It's only Sunday morning but here we go again! 2-1/2:0:1 2-1/2: = Tons of concrete I've hauled from my backyard to the gravel pit. 0: = A very painful number when it's the last day of a boogie and the weather is fantastic-- 1:= My first-born child just left home (Has been living with her Mom) for Fredonia State University. 1974 Chevy Pickup- completely stripped, and a plain AM radio- Never got any tickets with it except for tail lights being out one night. It did get me back and fourth to school, work, and alot of parties during my junior and senior years! Turned oout to be great for hauling people to and from bonfires/keggers up in the hills. Man- Now I'm starting to feel old-8-track was cutting edge, I listened to 45's, and even some 78's- I used to go over the neighbors, to listen to stuff like the Woodstock albums, and Frank Zappa along with a bunch of bands like Frijjid (sp) Pink,Mott the Hoople, T.Rex, MC5, Deep Purple, and the list goes on- They had a record player with a couple of nickles taped to the tone arm to keep it from skipping, and we had to keep wiping the dust off the needle. And everyone said Grand Funk Railroad sucked, but I bought thier albums! Easy Does It

mmmmm - The only album (and we're talking LP here-) some one might laugh at would be the Monkees - And that was more or less iherited - My older sister moved out and I wound up with it in my stash- Her Bay City Rollers albums quickly became targets for my shotgun- Oh- I think Rod Stewart might be in there, maybe- Easy Does It

OK- So the basic topic is sex in a church - I don't know if anyone else here was subjected to the exquisite torture of a Catholic school education, but I unfortunately was. ( better education through intimidation and humiliation-) Made quite a character out of me for a while- Not to digress-- It sure wouldn't be the first time anyone had sex in a church! It went on at our school and several others in the area on a regular basis - The church was almost never locked, and there were lots of places to do it! No sweat! Easy Does It

As an American, And a Gulf War Vet, and also a vet of the Bosnian thing, I don't actually see a clear reason for hitting Iraq, other than to settle some unfinished business, and it's kinda late in the game for that. Until I see a well-supported reason for an invasion, I really don't agree with it myself. Easy Does It

I have some pretty small frames on my eye glasses and they still don't fit under my Z-1. So I wear contacts, and I have no problem, even when I open the visor after dumping and collapsing the slider. My siggestion would defintely be contacts! Then you can wear some cool shades walking around on the ground! Easy Does It

I just took mine- and I really didn't study all that much- If you look in your copy of the SIM you'll see a heading on the first pages asking "who needs this?" or something to that effect - Any section that says it's for people studying for licenses, read it. The I took wasn't that hard, I missed one question. The test is written (at least mine was) in a manner where if you have a good general knowledge it should be easy to make the right choice- Easy Does It

I also vote in every election- No matter what my vote weighs, it's still my vote. I've been toseveral different countires, and let me tell you, we got it made here in the US! I tell people this- If you didn't or don't vote, don't complain about who's in office! Easy Does It

Hey Girl! In regards to the small parts that get lost easily- If you spread out a towel and do your work on that, any small parts that fall will stop right there - no rolling around or anything. It's a trick I learned from a watchmaker. His bench was actually covered with a carpet like fabric, but a dishtowel works greaat! C-Ya! Easy Does It

Good on your reserve ride, Hope the beer tasted great! I know how it feels to pack your own malfunction- I did my own on jump number 60 - Crossed line groups resulting in a spin. Moral of the story - Don't pack with a good beer buzz going-! Easy Does It

I guess I'll just leave my rig home when the wife and I go to Vegas next winter- let's see- $179 to 8,000' - plus ten bucks per thousand after that that would $239 bones for a jump we charge $185 for - and $165 if you get here at before 8:00 am - You're right ! As I watched the whole thing on TV, I was thinking this could be straight out of a Tom Clancy novel. It really didn't hit me full force until I was on my way home from work that day. I was supposed to be leaving work early to go jump, something I dont get to do very often. It made me realize just how fragile the freedoms we often take for granted can be. Easy Does It

That fateful day I told my boss I was going to leave early to go to the DZ - I remember it being an absolutely awesome day, blue skies and a nice gentle breeze. I'm going to do the same this year! One thing about the next few days after 9-11 was the weird silence in the sky- I never realized how nice airplane noise sounded, until it was gone! Easy Does It

My self and three friends of mine decided to go to Hinckley for tandems - Pal Dennis had already jumped tandem once in Australia - Just for the heel of and to able to say "been there, done that-" Y'know? So we all go and now I'm the only one who kept up with it! Dennis went on to AFF 3 when he broke a toe landing, never went back to it - Sez he "lost interest" - I just got all my stuff done for my B license - Hopefully will have my C before the snow flies! -Lenny Easy Does It

0:7:At least one case, proabably more---- Got all my requirements for my B license, just need to mail it all to USPA- WooHoo! First time out of a CASA - Very cool!!! Got six jumps in Sunday, a record for me, and while my air skills are still kinda dismal, my canopy skills (landing, etc-) significantly improved! Overall it was a GREAT weekend, even if it was a little cold when I got home- Major highlight-- Had the honor of jumping with Vallerina! Girl - I'll never forget the smile on your face! It was really nice meeting you Grandma and Uncle, too! C-Ya!!! -Lenny Easy Does It
