    I think its funny as shit. Joking about dying is hilarious as long as someone close to you doesnt hear you that doesn't "get it". (i.e. gf that doesnt dive, mom, dad, etc).     you roll it under the canopy while its on the ground? This seems like it would be slightly more squirrelly than rolling over, since when you roll over you can apply outward pressure to keep it tight, seems like it would be harder to do that if you were reaching over the canopy to roll under.     the wingloading wouldnt change, and I'm pretty sure any "formula" you would write to indicate density altitude change would have to be pretty damn complex, cause its almost suredly not linear. It would be like, WL(subscript 1) = regular WL WL(subscript 2) = regular WL with a multiplier added for density altitude difference Ah, ok, now we'll wait for practical advice that can really help you. blue skies!

    You have to understand my position as someone that doesnt BASE jump and is in the stage of gaining knowledge/info and when I see a language mistake/typo that counteracts how I thought things were I have to question it for my sake (whereas other experienced jumpers might just recognize it for a mistake I do not have the experience for this).     oh man im confused now. I thought valves helped flight characteristics, i.e. better glide angle, better flare (less mush from vent only).     Obviously, "themonkey" I dont feel like what Iraq or Afghanistan is doing is correct, nor do I feel like what America is doing to handle the situation is correct. I think everyone involved is in the wrong. I don't have an answer, but I know any answer that ends up with innocent people dead is wrong. Period. That's my view on it, and while you can call me any name you want, laugh at the oddball's pacifist's view, it won't change what I believe. Killing human beings is wrong.     isn't the odyssey a relatively new product? Companies tend to push their new products hard compared to their old reliables. Its a simple law of promotion, you advertise what is new and does not have as much word of mouth exposure.
