Back several pages ago - Bruce posted most of the photos from the album so you don't really need to post them again unless you want to. You have to keep the size small and if you scanned it at a high jpg you will have to go to your photo program and reduce it. Took me FOREVER to learn how to do this on the thread and I still have problems - at 70+ we just wing it. Someone on the thread will probably find the photos you are referring to and post them for you. I have seen all of the photos and there is a general look in some of them, but for the most part certain things just were not there - at least for me. I am not the most objective person to be answering your post - but trying. Besides Sheridan is still alive and should be able to speak for himself. It's my understanding from a past post the FBI did go see him and he willing provided DNA. I do not remember who posted it or what their source was. I have alway wonder if Sheridan Petersen was related to Richard Peterson - also with a similar background. Richard Petersen was known as Paperlegs and Duane claimed to have known Paperlegs (of course I didn't even know who he was talking about) and then he went to see this man up in Wy where I learned the man had moved to when he retired. I never forgot the discussion about Paperlegs nor the circumstances surrounding Duane's visit (alone) to the town Paperlegs was living in. When he got back he wanted to know if I had made any appointments because we had to leave early since there was a big storm coming in. We didn't get out in time and got caught in a white-out and deep snow. The last truck that came through (they closed the road) stopped because Duane immediately got on the CB telling them to watch for us and where we where off the road on a curve. One truck came flying by and he radioed back our location and then another truch passed us, but the next one which was the last truck let through was going to stop and pick us up. The man decided to chance getting us out and back on the road. We followed in his track all the way to Cheyenne. Duane kept telling him we were ok and we could still see him. The trucker couldn't see us and but he knew he couldn't stop or both the truck and our car would be stranded. Duane told me if we where NOT behind the trucker when he got to Cheyenne they would send someone back for us. I had never been so scared in my life - so how could I ever forget that venture. After Duane died in 1995 - I learn some more lessons about fear and in retrospect that memory pales to other memories I have experience along the road of life with Duane Weber (before and after his death). I remember being terrified of freezing to death or having frost bite and loosing toes or fingers. Duane handled this incident like he handled everything - very methodically and very calmly - careful NOT to get me worried. He obviously knew exactly what to do under these circumstances. He was cool, calm and collective except when he got MAD. The distortions he made with his face on the rare occasions he exploded I will never forget, but these did NOT happen until he was facing the kidney machine and he knew it...the first rage I saw was in 1988, just before we moved to FL when he realized his life was finally winding down to the 5 yrs they had told him in 1970 or 1971. Less than 2 yrs later he started the kidney machine and after a while he mellowed out. The chemical imbalances according to a post Georger made caused the rages, but the Dr.s never explained this. Up until 1988 - I had never seen him out of control or really very angry. Then from May of 1988 until February of 1990 - he did well and then it was "Machine Time". The 2 months after going on the machine where hell, but I survived it and so did he. If my life was going to depend on a machine I would have been mean and nasty too and so would you - but, then comes acceptance. He was very brave right up until the end and NEVER complained. He was a very good patienct and all of the dialysis staff love him. Duane gave them all EXPENSIVE gifts that last yr. The Dr. did not want to accept the gift Duane gave him - a set of gold Cross pens...the Dr. tried to give them back to him. He tired to give me diamond earrings that Christmas and I refused to have my ears pierced and I don't know what he did with them or how he had the money to pay for them. I would gladly provide a company with any and all photos of Weber I have (most not made public), but the condition would be the authorities would have to use ALL of the composites known. 1.The Bing Crosby (I think I am the one who name it that). 2. The Ben Gazzara (commonly know as B). 3.The old Rose Composite never made public that I believe Sluggo dug up. How did he extricate those OLD composites from the FBI as they were the most damaging to the FBI's position on Weber? Those old unused composites show exactly what I tried to describe about Duane and photos I did NOT use in the beginning because I had never seen that composite until Sluggo put it on the thread..yrs after the FBI had made their decision they sent in a letter in 1998. When I first started my search all I had was the Bing Crosby composite - I didn't think it looked anything like Duane. The Ben Gazarra Composite I never saw until the FBI sent it to me AFTER they sent the letter in 1998 saying they did not believe Duane was Cooper.. All I had to go on was the things he showed me and told me and what I had held in my hands. I had already met with the Forensic Artist and asked him to do a regression of Duane with the photos I had of him as a much older man because I did NOT have any pictures of Duane - prior to 1976. We only had the Bing Crosby composite at that time. It took a heavy hit on my savings - but I had to do it. I will NEVER forget the day the Ben Gazarra composite duo arrived in the mail. My knees went out from under me and I collapsed in my yard. A few months later Duane's former wife mailed me the picture made in 1970 of Duane standing in a brown suit. I contacted the artist again for the third time. He met me at the Burger King on Nine Mile Rd....and as soon as he saw the Gazzara composite and reviewed the picture of Duane in the brown suit made in 1970 - there was NO doubt in his mind that Duane Weber was D.B.Cooper. He told me this before seeing the Gazzara Composite and before seeing the 1970 brown suit shot the resemblance was very strong. His reaction on the DAY he viewed the 1970 Brown Suit photo along with the Gazzara composites was an unequivocal...response and the same given to Doug by an FBI artist. "You can't get any Closer than that" The the FBI artist also states the strong resemblance verbally to Pasternac in an approx 2 hour interview along with a new detail. Since we had NOT seen the unused Rose composite this was NOT addressed in his article. I had NOT seen the Rose Composite until it was posted on this thread...and then I knew beyond a thread of a doubt - Duane Weber was Dan Cooper. I do NOT want to make my private photos public - but will do so to a facility that does this kind of work with a confidentiality agreement. I will put Duane up against any suspect the FBI has ever investigated. I could soar with the eagles or be but a mocking bird chased by the mighty Hawk as his prey. Yea, Blevins will be back you can put a bet on that one. His posting about a phone call and the "threat" and to even suggest it is an active member of the thread or the DZ was totally uncalled for. He will stop at nothing to get media attentions for his book. Wonder what the "person" said that made him think it might be someone from the thread? I tried to point out "others" who might have a bone to pick with him. If I could hear the message - I might be able to pick up on the voice if it was anyone connected past or present to the thread who I have communicated with by phone. Such as - Jerry or Sluggo. Sluggo would never ever do anything like that...it is just not in his nature to behave that way. Another past poster does come to mind - because I have in the past receive some explosive email from him and we all know he was very agitated with everyone here...sssshhh, we dare not say his name, but we all know who he is. Jerry - why would he call anyone about Blevins book? No reason it would be Jerry, unless he has as you guys say has been pulling some silver. Georger would never ever resort to such behaviour. He would just speak his piece right here on the thread ... because he loves his privacy just as I do. There are trusted individuals who do have my phone number as there are with Georger....but, I expect most of those communications are handled thru PM's, because he doesn't want us to know who he REALLY is. He would NOT risk this privacy to make a phone threat. I got MAD at Sluggo and called him a couple of times about something leaving an angry message. Sluggo is NOT confrontal. He is a kind man who will deal with the problem in a short email, but not on the phone. It is my feelings it was someone Blevin's has had dealings with from his "interviews" OR it didn't really happen or it was not in regards to Cooper. Now, Robert99 watch what happens. Blevins cannot stand it and he will be back just as you said repeating more the same old stuff. Obsessions with Cooper are like Blow Outs - a difficult Fire to control. I should know - Cooper has controlled my life for many yrs. Cooper's spirit is grinning about all of this if there is really a place the soul or spirit goes after the human body dies. Our thoughts are energy - but does it die with the body? None of will know until the day we die and then we do not have a voice to say what has happened to us. If you think I am that CRAZY person then you need to have your head examined. Number one you do your own self more damage than anyone else could ever do. I think this is just another one of your STORIES to get attention for yourself and your book. I don't believe the story at all about some crazy person contacting you - unless it was one of your "witnesses" who may have read the thread or your book and be on fire with Rage. What you are saying is paranoid behaviour because you know KC was not Cooper - or maybe you do have a conscience and it is trying to tell you something. This sound like You and Your publishing company are trying to promote a "threat" of some kind to increase your book sales! It is my opinion NO one really cares about your book here at the DZ. I expect you might need to address "your witnesses" as suspects before you come to the DZ and making accusations. Phone calls are traceable - why didn't you TRACE the "threat". Since you've already admitted several times you haven't read the book, then how can you judge it? Obviously you didn't read the posts correctly. What I am saying is I don't want to read your book, as it has no appeal to me. How can I judge your book? Because I know the truth and I know Kenny C was never a suspect in the eyes of the FBI. You have done nothing on this DZ except TRY to SELL your BOOK. You had NOT done the 1st piece of real research on the crime prior to coming to this thread. The DZ walked you through this and yet you remain arrogant and focused only on your book and not the details of the crime. Finding you did NOT seem to be aware of the U.S. News and World Reports Article and then the subsequent article the following yr. nor about the 3 forensic artist shows you did little to no research. I don't know the yr., but I was told early in my search about a young man who had been working on the Cooper Story. He mysteriously died in an auto accident after contacting someone that he had Cooper. This was back when the only communications I had regarding Cooper was a telephone...and his death was Pre-Weber (prior to 1996). Perhaps Sluggo has knowledge of this young man (I don't know if he was young or old). His name maybe written down in some of my old handwritten notes. How many books or articles have been written or in the process since Weber was "Publicly" addressed as a suspect? The FBI claimed to have dismissed him in 1998 although erroneously since they had to re-address him as a suspect in 2000 and 2001. Still couldn't make Weber go away so in 2003 they decide to retrive his DNA. In 2008 the FBI makes a claim Weber's DNA was not a match to whatever DNA they retrieved from the 1971 evidence. The FBI still could NOT contain the Cooper fire Jo Weber ignited when she went public regarding the story she was trying to tell. Now with the 40's Anniversary coming upon them with this old unsolved crime - one has to wonder - how the the System Failed and what do they do next to stop the spontaneous combustion regarding the Cooper Story since 2000. Blevins and Porteous will stop nothing short of flaming remarks in the DZ and keeps right on striking the flint to get a fire started. We have to include Porteous with Blevins one would not exist in the Cooper Story without the other. Nuttall - well, he is writing his buddy's story, but he might be playing with fire when one attacks the administration of the day and the Mafia...beware! Everyone here needs to go order Grey's book - I can't wait to read it. Regardless of if it is bad or good regarding Weber. I think I will buy 3 copies - one for each of the 3 libraries within driving distance of my home. Support freedom of the Press. Blevin's "book" has NO appeal to me nor to any intelligent person who has spent time exploring the incident of November 24, 1971. When the FBI interviews his "subjects of accusation" then it might warrant some credibilities. I am coming down hard right now, because of something I just learned and Blevin's need to beware. From the Little Wooden Box comes a Knock Knock Knock. A voice from is shouting inside of the Box "Is there anyone Out there" "Would someone Please get me OUT of here!" I would always laugh. That is what "Play it again Sam" reminds me of because everytime I passed that box on Katy's desk - I would touch the box just to hear the voice from within Shouting his plea. I don't need the box now - all I have to do is come to the forum and read Belvin's long repetitive posts to sell his book (the voice in the box) - over and over and then your saying "Play It Again Sam". Everytime - I think about why I touched that box and the smile it put on my face.

Did you show these women pictures of Duane as a young man and Bernie - I susject you try and see what their reactions are - remember he was a ladies man and he participated in some activies in those day - they might be embarrassed of at this stage of their lives. Ask Faye Hanson if she had a relative name Harvey and if Harvey had an Aunt name Mattie Findley who was married to a Farghur. I suppose I do- because the quality of my life is not too good right now . They want me to have a surgery that is iffy and I have chose a different route. Know anyone who can make a bladder that works like a normal one. Sure could use one. The other surgery took care of all of the abdominal pain, but the 8 yrs I spent with that problem created one they may not be able to remedy. At my age the complications and failure are very very high and I do not think I have to spell out the consequences of that one. Not only is there a high chance of failure - the other complications might be worse to live with than the current problem. They are trying something new this week and see how I handle it - I will do what ever it takes to stay away from radical surgery. That Surgery mean 6 wks not driving and then limited life afterward if it fails The failure rate is very high for women over 70. Right now I am NOT healthy enough for the surgery. The first surgery should have been done 8 yrs ago but NO one found it or recommended it - but with what they found - Medicare did pay for it. No MRI, CT or Pet Would have shown the problem we hope is fixed. The next surgery has to be done by someone who does the surgeries on older women on a regular basis and we do not have one in our area. Blush because it is something that make a woman blush. .and makes her cry and makes her feel like her life is over. So YES it is bad. But there is alway hope I will be one of those it works on. I don't want to give up....trying to find a way to live with this. Right NOW my lungs are NOT healthy enough for a second surgery. The items where kept in a safe Deposit box under the name of John Collins in the mid-west. An area that knew him as John Collins or he used his old John Collins ID. I do not believe these items entered the Safe Deposit box until he realized he had done a stupid thing in 1980 when he retrived what was hidden in WA or OR. the trip to WA was the last Wk of Sept or the 1st wk of Oct. I happen to know that one of the photos you used is cropped from a photo that showed several individuals - I have a copy of that photo - because NOT all of the invidividual consented - YOU do NOT own the COPYRIGHT to that photo. The copyright law is being stretched to the limit regarding too many things and not enough being done to enforce other things that involve real crimes. If that is the ONLY photo you gave Geoffrey Gray access to then shame shame on you. You "hint" Grey did not pick Weber as a favorite suspect. I worked with Grey from the beginning on this - and told him he needed to be objective and that there would only be one more book acceptable to the general public - I stated this because I am an avid reader (at least I was until I got so wrapped up in Cooper). His was to present an unbiased and objective - overview of the case to the public and to not lean toward any one subject. I have emails I sent to him - that I felt enforced this - because I like the man. Maybe he played dirty pool (like dirty cop) with me - I won't know that until I read the book. There was only ONE thing I told him when I let my guard down that he wanted to use - and I told him explicitly NO and told him why. He knows the use of that information is an instant LAWSUIT. I gave him access to use with my permission several photos - most of which have never been seen in the media. He cannot copyright the photos and this is so stated in the release to use. Since I have yet to read any reviews or have access to the book (like the chapters you and Farflung claimed to have read) - I sit just like anyone else wondering - OK what did he do? If he did the book the way it should have been done - it will be a book that goes into the details of the crime without leaning toward anyone suspect. I know he did some goofy things and I was made aware to one of the things that cost him an interview with a major player in this. I hope he didn't screw all of it up. In fact - I was the one who had to deliver the NO INTERVIEW message. Grey made a serious error in judgement relating one of this interviews which became a pivitol point and detrimental to one person he did NOT need to alienate. Loss of an interview with that person could have been a turning point in how he addressed the Cooper case. He did NOT communicate with me much after that - wonder why! He probably used the same method on others as he did me and stating that certain subjects seemed more viable than others. That I know was a ploy to see how much access he could get to information and research done by others. Some of the photos he wanted to use of Weber I gave a complete no to - such as a couple of goof ball photos made in a machine in a Mall where he looked like a ganster with his nose right up into the camera. I was only able to find one of those pics later, but I am sure the other one just got caught up in something else...he will be playing with HELL if he took the photo - and I feel sure he did NOT get access it as I was very very careful and guarded. He lost his sunglasses and because of my memory I knew he had them when he left here. Hence probably left them in the rental car. I don't know if he ever found them. I just finished watching the Jaycee Dugard Story and it was heart wrenching. I had always wondered how she coped with what happened to her. 60 Failures - Probation officers and others failed the system. In 1972 he raped Katie C Hall and they lost him so to speak in the system. He served 11 yrs and the system failed - this creep is released in 1982. 60 visits by probation officers to the home of Phillip Garrido and they didn't see what was right in front of them. Out of those 60 visits I wonder how many times the guard changed. (How many times were there repeat trips by the same officers)? For 18 yrs the system FAILED. This is outrageous and the only answers they give the media and the family are some of the very same things I have heard for 16 yrs. NO, I am not comparing my story to hers - NO way! Her life was stolen - she was a 14 yrs old child and I truely hope she is handling it as well as she came across on the program. How many time have I heard. "Give us time". "You don't get it". "We are working on it". These were replies to the family and the media about WHY this happened - 60 failures! The Federal Government and officers refused to answer why the system failed so miserably. Does this not sound familiar? When the FBI does NOT have answers - they mark the file CONFIDENTIAL. This is what happened in the investigation of Weber. The FBI agents in Florida where the ones to interview me and they knew NOTHING about the crime. They didn't know the RIGHT questions to ask or WHAT SHOULD have alerted them. Then the guard changed so often the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Agents working an old crime who rotate so often they can't keep up with the active cases much less the cold cases. I think this is what happened with Jaycee - to many different hands to many changes of the guard and then there is NOT one AGENT who know the case. Some of them were there just to collect a paycheck - wonder how many of them actually took the time to study his creeps file from beginning to end and take note of all of the reports...especially the neighbors calling about kids in the backyard of this creep. Something needs to be done NOW to change the system not later. And YOU guys want to know why I slam the FBI so badly. This is a very good example of WHY - because a case is cold does the Government put agents on the case who do NOT have adequate training and they change the guard too often on old cases. I was hit by a woman backing out of a parking place recently - the deputy who was called to the scene was completely rude. The other party wore a long dress and foreign - he spent lots of time with her but every word he said to me was demeaning and rude. He treated me like I was scum and NEVER took my statement about what happened, which by the way was different than what he put in the report. This is the second RUDE officer I have had an experience with in less than 1 yr. They are mean - you reach the point you do NOT even want to call 911 or ask a traffic officer to come to the scene. The first one a girl who came from the cul de sac and was on the wrong side of the road and hit a $400 mail box and kept going - even though the mail box almost hit the homeowner and put large gouges in the concret drive way throwing the mail box made of Cast Iron - 16 ft from impact. Had this have been myself or another 70 plus homeowner - we would have had our license taken away, but this 16 yr old is treated like the Queen. The parents did pay for the mail box, but only after berating the neighbor claiming it was only a mail box. The girl was not even made to go to the owner and say she was sorry. This in my opinion was a hit and run - she went several houses before turning around and going back to her home. She did NOT acknowledge the homeowner or stop and say "I'm Sorry". The officer did NOT come for several hours and then said it was too late to make a complaint. Treated the homeowner like a piece of dirt and was very rude...a complaint was made, but never acknowledged. It has reached the point that the victim is treated worse than the perpetrator. Had there been NO witnesses to the destruction of this mail box - she would have drove away. Dhe did NOT slow down or turn around until she saw homeowers running into the street in her rear view mirror. So I have taken this from the major and most horrific of crimes to the most mondane and common accidents - and it is still negligence and the system fails miserably. Speaking of Secrets - did NOT anyone find it unusual that Ckret (Carr) did the Secret thing. I will try to do the contents of the wallet again but it won't be today.
