I am going to address some of the points in your post. I came to the DZ looking for help - technical aid - NO other place to go about Skyjumpers. My inquiry led to the discovery of a lot of information...I didn't come to the DZ yrs ago to argue or be made fun of. First off - I will let you and everyone here know what an idiot I am. I have no idea what IMO means. I am self taught on the computer and bought my first one in 2000 for my job. I didn't mean to be intertaining - I was looking for help to solve this thing and hoping to learn something about Duane Weber. Yes tons and tons of highly circumstantial and suspect leads. What my husband showed me, his past, the things I held in my hands and the things he told me. He didn't create items and he didn't make all of these stories up. He told me about his life in the 3rd person because he knew I would never be able to accept his past. I am the straight arrow -Do the crime - do the time. Yes, I have taken twists and turns and I do remember things and I have ventured into some implausible side things. I do know that Duane had some connections - involvement with a HIGH profile individual who was connected to the unions and had strong connections with presidents. If you want to meet me and have a confidential talk about that - I can show you pictures and give you names and incidents - but NOT something I will do on a public forum. When you see those records you will not use the word ludicrous. None of the above would prove Duane was Cooper, but he had some strange High Up connections for an ex-con and common criminal. I don't mean to leave tantalizing clues and since I have been in so many directions at one time I get lost myself. I will be working on something and not be able to finish it...so I let it go. The mafia and other connections are real and I chose to leave it be - because I got scared and I couldn't get any where without traveling to see people and get in their face like some of the writers do. I had not the time or money to go back to Colorado (both ends of the state) and find to individuals or evidence of these individual who might have been able to provide me with answers about the past of Duane. Nor could I get on a plane and go unannounced to a man in Tx for answers - I tried the telephone and I did not know how to even approach some of the people if I had had the money and the time to have gone face to face with them. As for the wife of times - I wish I had been able to afforded to have got on a plane and seen her face to face. The things she told me she never told the FBI. Yes, I know I have gone so many place in my research and letting others know - hurt my credibility, but since I could not follow thru with what I was doing due to health, income and being able to travel - so much of the information I was able to acquire just got put aside (includes name and places). I am a scatter brain - very intelligent but also a very disorganized person with my thoughts and communications...why I call myself a scatter brain. The spider web of thoughts I throw out in this thread are the limits of "my reaching out into the world" as you called it. I know that what I saw and held in my hands and what he told me is NOT EVIDENCE, but it is what I know and why I know in my heart of hearts he was Cooper or involved as an accomplice. You stated the manner and rationale in which I attempt to connect the dots is so disjointed and convoluted it make your head hurt. Do you know what it does to me? You stated "Isn't it possible--indeed plausible--that a lifelong thief and con man showed his true colors one last time? One final, glorious lie, perhaps? Isn't it also possible that nothing was said? " I suppose it is possible, but remember he was feeding meinformation for 17yrs - had he have told me the full extent of his past - I would have been gone. He tried to tell me and I just didn't understand and block out his past as I always did. Why he got so angry with me when he told me "I'm Dan Cooper". He had something in the Van - I didn't understand. I sold the VAN and then this man finds the Wallet later - and he give me 2 different stories about it. I do not know what he told the FBI. It had also been reported that prints were changed within the Jefferson system...by a writer who was a former inmate there. I forget his name now as timeand stress has take its toll. Also note the FBI does NOT know if any of the 58 latent prints belonged to Cooper. If he didn't have gloves on how did Cooper not make one minute mistake and leave a print...pretty hard to be on a plane and not leave prints unless you are carrying around a towel with you the whole time. Orange I didn't forget it - that theory only came up because I because of the letter we just discussed about McNeil. First it is there then it is not there - the FBI seemed to create magic regarding the prints and not having any answers about the incident regarding the McNeil file and the FBI refusing to talk to you. It had also been reported that prints were changed within the Jefferson system...by a writer who was a former inmate there. Remember that theory about changed prints came up with I was arguing with Carr about the prints and the McNeil file - asking him to check the prints against all criminal files on Duane. This was when he went in to his long tutorial about master prints...but, he didn't seem to understand in the early days - computers where only as accurate as the individual making the input. Okay I will try but I doubt I will be heard. First I have to go pull a file - the one with the dated inventory list the FBI left in the DNA when they returned it. July 1998: Since you mentioned July 1998 you have to be FBI or someone privey to my files - because that is the date of the letter sent to me by the FBI. This letter states the KNOWN prints of Duane were compared with fingerprints associated with theis investigation. They do NOT state the source of the prints they have for Weber, but Agent Carr would later claim the source to be the McNeil prints (that is in the thread). Yet, as late as March of 2000 the FBI claimed Weber was NOT at McNeil. March of 2000 The FBI had NOT retrived DNA or prints from Weber in my possession, nor did they ask me when he may have provided prints such as a recent DUI or arrest they may have been unaware of. I could have provided 2 such occasions. One being in around 1980 in Ft.Collins, Co. and the other being Pensacola, Fla 1990. Another source would have been in between 1975 to 1977 in Jacksonville, Fl. He was arrested for drunk driving and he had a gun in his possession. Obviously his prints did NOT come up as an ex-con on the above arrest. It was March of 2000 when the agent of record STATED that Duane was not in the ARMY and that he WAS NOT at McNeil. I took him to task on that right then and there because I held in my hands the Army record and the McNeil Island Prison records. This agent who had been the agent of record immediately EXCUSED himself and said he would call me back. He did call me back eventually. This time he told me that Duane WEBER only passed thru McNeil and he would explain no more to me. Then they told me the ARMY number belonged to a WAVY GREEN and NOT to Duane Weber. I told him I had dated govenment documentation on the Army number. I was angry and upset - so I would have to go have the "file" pulled regarding the rest of the conversation. I was Hopping mad and got on the phone and called a young man who had helped me with the research. He wanted to do an article and I told him what had happened and the summer of 2000 the article appeared in the U.S. News and World reports. The first time I went public and all because the FBI screwed up. This letter dated July of 1998 states the prints (which they obviously did NOT have from the subsequent conversation in 2000) were compared to prints found on the plane and on other matter subseqently related to this matter. It states that NO further investigation is being conducted by the FBI concering Duane L. Weber. Now how could they compare prints in 1998 that they had NO knowledge of in 2000....GIMME a BREAK Mr. FBI AGENT. Why use records that old especially considering that Weber seemed to have committed other crimes. How many different fingerprint file cards have been checked on Weber? None other than what was put on the McNeil file and no comparisons made to the actual physical arrests made regarding subsequent crimes. Try the State of Florida or Ft. Collins, Co. Get the prints from the last incarceration under John Collins at Jefferson - BET you won't do it - because this is where the devil lies. NO one but me has the copy of that damn letter the FBI sent in 1998 - so the individual asking this question is FBI or one of the writers who was given access to private files. Pick-up the DAMN phone and call me or get on a plane and come see me. I will get the rest out of storage and then you can see just how fowled up all of this is. The photo is very poor quality and we do not have a date - but since he disappeared after the skyjacking - the photo would seem to be pre-skyjacking date if her story can be verified. I am mortified this woman has the gall to go forth with a book and she has NO conclusive evidence this uncle was Cooper. At least Orange give me credit for NOT doing something like that. Instead I wanted the truth. The search is definitely not therapy. Nor would writing a book or doing a movie without the truths to back it up be therapy. I had the offers to do just that - but, I chose to find the truth - someway somehow! I chose to seek out the truth and it has been a long hard road and the road never ends. If the FBI was looking for certain characteristic they did NOT want to divulge - a mulitple choice questionaire could have been provided to individuals claiming a relative or friend was Cooper. This would be vague with many many choices - and multiple question. Only the right answer to every question if known would mean that person was a very good suspect. Such as blemishes - ask them to indicate in on a drawing of the face. Missing teeth or particials and which teeth were missing. If the person didn't know the person in 1971 - then approx time of changes. Such as if the suspect wore partials - ask the question if anyone else might have known when the teeth were lost or if there were any dental bills in past tax returns (yea, we used to list those things because we could deduct them). There were dental bills for Duane following the 1971 incident. I do not know when he lost the lower front teeth and never ever saw him without his bridge in place. PLEASE DENOTE THE BELOW STATEMENT REGARDS ONLY THE THINGS I RELATED TO THE FBI FROM 1996 TO 2000 AND WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN, DATED, AND RECORDED PRIOR TO GOING PUBLIC. Also note I had access only one book prior to contacting the FBI. All of you know that is how I found out who Dan Coooper was. The statement notes new material acquired from the thread when Agent Carr came here. I have been receiving phone calls and emails from friends and family who I told my story to even before I ever went public. Everyone is saying the same thing. "This woman has been researching you and your postings and the prior articles on you - she is feeding off of what you have told". The quotes are just a general consensus of the accumulation of calls and emails. She adapted the story to her Uncle. Those who knew me long ago all noted one thing she uses I did not use - the Dan Cooper Comics. That is because as far as I know the Dan Cooper Comics did NOT become a part of the Cooper Story until Snowmman introduced their existence to the thread. If that theory was previously out there - I missed it. Now they are calling her a "Copycat". Cooper had a cat named McCoy and Now I have a "cat" named Cooper. I do have a sense of humor! My only problem with this is I am allergic to cats. She nor the FBI have produced anything new at all - just more hype and a story highjacked from a prior Cooper suspect's widow. The FBI woman or agent seemed disturbed because she verbally noted the story wasn't supposed to come out until November. This was planned as a diversion in regards to the 40th anniversary and it backfired. The story Marla Cooper tells is not original and if she was aware of all of this - WHY did she not come forward 11 yrs ago when Weber became a suspect? She did not even have the originality to use things from Coffelt or McCoy - she was dead on - in the same footprints I have been making in the sand for yrs. The FBI was gloating in their support of this suspect - yet, they did NOT even provide Cooper's widow with a simple report stating a reliable source of the fingerprints they used (remember in 2000 the FBI claimed NO knowledge of Weber having served in the Army or having been confined to McNeil). Yet, the FBI per a phone conversation and postings by Agent Carr used the McNeil fingerprint record of 1944 versus using more current prints that were available on Weber. The cocky attitude of the FBI leaves much to be desired. The FBI provided media sources with information prior to an official release....there is something wrong with this procedure that seems unethical. The FBI needs to RECHECK their sources for Weber again - and validate to the public and his widow, the source of their research and why they told his widow one thing and the media a different thing...prior to 2000. I can't prove Weber was Cooper, but I can prove the FBI was not straight forward with their sources regarding Weber. Weber was too complicated -his record was too lenghty and with too many holes in it. Missing yrs the FBI could not account for. July of 1945 to 1949 and 1962 to 1968 (this includes the 2 yrs he was supposedly in Jefferson) under the name of John C. Collins - a file the FBI refused me access to until it was riddled on line and the master file destroyed. Where was Weber during those yrs and what was he doing? Because there have been so many lousy leads in the Cooper case, Dietrich told me what she was trying to get across was that the Bureau’s most recent tip about Uncle L.D. was the “most promising” in comparison to so many of the stinkers that have come in before. Weber wiil not be out of this until the proper procedures have been taken and proper testing done. Duane's finger prints have NOT been verified, because the FBI did not use the most recent records but use ONE the FBI CLAIMED did NOT exist. I would be told that file did NOT exist as late as March of 2000. Yet, they never re-evaluated the prints based on Canon City. The Mc Neil prints will not stand...since the McNeil file was denied by the FBI as late as 2000 - 5 yrs after Weber died. The FBI never showed proof the McNeil prints where the same as the Canon City prints (we have pictures of Duane at Canon City). As for DNA - The FBI does NOT even know if they have Coopers' DNA. The tie is questionable because it was NOT put into evidence for something like 4 days or 4 yrs - this tie thing has NOT ever BEEN FULLY discussed with the public...The FBI ignore the tie stories that have circulated and has never used actual documents to document date it was received as evidence no proof of how this evidence was handled. The FBI had claimed to have lost the cigarrette butt, but from everything we are reading - we can assume they were found - right! If they were found - then I should have been informed they ran the pipe against the smokes. Therefore I assume they did not have the smokes. Since the FBI returned the DNA they collected 8 yrs (2003) after Duane died and did NOT test it for 3 more yrs in 2008. They never checked the DNA on the ropes. Most of what I sent - I do not know if Duane's DNA was on it. I am a clean freak and nothing was put away that was not cleaned. The items had also been handled by multiple individuals at garage sales other than his watch which I DID not give them. I just saw something on TV - appears the FBI is NOW going to check other evidence let behind by Cooper - they showed a pic of the chute. Maybe this thread did get a message to the FBI. If Cooper was not wearing Gloves - his dna would be on those ropes he cut. I feel even if the FBI found Weber's DNA on those rope they would NOT ever admit it. I have offered in this thread to take the watch in and let the FBI swab between the links. The watch is too valuable to be "mailed" to them or to allow them to take possession of. I would never get it back - it would become more lost evidence. Remember they kept the other stuff for 5 yrs. before returning it after I commented on this in the thread. The woman tooting her Uncle was only 8 yrs old and it was old family stories she had been told. Her story paralles my story only I was 39 yrs old when Duane took me to WA and OR and told and showed me the things he did. Duane Weber confessed to the crime...but I didn't know who Dan Cooooper was. I held things in my hands but did NOT know the meaning of them - because I did not know who Dan Coooper was and I was unaware of any facts regarding Cooper. Back in 1995 - if I had known who Dan Cooper was this would all be different. In 1995 Duane confessed. There was more circumstancial evidence at that time and still is concerning Weber. Because of the media awareness that I have perpetuated in the thread and in other ways - people are more aware of Cooper's existence and it has created a lot of wanna-bees, but I needed the truth and I have not stopped seeking that by any mean available to me...other than to write a book or do a movie which this woman is already doing. This fact alone - a book and a movie - are suspect this is being perpetrated only for money or as Jerry would put it "Their 15 minutes of Fame". Bruce I have not meant to be so hard on you about Tina and I know you are pissed off. I tried to tell you NOT to do it - that YOU were the wrong person to make any attempt to interview her. But, you CHARGED right on and you have to understand - some individuals will not respond to what I call being Pushy. Remember I called you down when I was out there because I felt you were pushing in places I didn't want to go, but I had also talked to you over the phone many times and got a drift on how to handle your ways. I didn't like what we did at the RED LION because it was totally out of character for me. As I asked you to do earlier - Please go back and read all of the research done on this subject. We have discussed this particular detail many times. In a nutshell - a novice would had to have been a very lucky man to survive the jump, but it was NOT impossible. The chute was rigged with a left hand pull. Please go back and read these things - there are new subject that need to be addressed right now. Some of the DZ members who are jumpers have answered this question multiple times over the last 5 yrs. There are pros and cons - GO BACK and READ. Lots of new posters the last 2 days. Turkey hunting? We all know that is a fall affair and they probably did go Turkey hunting and there are multiple ways one can become injured in the wood on a hunt of any kind. There is NO proof other than what these people are saying - no evidence. As much media as was going on in 1971 during the aftermath of the jump - someone would have noted a man whose name was Cooper and who had obvious injuries. Someone would have called the FBI. This seems like a young woman who was a girl who has let the family joke go too far. She was smiling way too much in that interview and her story seemed panned and not responsive. I did NOT get the feel of genuine from the interview. Yes, Mr. Green this is the first time I got to see the picture of the man and see anything on TV about this story. Until a few moments ago I had only read what was on line. I had not seen the picture because I had NOT been able to open the pictures that accompanied the articles. I did note the picture is faded and very course. The subjects hair seems much thinner than what the Composites show. I do NOT know the date on that picture. I believe that if the hair of Cooper had been that thin then the witnesses would have stated thinning hair and balding. Since the picture was faded - the color of the hair nor the color of the eyes stood out. I did NOT see a man whose complexion could be called Swarthy or latin. He could be a light olive, but the picture is just not detailed enough. Don't these people have other pictures of this man? All I had was what I fleetingly saw while they displayed the picture - I have no way of recording anything anymore. When I had to go to the converter box I lost that capabliity with my VCR. If someone was able to capture the picture would they please post it so I can study it a little more. Someone put a link to a picture in the thread, but I could NOT open it. You entered this thread on the 3rd of August and you have NOT read the 1000's of posts that I have made over the yrs. When you do then you can judge me, until then you need to be at least polite. When you have walked in my step for 15 yrs then you can judge me. You have never met me nor do you know what I have been through in my search and my research. What I say here may not be agreed on by everyone, but you know nothing about me. You need to reserve your derogatory comments such as "disgusting". It is a very strong word and insulting. This thread has tried to discuss Cooper in an orderly fashion - not by name calling. We try to be polite and most of the times kind in our derogatory posts about others. Name calling is unnessary. What I have done is point out a large flaw in the FBI system be it an error as 377 states or a deliberate diversion. The FBI at least needs to consider the circumstances under which they made their claim when they used the McNeil File prints to disqualify Weber and in March of 2000 tell me Weber had never been in Mc Neil. Which came first the Chicken or the Egg? That is the question the FBI should answer regarding the prints use for Weber. Go back and read the posts that Ckret made (that was Larry Carr the FBI Agent). He clearly states the McNeil prints are used in the central system. His making a statement that inferred the McNeil prints are what disqualified Weber and then the fact that another Agent whose name I do not remember at this moment - told me in 2000 that Duane was NOT in McNeil. If the McNeil prints are the basis for his deduction then the FBI needs to prove they are the same prints in the other prison files. I ask the FBI to clarify this and to use prints from Canon or Jefferson. They have not done so at this point. I assume you think I am trash of some sort from your statement and I take that as a personal attack on my character. I DID not know my husband was a 5 time FELON until after I contacted the FBI. I slightly opened the bag and read what was on it. He told it wasn't important just an old bank bag from a bank in WA. I just figured it was something he had obtained in one of his storage purchases (unpaid lockers). The stub I held in my hand was also during this same time period in 1990. The ticket would not surface until 1994 in one of the 1990 Tax box from our shop. It would then surface a few wks latter and I never saw it again. Our trip to Wa was in 1979. I just watched the woman who made the claim on a TV program. I saw people looking for money and a book as the woman has in an article been quoted as saying she is writing a book. Everything he has stated she was taken from this thread. Back in 1971 - the Dan Cooper Comics had never came into play. This idea was introduced in this thread by our Snowmman and then it became part of the Cooper story. Please hold your judgement until the FBI has a match on prints and DNA. I just saw a moment ago the first picture I have seen of this man. I am surprised the family does NOT have better pictures of him....and perhaps they do, but are not bringing them forward because it would then make their efforts seem forged. I don't know who you are, but I am thankful you appeared when you did as I was getting ready to do a similar post and now I don't need to stress myself doing so. You said if far more eloguently and nicely than I am capable of doing. P.S. I still haven't been able to see a picture of this man - I like to see the pictures of such individuals. If I can get permission there is a picture of a man involved in the 727 involvements of the late 60's (A little mystery here - he was actually on the plane when it was skyjacked). Yet, this man's involvement with the 727's has never been mentioned. (This may only be a relative making an notorious claim that might easily be disproven). What do you guys think - should I turn his picture and the email the person sent over to the FBI? The relative tried to do this several months ago and the FBI refused (per what she told me). This was a fact she did NOT discuss with me several yrs ago when I first became aware of her and why I am skeptical about the information. If I want to get technical - does anyone know what fingerprints the FBI used for Duane L. Weber: Carr stated and used the McNeil Island Federal prison as the source of prints for Duane L. Weber. In 2000 the FBI denied that Duane Weber was ever in McNeil. I have a recording of that phone conversation - and if the FBI wants to come after me for it - so be it! Does NOT one of you find it STRANGE they told me in 2000 Duane was NOT in McNeil and then the McNeil File was used as the source of Weber's firnger prints. CARR stated this in the thread when I questioned the prints. Go back it is ALL here. NOW I want the FBI to use the more recent prints[/b. Georger your thought process on this is the same as mine. Bruce defined himself with his own words below: "Please do NOT put words into my mouth. You have a lot of nerve trying to lump me in with a guy who goes around the country stalking people, and then publishes articles about these people full of nasty comments". What he did is "STALKING" and his article was full of uncalled for COMMENTS. He did NOT have their permission to be there or to write about anything they had to say. Bruce could be a good writer, but his methods are only suitable for the likes of the ENQUIRER. Perhaps he needs to contact them about a job. I feel responsible for Cook finding Tina and Cook should NEVER have shared "his find" with Bruce. I even told him this when I found out he had told Bruce. I have had Tina's address and phone number since around 2002, but it was easier to let everyone think I didn't have it. It is the lone lie I have told during this whole process...but it was to protect her and my only reason. Remember when we had the discussions on in this thread about supposed interviews with 'Tina's Husband". I sat here laughing my head off, because that was NOT Tina's husband. Because I was in real estate I had access to things other do not. I have the original print outs of when I was obtained her address and phone number (the things have changed since 9/11) and the privacy of others is covered in the property records. I wasn't positive I had the right person until I received an anonymous email verifying the address. Yes, I had a brief contact with her and it was very pleasant and because she gave me the courtesy of a return call, I have forever kept her location a secret. I found out someone else was able to follow the trail from her divorce records (how I knew the "husband" supposedly interviewed was never her husband unless he changed his name). Then when I was aware that Cook had followed the trail I called her and told her I felt responsible, because he had been trying since 2003 to extract her information from me. I only left a brief message. He used the tactics many of you use saying I don't really know these this or that and I am making it all up. I simply out of anger told him to check out the (state) divorce records. After that it was a piece of cake. I had only used the divorce records (provided to me by someone else) to verify she was still at the address and phone number I had had since 2002. I have only contacted her three times since my initial phone call from her. One of these was to let her know a sneaky snake might be crawling around her neigborhood and few months later I received a picture the sneaky snake took of her. Another call was because the co-pilot wanted to reconnect with her.. He sent me an email of what to say and all I did was call and read it off - he included something that would verify the contact was legitimate - something only the 2 of them knew and I was NOT told what this was. The next week they had a conversation per the co-pilot. Again all I did was leave a message. The last call was to warn her about Grey disclosing her location. Protect and do NO harm. Georger, I have done all I could do to protect her from the media and then when I found out what Bruce was up to I felt it my duty to warn her...and left a message. I also contacted the FBI, Mr. H and the co-pilot to let them know I considered what happened regarding the calls to Blevins a wake up call and that Tina needed to be protected. Several days would pass and I felt uneasy about Tina not having family around when all of this happened. I had the sisters phone number (had never used it) and decided it was TIME to use it - only to make sure Tina would have a support system. Bruce actual contacted Tina's Sister - he posted this right here in the thread. I also made a post in which I refute the things he "thinks" were dicussed. This was an invasion of Tina's privacy and her wishes should be respected at all times. If media or a writer showed up on my door without having contacted me - I would call the Sheriff. Duane did NOT say he knew who Cooper was. He said "I'm Dan Cooooper". Please Mr. Whatever you are, Stop what you are doing. You are the one who is lieing. I was just informed by my computer that someone else was using my acct. Since I only have dial- up what does this mean? I did ask the FBI today, but got NO answer about Salt Lake City. I told the agent that I felt a picture Duane set me up to take was important and I had never been able of find out who the man was. I wanted to know about this photo...this man has always and remains an interest to me. If the East Coast man ever worked in Salt Lake City, Missoula, McCall, The Dalles, Cames, Hood River....if the person ever built dams, or airways or worked on the power lines , pipe lines then there would be a connection to Weber. These things I held in my hands were REAL and NOT fabricated. What Duane said indicated he was connected. I have thought of lots of other names, but these individuals would be too young to be Cooper. The man in the Salt Lake picture would fit right into Boston and New England Area. In the Virginia area. There were 2 men there Duane knew from the past, but I do not remember their names. One had the first name of Chuck...but that is all I remember. I find it odd they would refer to the Atlantic Coast of the South as East Coast but then the FBI never discloses what they need to. Remember Duane told me about the Base in Virginia and the amphibs- he had been on the base and knew all about it. He talked about training there and I naturally believe it was from his days in the Navy. I really do not know how this fits in - other than amphips where use for Cuba. He disappears off the map again in 1958 to 1960...and then into prison until 1962 and then off the map again. Wife doesn't know where he was. What was he doing and who was he involved with. Next thing we know he is supposedly in Jefferson 1967 until 1968 - A commutation of sentence and he is a 5 time felon! Retired Former Law Enforcement -I bet his name is Elliott or Ross. If I am right and the FBI is reading this I suggest they contact me. Another man could have been in BuDop....and that would be the meaning of the message Duane left behind. What I am saying is that Duane knew too much not to have been involved and I still think he was Cooper until the FBI proves otherwise. Regardless these are just highlights of things I have told before. Duane made 2 trips to the Ft. Lauderdale area WITHOUT ME. He has some connections there and one of those had the name of Griffin. Of course there are all of the other names - Gunn, Wong, Thomas and Floyd or Lloyd. Also remember that John Mullins died within the last 10 yrs as did Robert k. Brown. I live in a relative rural area and I will repeat - I do not have cable or any fancy gadgets. I don't even get all of the free channels by antennae because I live in a black zone. Sometimes I will be watching a program and then can't see the end of it. I do NOT want all of the Garbage the paid programs have that enter your home and NO company locally has a cable or whatever they call the fancy things that only allows ABC, NBC, CBA and FOX - I do not need anything else...and we are talking a big bill I do not need to add to my monthy expenses. Why do you continually ignore that I HELD the AIRLINE ticket from Portland to Seattle in MY HANDS and the another thing I refer to was a TICKET stub with SeaTac on it and I also held the BANK BAG. You alway select whatever you want to belittle me. Please stop it - you are NOTHING, but a TROLL who LIVES under the Bridge and the only reason you exist is to try to frighten people or belittle them. I can assure you if the FBI can prove who Cooper was then they will be looking right back at Weber. Otherwise explain HOW I held these things in my hands and why he told me he was Dan Coooper. Perpetrator - correct spelling has been dead since the day of the skyjacking. No Jerry, that is NOT true and you know this. If Cooper did die - then he had an accomplice. I held the bag, the airline ticket and a ticket stub with Sea Tac on it and Duane Weber confessed to being Dan Cooper. What you don't know! A witness (an individual who has hid something for yrs) is willing to come forward if the FBI will grant in written documentation, NOT to ID him and to grant him immunity for any crime they think might relate to what he has to tell them. Since I do NOT talk to the FBI I have no way of relating this message to them. As for phone calls - I do not nor do I want phone calls. If the FBI wishes to contact me they know how to do that. I have received word thru 2ed parties there are people looking for me, but for the time being I am NOT WELL enough to speak with anyone and my friends and family have shielded me. I was NOT looking for publicity in 1996 - I would have gone straight to the media. Only I waited 4 yrs and after the FBI brushed me off. I did this because the FBI deliberately or negligently lied to me in March of 2000. Now all the FBI can do is try to is cover up their negligence regarding Weber. Your intervention from 1996 to 2000 is why Duane was NOT looked at as I trusted you and Himmelsback to relay information I was supplying. I now know that none of what I told you and only part of what I told Mr. Himmelsbach was ever placed in the hands of the investigators with the FBI. He may have worked on building airplane runways, on the pipelines, on the powerlines or have been part of Missoula or McCall. Since we do NOT know if the suspect boasted about his times there nor the time period he was in the N.W. we can only speculate. Therefore I will wait until I know who he was and what his background was...to voice my opinion. Jerry wouldn't you just wet your pants if this was true and it came back that he actually knew Weber?
