7. airtec should develop an on/off button reachable while under canopy for the cypres3 designed for swoopers. --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
8. besides the "bust factor" which is a worrisome thing what else would you have to keep in mind with a B that you dont have to worry about with A's or E's (object strike)? Wierd turbulence from the streets/buildings, etc. Do you test for turbulence? --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
9. a midget skydiver could turn points like a mofo. But he'd have to wear a lot of lead though probably. He doesnt have to worry though, he can buy a belt for 100 dollars at square one! Yipee!
10. No, my intent was not to get into an argument over whether or not skydivers are a "big family", or any finer points of shipping lead. I just wanted to point out the fact that if you need something you do not have to run to the comp and buy it off the first dealer you come across. That would be silly. It appears you're reading too much into what I write, skybytch. --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
11. random question: will you see people focusing on accuracy throwing a bit higher to give time to set up than people that arnt worried about the target on BD? I've never been to a BD before and while I wont be jumping this year I still hope to go and meet some folks and have a good time. --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
12.
"skydiving is a big family"
A family that charges quadruple what the cost of an item is? Sounds pretty fishy to me. --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
13. who cares what they do as long as they dont hurt anybody. I like to give them any food that I have on me whenever Im carrying something (like a nutrigrain bar, or power bar, or a sandwhich, etc etc). Other than that I won't give strangers money who I have no idea what theyre going to use it for. --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...

15.
Expect to pay US$75 - $125ish for either a belt or vest with 6-10 pounds in it.
only a moron would pay 100 dollars for a few pounds of lead shot wrapped in codura with a buckle. You don't have to be a rigger to sew, ya know --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...

Smoking Pants?

I was thinking about this too, and while they might not give you the foward drive that you would get from long delays wouldnt they inflate faster giving you more "working surface area", less of a mushy feeling in the dead air? I dont know seems logical though, right? I was thinking about getting pantz for when I started BASE jumping but now I think I'll save 200 dollars and make these! Thanks for the info guys! --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...

18. when i stop worrying about things is usually when i preform my best. Just have fun with it. The words "progression" and "training" are all in your head. Just soak in knowledge and have a good time skydiving. --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...

Dubai Jump

I dont think anyone is going to reply admitting they jumped! It seems people are usually reserved admitting to jump low profile stuff, let alone something that the police are currently investigating. But thats just my take on the situation! --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
20. I thought placing the camera on the top moved the CG higher and further away from your head? Wouldnt that create more of a whiplash effect? --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
21. times change, people change, things get permanently lodged up people's asscracks making them walk funny and act uptight. Too bad really, i guess its sad to say a good proctologist could really loosen things up at most boogies... --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
22. sounds like an exceptional time, thanks for sharing.
23. I dont know if this is what you are talking about or not but I tried!
24. i think everyone sees a few benefits of not using a cypres if they logically thought it out. Heres a couple that I thought of right off the bat: -lots of money saved -no chance of a cypres misfire obviously if you dont have one Now I didn't say if those were more important than the possible benefits of USING one, thats up for you to decide! --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
25. id feel scared packing like that cause when the packjob is over your shoulder you can look down inside it and try to make sure the lines arn't tangled, crossed over, etc. But what do I know! --------------------------------------------- let my inspiration flow, in token rhyme suggesting rhythm...
