Summerfest....I would have like to been there more. I wasnt able to get off of working. The day I was there though I had a really good time. Only did 1 jump but everyone was in such high spirits, especially on the ride to alti. Didnt' get to jump the heli or dc-3 but there is always next year. I think the band your thinking of is Generations. I'll do some better planning next year and be there the whole week to meet some of ya's. Blue skies, cold beer Chris

Well I used to jump a Javelin w/ a Safire 150 but now its a Javelin w/ a Sabre2 150. Only one jump on the Sabre2 but more to come. Chris

[storytime]One day I'm on the web at work and I'm checking out skydive chicago's bulliten board. Someone was selling a 50% off certificate for a Wings Container. I emailed her and she was selling it for $300. I thought it over ( not knowing it would be off retail only ) and I bought it. Later in the week I called Sunrise Rigging just to get some info and let them know my situation. They felt kinda bad that I bought this certificate for $300. Turns out I'd only be saving close to $150. So, to make a long story short Sunrise rigging knocked off $200. $1,330 minus 50%. Plus options is $780 plus $300 ( for the certificate ) is $1080. Minus $200 is $880.[/storytime]. Thats why Sunrise Rigging Kicks A$$!!!! Chris

I know what you mean about being star struck. I was down there last Thursday taking a test to get current and saw Olav sitting there drinking a Heini. Hmmmm....what the hell would I say to that guy? I'll be down there on Sunday, If you see a moptop looking guy w/ rental gear say what up. Chris

$880 for a brand new custom *empty* container. I figure when I'm ready to downgrade it'll have good resale value. A lot of people freefly with Wings at Skydive Chicago and the riser/pin protection seems ROCK SOLID. And skreamer, when can I try your rig? C'mon on down to Skydive Chicago. Chris

I dont know if I've heard that song, but I borrowed a Grandaddy CD from my friend and they're awesome. The cover had rolling hills in the backround and the words were spelled out in computer keys.
