Then why keep demanding that everyone kneels before yours?
-
Everyone knows that you know that’s bullshit. You’re just saying it for the racism value.
-
See - true American freedom of speech!
-
That's cool, JD Vance can just come back and lecture us Europeans about what true free speech looks like again.

It would be nice if this forum was devoid of liars. No one is pumping endless cash into DEI initiatives. That is a lie. This demonstrates that as well as being an incredibly shallow thinker you are fundamentally unserious about addressing the issues you profess to care about. All you're really after is an excuse to cheerlead Trump and Musks performative cruelty and owning the libs. The rest is just the flimsiest of cover. Again we come back to the fact that you have supposedly studied logic? If Trump is awful at everything except the economy and DEI (lol yeah right, but whatever) then that's a huge amount of stuff he is uniquely awful at. Therefore 'not being Trump' actually encompasses a plethora of redeeming qualities, you're just hoping we won't notice that's what you actually think. A statement for which you have just provided zero supporting rationale. No, the vague rambling about the Weimar republic doesn't count, and no-one is particularly impressed that you know what that is.

Zero benefit? So you think Trump being batshit crazy is just fine. You think his appeasement of Putin is just fine. You think his random trade wars are just fine. Nothing positive in avoiding those things. And yet you can’t describe what any of those supposed dem negatives are.
-
And yet you can never describe what that stupidity is. Almost as if you were just trying to make excuses for yourself.
-
Gender exists in grammar, therefore all gender is only grammatical? <sigh> I could have sworn you said something about having studied logic.
-
Your entire worldview is based on the fact that an ethnic minority was once hired ahead of you and you assumed that the only possible reason for it was that you were being victimised by affirmative action.
-
Well I wasn't convinced before, but I can't see what could possibly go wrong with a financial plan purely based on 'hope'.

In the 1960s an average of 500 people a year died of it. But what’s 500 kids in a population of 200M? I can see why you wouldn’t think that matters. But the way measles generally kills is a swelling of the brain until it is crushed inside your own skull. Back before the measles vaccine no one ever tracked how many kids were left with permanent brain injuries and disabilities from severe but non fatal cases.

For the US, reducing global reliance on dollar dominated system sounds like a not positive thing...
-
It’s just what anyone else does when faced with irrational directives from a capricious, volatile, tiny brained and tinier dicked boss - go into full on CYA mode.
-
A lot less than the worst year in 3 decades? Must be fine then, let’s all knock off early and go to the pub. Of course the Mennonites in west Texas are mostly confined to Mennonite communities in west Texas. RFK has a somewhat wider influence now.

So if Trump doesn't personally sign the pink slip it's nothing to do with him? Don't be that guy.
-
""We're doing very well with Russia, but right now they're bombing the hell out of Ukraine... I think he's doing what anyone else would do – he's hitting them harder than he's been hitting them, and anyone in that position would be doing right now," Trump said. "He wants to get it ended." " Cunt.

Then you didn’t look very hard. Judge Beryl Howell issued an order saying the Trump administration cannot fire NLRB board member Gwynne Wilcox—which is a final ruling that will remain in place unless a higher court overturns it—ruling Trump firing her is a “blatant violation” of federal law
-
Don't be that guy. When Trump ordered all probationary employees in every agency to be fired, why do you think they all received messages saying they were being let go because their performance had been assessed as substandard? If everything was above board, why do you think the Trump admin was trying to cover its ass?
-
I don't think you need to be an expert in economics to figure that out, do you?
-
Why do you think the courts are already blocking many of the attempted firings? https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/feb/21/trump-mass-firings-federal-government-bill https://www.forbes.com/sites/alisondurkee/2025/03/06/judge-blocks-trump-from-firing-labor-board-member-heres-where-trump-and-musk-are-winning-and-losing-in-court/

Not guidelines - laws. He’s breaking the law. And damn if the lawsuits and payouts aren’t going to put more than a dent in any ‘efficiency’ gains.
-
So again, exactly what Trump and Musk are not doing.
-
And of course one of the best ways to do that is to cripple the revenue generating arm of the organisation. Yeah, it's for sure all about that balance. Totally.

So tell me when GM employees voted to be laid off? Which circles back nicely to the point of the thread, which is that Trump and Musk lied to their voters about what they were planning to do, and now a lot of people are regretting believing them.
