Man, Phree- That f*ckin blows, what the DZO said- 1:4:0 Got a speeding ticket on my way to the DZ - 60 in a 45- (Swear I didn't see the cop untill too late- Speed limit sign- Where?) Met DiverDriver and eeneR at our humble DZ in East Troy, made three jumps- got some great tips and learned more on controlling my fall rate and approacing formations. After a couple minor crashes, decided full face helmets are definitely for me! Fourth jump was just an uplanned, jump-out-with-three -guys- and- see- what- happens jump - So we spent fourty-five seconds chasing each other around the sky- Tons of fun! I think one of my "obstacles" is working too hard at the dive, and I kinda forget to smile and have fun- When I am able to relax and have fun I find I do well (reasonably well anyway-) The hard part seems to be relaxing! I have made a decision to concentrate on developing good RW skills and becoming fairly proficient in that area before moving on to FreeFly- (that and it gives me more time to save up for a new, FF friendly rig-) And I LOVE floating exits! Put me on rear or center float anytime! Easy Does It

Good point! An awful lot of countries find it very easy to ask the US for money- Then ask for the loan to be forgiven because the money was squandered on some civil war that left thier economy (if there even was one to start with) in a shambles-- And of course, if it's on TV it MUST be true! It's absolutely about the oil - Anybody who thinks other wise has thier head in the sand, so to speak- And the whole ongoing conflict between Isreal and Palestine annoys the hell out of me- Sometimes I wish they'd just go all out and settle this thing once and for all! Yknow, about eight years ago the squadron I was with in the USAF was flying refueling missions over Bosnia (refueling UN/NATO aircraft - mostly non-US) and getting shot at with no defense. I got my first "thank-you" last year from a refugee who came to America with little more than the clothes on her back - She would have liked to have stayed in Europe but it seems none of the countries would have her- Seems to me when ever the UN needs muscle the US has to supply an awful lot of it - Or when the UN troops get in over thier head we need to bail them out- I feel like we get called on all the time to fight other's battles. First let me say WELCOME to the greatest playground ever! I work as a maintenance technician/supervisor for a thermoplastics compounding company- We make the stuff that makes the nice, soft cushy grip on your toothbrush handle, and stuff like that- (Like the new torso for the Barbie dolls, too-) We helped give her a belly button! My job is great, I get to play with all sorts of machines, I wear lots of hats- Mechanic, electrician, welder, pipefitter, etc- Seldom gets boring. Blue ones, Friend! Easy Does It

The line is simple- Confident persons know when they're in over thier head and aren't too proud to ask for help or bail out if need be. I just plain have ears that like to fill up with fluid during a busy day at the DZ, so I just take Sudafed- the kind that comes in little red pills- works good and doesn't screw my head up--- Easy Does It
