Chris Needles was saying that they get a lot of letters from jumpers that just got their A licenses and then kind of drop out of skydiving because they're too intimidated or something like that. It just seems that everybody is great friends and here comes the new guy. Then Chris goes to say, it takes parts on both sides, the new jumper, and the old jumpers. I cant put into words as well as he did and I dont have ther article in front of me. When I read it it just got me thinking if this happends a lot or not. Chris.

I want to know your opinions on the capital commentary out of july's parachutist. I jump at a really big DZ and I'm still pretty new to the sport. I'm having some trouble gettin' in the groove of things and wondering if any of you great people had trouble and what you did to overcome it.

Well, Call me an idiot; I didnt even know there was an AFF program out there until I was well into my AFP program. The first impression I received from Skydive Chicago made me think " This is where I'm going to learn to skydive!! " Didnt even think twice. I think that would be the same for a lot of students who visit Skydive Chicago. The place just kicks a$$!! I'm not putting any other DZ's down or anything, so please don't be offended. Adrnaln, Are those sabre 2's elliptical at all? I definatly need to go down this weekend and jump my brains out, I'm talking 10 jumps because I feel like crap. Did your DZ incorporate all of the new student canopies?? I thought skydivechicago was replacing the safires w/ stilleto hybrids? Man I need to get down to Skydive Chicago and do some jumps!!! Skydive illinois is a cool place. that king air they have is fast as hell. just if you rent gear get there early. they have one rig for each size so beware. I find skydive chicago always to have a rig for me to use so i can do back to back loads.

Even though i dont really travel yet ( waiting for paid vacation Arizona here I come ) I make about 25K a year. And all of that goes to skydiving and beer!! Alright, rent and car insurance gets reluctently paid too. chris
