Jo, I have a great idea for you: There is a new program on truTV called Jesse Ventura: Conspiracy Theory. In case you don’t recognize the name… Jesse Ventura (born James Janos) grew up in idyllic Minneapolis. Upon finishing high-school, he served as a Navy SEAL in the Vietnam War. After his discharge, his interest in college theater led him into the pro wrestling ring, where, using the nickname The Body, he became a worldwide star. When physical illness forced him to retire from the ring, he turned to Hollywood and was featured in numerous action films. He began his career in politics in 1990, when he defeated the longtime incumbent mayor of Brooklyn Park, MN. Eight years later he ran for governor of Minnesota, and as a third-party candidate he defeated heavily-favored Democratic and Republican opponents. Jesse served one-term but declined to run for reelection. Ventura is the author of four books, including I Ain't Got Time to Bleed and Don't Start the Revolution Without Me. The first program was on the HARP facility (as a weather weapon) and the second was on 9/11 (as a false-flag attack). I’m sure they need ideas for future programming and would welcome your point of view about a “cover-up” in the NORJAK case. Why don’t you give them a call? It’ll just cost you a phone call. The worse thing that can happen, is they say they aren’t interested. If they are interested, you’ll have a crack team of investigators searching for evidence of a cover-up at no costs to you. The contact info is: truTV 600 Third Avenue New York, NY 10016 Phone: 800.268.7856 Or, send an e-mail by going to and select the “contact us” tab at: www.trutv.com/shows/conspiracy_theory/index.html Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

snowmman, Yes... there is a poster here who has a personal connection to Tosaw. I think you know that. Therefore... I don't think you are a jerk... I think you are a DICK. Let's see how it goes down when one of your dogs die! Most civilized people respect those who are grieving and/or honoring the recently deseased and it is socially inappropriate to say anything negative about a (recently) deceased person, Remember “De mortuis nil nisi bonum dicendum est”? I guess you are just differentially socialized. Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

Ah........! "The proud bird with the golden tail." At age 21, I flew every Friday from SFO to LAZ or SJC to SNA. And then back again on Sunday. What an experience for a youngster! Joke from that era: What's an airline stewardess? A pretty lady on an airplane that asks you what you want and straps you down before you can get it! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Greg Larson (Gregory Kenneth Larson) was born on November 15, 1939 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After going to high school at Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN), Larson attended the University of Minnesota. Larson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1961 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 13 year career. Most people believe that 1966 was Greg Larson's best year. I believe that sometime around 1972 he married Tina Mucklow. They were divorced just a few years after. Shortly after that, Tina entered a cloister under the name of Sister Mary Alice Mucklow. Now, Greg runs: Greg Larson Sports (GL Sports) PO Box 567 | Brainerd, MN 56401 Phone: 800.950.3320 Fax: 800.950.9301 custsvc@glsports.com www.glsports.com Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

SKYWHUFFO, You would probably be amazed to know how much Jo knows about the early Smokejumpers and their pilots. I’ll bet if pressed, Jo could post 5 facts (verifiable) that most people don’t know about the very early days of those brave jumpers and their tall timber pilots? Give ‘um some facts, JO! Anybody out there want to post something about NORJAK? (Preferably something that doesn’t reference Duane Weber.) Maybe we could get this thread “back on track”! Does anyone have any definite expected publication dates for Geoff Gray’s, Galen Cook’s and/or Robert Blevins’s books? Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

All, This morning, Dave Beck of KUOW Radio did a 12 minute piece on D.B. Cooper which included an interview with my favorite tall, lean, committed, focused, intense, and animated FBI Agent.

Orange1 said: I agree with Orange1 and georger, it would be GREAT to have an impartial, objective fact-checker… but how does one go about locating such a person. I feel like I started out that way (when I started my web-site and associated blogs etc.), but soon I started interacting with the information and personalities, so I no longer can claim to be truly “unbiased”. It would have to be someone who has no knowledge of NORJAK in the beginning. IMHO, a person like that wouldn’t be very dedicated. Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

All, Robert M Blevins, managing editor for Adventure Books of Seattle has a new Cooper book coming out. He has posted to the D. B. Cooper Research Yahoo Group ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/D_B_Cooper_Research/). He sites an interesting article ( http://adventurebooks.newsvine.com/_news/2009/11/07/3470790-into-the-blast-on-the-hunt-for-db-cooper) that claims the person who inhabited Christiansen’s Bonnie Lake, WA house found $2,000 in $20-bills and turned them into the US Treasury for replacement. They were found in a tree stump on the property. Check it out and let’s talk about someone other than Weber. Sluggo Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

Jo, You have no idea of what is being investigated and/or explored. Because of your past behavior, no one wants you in the loop. This is exactly what I feared would happen and tried to convey to you 2 years ago. Trust me... investigation is ongoing... private parties, interested bystanders, authors, news media, and others (including the FBI when presented with something credible). As I said before; “You made your bed… now lie in it." or "Now you have to stew in your own stew." No sympathy from me. Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

I shouldn’t let this exasperate me, but for some reason it does. Jo said: Jo, Do you even understand the term “negative hypothesis”? Basically, it is an attempt to gather data that demonstrates that something ISN’T a particular thing. Scientifically, it is impossible to prove unless ALL data is gathered, and ALL data can never be gathered (as long as the world hasn’t ended yet). I can’t prove that you AREN’T a man. I may not have any evidence (data) that you ARE a man, but I can’t prove that you AREN’T. Your lack of understanding this basic principle of scientific (critical) thinking is one of the things that annoy the hell out of most of the posters here. You are driven by your beliefs… I admire that… but DON”T EVER mistake your beliefs for scientific thought. Also, you select data that supports your claims (beliefs) and reject data that does not support your claims. It is a natural human tendency, but not scientific. The scientific process dictates that you gather all the data you can, plot it out and see if a pattern (curve) develops. You DO NOT plot out a pattern and then gather the data that fits the plot (rejecting the data that doesn’t). If you could overcome this shortcoming (as I see it), people (here) would take you more seriously. To illustrate my point: Why don’t you develop an argument proving that Guru312 WAS NOT D.B. Cooper? If you are successful (in proving a negative hypothesis), I will publically apologize and withdraw my statement. Oh what the hell!... Go ahead… march to your own drummer… March in your own parade… some people find it entertaining. Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

Jo, You absolutely amaze me! In addition to your lack of critical thinking skills (the ability to view testimony with skepticism), you have the most complete “illusion of central position” I have ever seen. When I posted: You responded (multiple times): Well, I hate to be so blunt… but you aren’t entitled to a God-damned thing! Not from me, not from Bruce, not from Orange1, not from the FBI, not from Edge West, not from Law Enforcement, and not from anyone else. Many times I have said two things to you; “Everyone who shits on you is not your enemy and everyone who pulls you out of shit is not your friend,” AND “Those who know aren’t talking and those who are talking don’t know”. Evidently, due to your non-critical thought process and illusion of central position, you do not truly understand the meaning of these statements. With regard to those who pull you out of shit, you are trusting of a supposed desk clerk at the Rodeway Inn (Airport) who shows up 30 years after the fact and says something that supports your beliefs. He’s pulling you out of shit… but is he your friend? With regard to the “not talking” statement you seem to think I am referring to some people HAVING information and not sharing it. What I am referring to is… people who talk, (blab… blab… blab…), people who denigrate the FBI…, people who cause trouble for public agencies, don’t GET the information. You, have taken up a lot of bandwidth criticizing the FBI in a rude and hateful fashion. And then, you expect them to share information and act like your personal detective agency. IT AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN! Most people operate under a non-moralistic version of the “Golden Rule”. One that says; “Prove to me you are trustworthy and I will trust you.” You do not behave that way. With you it’s: “You are a bunch of liars, crooks, and incompetents… now look this up for me”. What does “probably moves Duane even further from the “Cooper Possibility.”” Mean to you? To me it says; “It has nothing to do with Jo or Duane Weber” So… why am I obligated to share it with you? You are aware that there are other suspects, other theories, and other scenarios out there, right? Or does your “illusion of central position” not allow you to see a NORJAK that isn’t centered on you and Duane? You remind me of a circus bear on a unicycle. You hold an umbrella, you pedal, you keep your balance, you circle the ring, but you are non-the-richer for the experience. You can only focus on the bottle of pop in your handler’s hand that you will get if you make three circuits. To my knowledge, the FBI isn’t currently investigating NORJAK (actively). But if you have reasonably pertinent information, and you present it respectfully and in a coherent, non-hysterical fashion, they will consider it and give you their opinion as to it’s value in the case. Jo… you made your bed… now YOU have to lie in it. Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

Orange1 said : What I probably said (I’m really not sure) was; “Duane has quite a story to tell, I’m just not sure it’s the story Jo thinks it is.” I have never completely dismissed Weber, however, I’m not as “hot” on him as I once was. Some recent information (not public) probably moves Duane even further from the “Cooper Possibility.” 377’s recent post (Re: Duane in the planning phase of a Cooper money recovery scam) really does fit what I know about Duane and his relationships. It still doesn’t address some of the really astonishing aspects of Duane Weber’s life. But, then again, a theory doesn’t have to be “all encompassing” to be supportable. Duane may have had a lot of irons in the fire. I still think he might have been involved in a search (official or otherwise). Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

skywuffo, Weber existed. He had a father and a mother with a broken heart. I wish Jo was better at telling her story and you (all) could see what I see (have seen). If Jo spent less time bashing the FBI because they don't meet her expectations as a "private investigation agency" and more time showing the facts about Duane she would get more support from everyone. Just my 2-cents. Sluggo Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

All, There have been several inquiries lately about my condition (health), so I would like to make a generalized response: First, thank you (all) for asking, I think 100% of the inquiries were sincere and 0% were of the “the witch is dead” variety. If that isn’t true, just let me keep believing it… okay?

Yea... I know... it's a Second Amendment "Thang" that Southerners are passionate about. Some are willing to die for. I'm pretty moderate for where I live, and I won't turn this into a political discussion. But you have to remember, not only am I licensed to handle assault weapons, I get to handle NUCLEAR Weapons. Even California and New Jersey (the two most anti-gun states in the US) let me handle Nukes. (But they won't honor my concealed carry permit (go figure???)) So, you can trust me with the assault weapons... honest... I'm law abiding... I wouldn't hurt a flea... I just need those guns to hunt (sparrows & chipmunks)... I voted for Obama... I'm a card-carrying ACLU Life-member (and an NRA Life-Member)... that prison thing in the 60s was just a misunderstanding (she had it coming)... and I was just visiting a friend in the asylum... and the "no contact" order on my last wife expires in just three months... but when I filled out the form to purchase the guns, I answered "NO" to everything, so they let me take them home. Man! Are you kidding me...? Now I have a excuse to buy a MAC-10! I can tell Sugar when she says; "What another damn gun? That's all we need in this house, another freaking assault weapon!" I'll say; "But baby... I'm doing RESEARCH for DZ.com and I had to have it to complete my RESEARCH!" 'da Slug Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum

All, I kinda view myself as a “librarian” in the recent investigations of NORJACK, but everyone else (it seems) is “doing research.” Jerry Thomas is researching, Tom Kaye is doing his kind of research, Bruce (Cuz) is doing his kind of research, Galen Cook is researching, Geoff Gray is researching, etc. Well today, I decided to do some “research” on my own. So, here’s my first attempt at NORJAK Research: Two statements in a newspaper article (taken together) have led people to the belief that McNally took a machine gun out of a trombone case. 1st Statement: Sullivan said the hijacker was carrying an automatic rifle or a "grease gun," which he described as being like a machine gun. 2nd Statement: Todd Nelson, a Tulsa Oklahoma postman who boarded the plane at St. Louis, said a Catholic priest who was a passenger on the hijacked plane told him the was carrying a black trombone case. (This is obviously hearsay.) So the question (hypothesis) becomes: Can you put a machine-gun in a trombone case? To test this hypothesis I obtained a machine gun, another assault weapon, and a trombone case. I was not able to get the machine-gun into the trombone case. (See photo Machine-Gun Trombone.jpg) I also tried to put another assault weapon in a trombone case. Again, I was unsuccessful. (See photo Any Assault Weapon.jpg) My conclusion: McNally did not get the machine-gun from the trombone case. This is an example of another “NORJAK MYTH.” I feel really good about contributing by “doing research.” I think I’ll do a lot more research in the future. Sluggo_Monster Awh... get over it! I’m just glad to be home and having some fun. No harm no foul! Web Page Blog NORJAK Forum
