    My dentist has a procedure that they do... it takes about 1 1/2 hours and costs $500. Three parts to the procedure: Serious cleansing, the bleaching, and a protective layer for upkeep. Rinsing with an extra fluid (for an added $50) will keep it looking good - whatever. The system seems like it is geared for the seriously neglectful types. However, it's probably the safest way to go. I spoke to Clark at X-Keys (he's a dentist who tells it like it is...lol). He mentioned that it was a great process, but you have to keep going back every two years for your teeth to stay good. I decided against it based on this point.

    ...looks like you have one knee slightly bent and the other is perfectly straight. 1. Take a breather and f'n RELAX, 2. Try getting thost upper-thighs involved in resisting some more wind, 3. Keep it symmetrical and always think of it like a balancing act controlled by your lower body (legs!). 4. I use my torso to steer me around - mostly anyway. You don't need to move it that much...just subtly (like a thought) when up close and personal.

The following is plagiarism from the flick; although, the words in bold are edited to fit our context. LOL It's been a nutty couple of weeks for me. Obviously, I'm jonesing for a jump. Some people have a hard time explaining freefly . I don't think anyone can really explain freefly. Except maybe Swanson or Ortiz, but that's okay. Freefly is a lifestyle and a way of thinking... and it's not about money and popularity. Although, some money would be nice. But it's a voice that says, "Here I am... and fuck you if you can't understand me." And one of these people is gonna save the world. And that means that freefly can save the world... all of us together. And the chicks are great. But what it all comes down to is that thing. The indefinable thing when people catch something in your flying (music).

    Don't be sorry about Rantoul - I'll, at least, be going to the SWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO boogie!!!!! I'm not saying a word about the spandex jump... We shouldn't jinx it this time. Its been put on hold way too long.

    I've had two Jeep so far... A 1979 Jeep CJ-7 and a 1994 Jeep Wrangler Both lived honorably. The CJ-7 was my very first vehicle in high school (1988). It had a 360 ci engine with 3-on the floor. I used to do wheelies with it. F'n bad ass!!! The Wrangler was sold about 3 years ago at 107,000 miles for about $6k. I took good care of the thing; but still, that is a kick ass resale if you ask me. I miss owning a Jeep but it was an impractical vehicle if you have tons of gear for sports (i.e skydiving). Hope my info helped.

    It really grosses me out when chicks communicate with one-another is that sweet, kind, almost fake soft tone. It sounds sooooo un-natural sometimes. The more exagerated it is, the more it makes my skin crawl. Example: girl1: "oh ________, you're soooo pretty. i wish my hair (face, body, arms, legs, vagina, boobies) would be as nice as yours." girl2: "ohhhhh, you're such a sweet person for noticing. please let me tell you that I think you are just as pretty as you think that I am." WTF??? My skin crawls just thinking about it. Barf. You girls should just start making out or something; it's much more attractive.

    Such a great question! Here is a semi-perverted thought... I always like going somewhere, KNOWING FOR SURE, that I was the last person there who has gotten laid. Just one of those things in the back of your mind. LOL For instance, if you do it in a car in a Target parking lot, then just go into the store and walk around. Fuckin Great for Ego ...!!!

    I was there as usual - just on the watch though. It seemed like they were getting some good formations completed. They were running to full altitude most of the weekend.

    Nate and I just met last week at the end of the swoop pond after videoing landings. We spoke about the Atlanta freefly record. The other day someone, visiting Crosskeys from Atlanta, showed some video of fun jumping down there...at the same time, informed us of the news. You could see in Nate's face that he simply enjoyed flying and was precise about movement in the air. From this, I can say that we lost a brother who was truly devoted to life, the people around him, and amping the sport. He is obviously going to be missed by many including myself. Blue Skies forever.
