I've had two rigs brought to me with cat pee on them....best way I've found to remove it was to spray the rig down good with simple green....let that sit and soak in for about 5 to 10 mins and then put it in a tub of water and woollite.....hand wash it for several mins......then just let it soak in the woollite for a good 10 to 15 mins....then hit it with a soft bristled brush and rinse very well and let dry.....that did the trick on both the rigs that customers brought to me........and I totally agree with the cat beatings...that can be done while the rig is soaking.

It can be done without question.....now the cost facter differs..... To enlarge a harness properly on a VGH harness requires more work and anytime you upsize a harness you can expect to pay anywhere from 400 to 600 dollars....that also includes leg straps.

I totally agree........from the neck down there should be no hair...pits, legs and Brazil area should be clean......and any guy that isn't clean shaven and I mean in both places have no reason to complain at hair on any place on a woman
-
I know my Honey gets a complaint from me when she rubs her stubbly legs against me in bed......Think about it....Man doesn't shave for a few days and that stubble rubbing against your inner thighs...turn on????I think not!!!!

On the A gore on the back of a canopy is stamped all the info on the parachute. So basically look around the skirt of the canopy and you should find the info you want.

I've known mine since I was a little bitty kid....A neg with a negative RH factor......very few people actually know their RH factor but it save loads of time if you need blood in an emergency situation. This RH factor is the most important if the mother is Negative and father is Positive....this is what can cause the baby to die but if known then the baby has a great chance of survival. Good thing my parents were both negative people....lol

Thanks for the advice.....I do have the treadly set and not all the way up and I do use the break and not my hand on the wheel....learned that trick too but it was after a few friction burns ....all I want to do now is just tame my machine down alittle....I'm getting too old to sew like a bat outta hell....my eyes can't keep up....I need a Manta of the sewing machine world....lol Thanks for the tips. Kelly

I second and third all the votes for a Vector 3...(Micron Baby!!!!!WOOHOO)...but if your gonna choose between a Wings or a Javelin...be nice to your rigger and go with the Javelin. He will love you alot more for that choice.

Just wanted to give a big cheer and thank-you to Simon Wade....I recently got my Master Riggers ticket from him and learned an incredible amount also....and then to throw frosting on the cake, he just sent me a great drawing on how to build ground launch harness'......Hand drawn with all the measurement already figured out!!!...above and beyond the call of duty......anyone thinking of getting their riggers ticket or any senior rigger wanting their master riggers ticket , I'd HIGHLY recommend calling Simon.... I don't think he posts on here but if anyone here is close by to him buy him a cold one for me and I'll owe ya. Blue skies Kelly Hinson

I'm about the same way.....after years of golfing I still like party like a rock star when I break 100. For me average is about 103 and that is playing by all the rules. Golfing and skydiving go great together.....Thats why Rantoul is the bomb!!!! A few skydives in the morning and by 1 or 2 PM hit the golf course for 18 holes and 18 beers and to top it all off it's a very nice course at cheap prices

If I don't set off metal detectors then no body should....I'm a walking tribute to the wonders of modern orthopedics. Rod and screws in the left femur...plates and screws in the right wrist....screws in the left shoulder blade and just for good measure teflon tubes and more screws in my right elbow...and all from different various accidents....and now I only pray that Chicks really do dig scars

Here's one of mine....first time it's been posted.

Anyone know a good place to buy webbing....Like type 7, 12 and 17.....I know paragear sells it but at their prices you'd think it comes with a gold bar or something. I know there has to be a better supplier and I know you master riggers out there have a cheap supplier. Web sites or contact info would be greatly appreciated......and I'm still also looking for a good set of directions for building a harness...again I know I can do it from looking at one....but knowing the steps from the first to the last in the easiest order makes life much easier for me too...... Blue Skies Kelly

I'm looking for any info on building a ground launch harness....basically any harness will do I can always just modify it by not adding the risers....I know I can build one but it's just a heck of alot easier if I know what steps to do first and any special tricks are also helpful...does anyone know of a website that has that info or any manual that does???

Not only have I passed the 1000 jump mark by 4 times over and claim the beer exempt status there(and BTW I did buy the keg and host the party for my 1000 jump). I should also get to claim beer exempt status on rigger for having over 1000 re-packs....but I might be a good guy and buy for the weekend......And THANKS for all the congrats...this is one good thing to come from that pain in the butt Mirage SB, It motivated me to get my master riggers ticket.

I believe they stated the tape was note the issue(not the problem) the SB sent out stated only the fix that was needed was a second bartack and they specified what type of stitch and machine and if the rigger wished to change the tape that was their option....but if you sent your rig to PA to get updated they would change the tape and put the second bartack on......But now according to them "the original tape was fine and only a second bartack was needed"..now if this were really true then why does PA replace the tape if they do the update??...HMMMMMMM??????? Anyway hope this helps!!! Kelly
