. Researching in this manner is NOT only dangerous as I am fully exposed, but because some these individuals use the BAIT I put on the hook to discredit me with. She said and she told and she stated! Right I have to play their game until I can completely rule their story out. The best and longest example of this was Knoss. I truly feel sorry for the man - and if his original story had any merit at all - he destoried it with the myths and "stories" he created. At first his story was simple and seemed honest, but he took the bait and ran with it...then the most basic part of the story vanished. His story grew and grew as he created things that had NOTHING to do with what he first contacted me about. It was just some guys who were pilots & jumpers and residents who got together in the complex courtyard where he lived. He insisted one of them was Duane Weber, but not the name he knew him by. The rest of the story he created as time went by. It was necessary I denounce him, but he let his story continue to GROW! The ONLY thing I was ever able to verify was that Duane and he ex-wife did stay in the area for about 2 to 3 months. They did NOT have any of the children with them because he was RUNNING from the law and was later arrested in Cleveland and sent to Jefferson. She specifically remembered the time frame due to her daughter's birthday (the daughter was NOT with them). That was the end of Knoss's story, but he continued to tell stories and like Pinocho - his nose got longer and longer and longer and NO one believed him. I do appreciate the merit that was in his original story, but as his story grew it was necessary to TEST him and then to DENOUNCE him. Georger Chatters On: Sitting here reading this thinking: "what kind of self serving troll and abductor of people's lives would say such a thing beginning with the name drop"? A troubled nobody and trouble maker, as Geoff Gray catagorised him? Have fun at other's expense, Dufus. The world go on and no one cares who Cooper was. Not anymore. A select few of us care but NO one else really cares. I care because I hav personal interest in this and wish I could get some help from some one else to spend a few weeks with me and go thru this stuff. Keep the thing and condense them - that might make one some day look at the only real suppect that has ever been. Then someone to go with me to the places I need to go back to the places Weber left his foot prints. This should have happened serveral yrs ago but NO one believed me. Pictures need to be made of these watches - what if Tina really did see a watch and it was just a little different. The watch puzzles me. I believe more converstation took place between Tina and Cooper than has ever been knonw. Cooper even with his hard shell on - she saw something worth being in the man. She saw a sad man and an angry man. She saw him look at his watch - she knew he had on a watch and it is buried in her memory. In the attached pic Duane had me take in SALT LAKE. Take one more good look at it. I have been told he has on an airforce band uniform, but I do NOT see it. The person claimed the Airforce band played there in late Sept. I don't believe it - I spent too much money chasing this salt lake photo to give up too easy. I know this photo has some thing to do with WEBER - he sure did NOt want Weber to see him. This was something the thread explored and came up with a lot of possibilities, but none panned out. I remember the things Weber talked about, but maybe it was just talk and maybe it was by association. An ex-con who wanted to please people, but one who always seemed to divert back into the world of small time crime. Note I used the word seemed. Since Weber was in the system much of the time - there were only 2 windows of opportunity. One 1945 to 1949 and then 1962 to 1966. If the wife of the 60's had NOT verified some of his association with certain individual - I might have given up long ago. He idolized the individuals he met in the N.W. during those early yrs, His family was successful in their endeavors - with the service and in their private lives. His yrs in San Quentin and Folsom were yrs that life time friendships were formed. Most of them criminals. He idolized Paperlegs and was with him in the 60's, Paperlegs was everything Weber wanted to be - he idolized him. The wife of the days told me about her life with Johnnie Collins, but NO one would believe me. When the FBI went to see her they scared her, because she felt she could be prosecuted for some of the things he did which she herself had knowledge of. The things Duane mentioned only in passing - she verified that such relationships actually existed. Such as Paperleg and his wife. I feel that in some manner Ed Horan and Duane Weber (aka John Collins) were part of Intermountain Communications because of Duane's and Ed's past connections to the N.W. (WA) in the late 40's. Paperlegs needed renegades - men able and eager to make money. The men he needed didn't need to be military, but eager to please and to be part of the action...I think 2 of them were chosen out of Canon. Most of the training for Intermountain was near Canon and then expanded to 2 other locations....Leadville and North of Ft. Collins, Co. Frankly I do NOT know if any of us will actually ever know what that group did and how far they infiltrated and what they accomplished. They had a mission and they needed people who would never be missed! How far Duane made it with these individuals and how long he made it - I do not know. He and his wife would then go to Kansas and start a new life which then included her children. Well, perhaps they paid the guys a good price, but the money ran out and Duane went back to his old ways, ending up in Jefferson as John Collins. He was still involved. Think about this one more time. He is releases from Jefferson as JOHN COLLINS and he is a many time felon by then. Think about the commutation! Then he goes back to being Duane Weber. Again he is enlisted to do a "job" and he did that job well, but he never received compensation or did he? Was he actually a free man in 1969 when he hit Atlanta - I don't think so. I think he was still under the thumb nail of the system. You guys can take it from there, but I will go to my grave knowing what I know and the world may never know and if they do it will not surface for another 25 yrs when NO one will even care or remember who Cooper was. Strange that in 1972 Duane Weber's life changed - he had divorced the other wife - and the new marriage didn't work out, but he continued to grow in success - with a few bad times, but there was something working for him and with him...his connection to this group. The company behind him came out of Texas and it founder believed in second chances for ex-cons and payment in exchange for services rendered. These guy had paid a heavy price in the 60's for what they did and those that survived had JOB insurance - can I prove it? Can I tell the story without being sued? Probably not, but maybe some day someone will. Maybe this will continue to be one of the secrets this country keeps - they do not want to let it be known that politics can be pretty dirty. That is what is wrong with American now....the Secrets of the past the Government wants to conceal. Wealthy admired men who tried to help - but did it under the table and yet maintained their prestigious positions in society. Some would make it out unscathed, but others like Bernie Barker paid the price. Many other were never known - the guys who did the dirty work. One journalist tried to hide papers so the truth would one day be known, but after he died the FBI confiscated all of the papers he had kept - just encase. His wife thought they only wanted certain files - but they walked out with it all. Duane knew this man and had gone to see him in the late 60's prior to his being given a new lease on life in the 70's. Those who survived did so only at the hand of a man who died a few yrs ago. A man who tried to do the right things in the 60's and then settled for doing what he could do with the wealth he had acquired. I personally met this man and some of the OTHERS! A story that will never be told...one that someone in this thread knows better than I do. A story they think they have to continue to cover-up because of national security? No I think it comes down to having to admit past involvement and what people will think of them. Hell, everyone is so old now - what difference does it make, unless what they did was wrong. In my estimation what they did was right! Protect and do NO harm! I have fought this battle trying to prove Duane was Cooper without unleashing all of this, but now it is just a matter of it being known. At this stage of my life - bring it on! Covering the past with murder and attempted murder is not going to make the wrongs right or right wrongs. Time for AMERICA to know the truths about all of this. Those who are left are only afraid of the repercussion of the past. It is a matter now of saving face and what it will do to the lives that still remain. For some reason I felt I needed to say all of this tonight. It needed to be someplace it could never be erased. For some reason certain individuals out there are afraid of the truths being known. The truths would make their life styles chaotic and destroy the images others have of them. The truths would put American Politics in upheaval. The solution was so simple - but, they chose NOT to allow this to happen. Did you think I was so simple that you could unleash a man with a weird story upon me? Did you really think I would swallow that pill? Did YOU really think I would be that easy to discredit? Did YOU really think you could cover all of the foot prints? A few yrs ago the solution was so simple and now you have complicated it. Hell, I can't prove it can I? Is that what has you in such a quandary - how damn much does she really know? Where is her proof! What was known and what was necessary to tell the story about Cooper was all that was needed. Now with the loss of time and my health - I will go for the WHOLE enchilada. Handle.... When you talked about the balls it took to jump out of that plane, I just could NOT help myself! NO one ever asked me how he got that CB Handle or Why! I figured he was a spotter (because of something he said about the Johnson Brothers) and smoke jumpers for the forestry. It is the spotters responsiblility to make sure those guy jump on target and they are supposed to wear a chute in case they fall out. Just one of the reasons I thought Duane was involved with skyjumpers. He left his foot prints in Spokane....the FBI ignored them. Cooper." I do not want to believe any part of the Cooper Thing was a conspiracy - there were too many people involved over the yrs for there to be a conspiracy. Due to an inadequate investigation of Weber in 1998 -FBI has repeatedly made the same mistakes in their reporting of Weber's background. This does NOT support a conspiracy, but a flawed investigation due to too many hands in the pot and the forever changing of the guard. Their priority is to deal with immediate threats - and chasing a dead man has NO priority. Duane was involved in some SHADDY stuff - but, it was probably not related to Cooper! Admittedly when I discover things that the FBI did not find or report to me regarding the past of Duane Weber - it is natural to think (cover-up). But when it come down to the final analysis - it becomes one the problems when one deals with OLD criminal records. ONE mistake and you miss a vital piece of evidence....so far this is what has been revealed - NO conspiracy. I guess a husband and wife could be considered a conspiracy but when I think of conspiracy I think Govenment issues - not a single crime were NO bodily injury or breach of security occured.
