    In the FUTURE it is going to be cool. I always thought it would be great to get those things that Bugs Bunny used to compete with Marvin the Martian. You remember!!! It was a small round platform - enough for one person to stand on. And it had a lever. You push down on the lever until 15,000 ft, base jump, then freefly, then open, and land.     I did this with no problems. AND YES, it does help with the stability of the camera on your head. Just mark where it would be and drill a few holes to line it up. Very easy thing to do.

    Ok, so I've bumped into a few of you guys/gals lately around the DZ (not dot com). It has come to my attention that I'm known as the dude who is "ALWAYS" changing avatars. Is changing an avatar (often) considered "bad practice" on our beloved digital DZ?

    SSSSSSssssiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiicccccckkkkkkk!!!!!!!!! Here is what I think is crazy about this... Five years ago, the capacity for such a record was hardly conceivable. I remember friends returning from Perris with the pride of flying a 20-way (NON-DOCKED) dive. And all of the people on the jump were rock-solid pro's - the ones that we recognize from the mags and movies. I only know of (or have heard the names of) half of the people on this record. I'm truly thankful for the people in the sport who have dedicated their time and passion to the development of freeflying (famous or not). Freeflying is a gift that is deserving of the progression we are seeing and you gals/guys are making it happen. Thanks to everyone on these dives for making history for us!!!! (...and maybe I'll see you at the 50-way. ...perhaps next year... )

    It is with deepest sympathy that my heart goes out to Paul's family. Paul and I only met about two or three weeks ago. We lost a hero and great mentor today. He'll be missed.

    I can send it in a different format if needed. However, it is doubtful that my PC (piece of crap from work) is capable of converting to illustrator format. I always thought that this symbol would look good in 3d because the 'Z' overlaps at the curves. It has the potential to make a nice 'commin-at-you' affect. Thanks Quade, you rock!
