Well, I haven't jumped either of them yet. I weren't sure of which one to get either, but after reading about them I ended up with buying a pro-dytter today. What made me go for L&B was: - More adjustable. - Good customer support reputation. - Good quality reputation. The price difference really aint that much, unless you want to dig up the bucks to by a pro-track. There are only 10 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Never jumped the electra myself, but was told by a guy who had demoed it that it was very responsive. From what he said the 170 electra probably will fly just as aggressive as your hornet 150. Post a comparison when you've jumped both. I would like to know how it compares to the Hornet. There are only 10 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

When I'm cutting away I'm throwing my cutaway handle! Why??? 1. At 1500' without a working canopy, the cost of a new handle is not my biggest problem. 2. Fumbeling with getting a grip on the reserve handle because I'm holding on to my cutaway handle is not on my list of things I want to experience. Just my $.02 ... Hi I have the metal handle, and will continue using it. I feel comfortable that I can find and pull it in freefall (yes, I have tried). My main reason is not that I can pull it harder, but I feel I can grab and pull it quicker, and that's what counts in my book. Your question has allready been answered. It doesn't matter if you leave it on or turn it off unless you're going for a drive/altitude change. What I suddenly came to think of was something I heard or read somewhere, that slamming cardoors or trunklids could cause the cypress to missfire. (putting the rigg with cypres on in the trunk, drive a bit, so that the cypress believes it's jumping, stopping, opening the trunk, slamming it shut causing a sudden increase in air pressure.) Anyone know if this has ever happend, or is it just a myth? How smart is the cypres really? There are only 10 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

This is pure speculation that strikes me as a possible cause. Could one of the flaps they use for steering the decent have jammed causing the shuttle to flip around. I can imagine that if the shuttle flips it will get torn apart at those speeds. Just a thought. There are only 10 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Took me some time, but the loop line comes out side by side and not on top of each other like in the sketch. I'm I right? Can't find any more, at least for now. What are the dangers with this except not beeing done according to specs? I posted a picture of my three rings for comparisons...(please tell me if you find any problems with my three rings, cause they should be ok and I will be jumping with it...) Well, I had really promised myself not to post anymore on USA, 9/11, Irak, Al-Quadi and Bin Laden. However, is it just me that has the feeling of that Bin Laden is winning his war (or rather his cause)??? What they wanted to achive by 9/11 was chaos, economical recess, anarchy, division and war. I believe they've achived exactly what they wanted. Some groups want a WWIII, because they believe that after the war they will rise... Scary thoughts... Never seen it, but then again I haven't seen much. My rigger is doing something to my riser/toggles to make them more freefly friendly. It's something about adding some velcro and stuff. I'll try to post a pic of it if it seems relevant, But I won't get my rigg back for a couple of weeks still... There are only 10 types of people in the world. The two pictures you've put together is of total different quality and resolution. The picture of Elton is higer res, sharper and smother light. The Picture of the guy to the right is taken with a hard blitz, and bad light. Did just a quick fix of colours, saturation, and levels and blured out elton a little bit to try and match quality. I don't think it's possible to make this look real, but you can maybe com closer if you but some hours into it. There are only 10 types of people in the world. You are not the first to do this... http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=188845#188845 (Pictures there to...) It shouldn't be hard to catch on a pin check. However, I missed it when I checked my rig, The person doing my pre-flight pin check missed it and the person in the plane who checked it before I got out missed it. PEOPLE - LOOK AT THESE PICTURES AND LEARN. THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. I got so angry when I came down, threw off my rigg and right away noticed what the fuck I had done.
