You just started me down a road that ended with me spending BAGS of cash at amazon, picking up anime... Ugh. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Sure. Why not? See attachment. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Yup, it is a "windows only" - specifically, it's an "outlook only" virus. It sends mail from (a) to (b), with a "From:" address of (c). Both (b) and (c) are in (a)'s address book. (a) is the person actually with the virus. If you take a look at the headers... which in outlook you can do by going "View / Options", you can look at the first "Received" line, and find out the ISP of the person who actually has the virus. Frequently that can tell you who the personal actually is. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

I've learned the hard way that as long as you think things can't possibly get any worse, they will. Some people just have a tendency for things to build upon each other, snowballing downwards. All the way down you pass hundreds of offramps, but we usually just aren't smart enough to see them, or see them as we pass them by. The people who deal with this stuff well, are the people that are smart enough to see the offramps BEFORE we pass them by. To a lot of us, skydiving is exactly one of those offramps. Jumping from an airplane can completely liberate your mind, help you put things into perspective, and cleanse yourself of all those issues. Enjoy your skydiving, and I know things will turn around for you. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

You should definately get this checke out, this is not a common problem. I do know some of the first batch of wings had some problems with tuck-tabs not being big enough, but this was fixed pretty quickly, if I recall correctly. Wings has pretty good customer service, so I'd suggest you give them a shout. I'm sure they'll be able to help. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Damn... Skydive Gan was one of my choices for this weekend, too.... Eek! Glad everybody was allright! _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Ummm... No. But labor day does mark another sky-birthday for Andy. #3 this time... _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

I always figured arguing in wreck dot was kind of like fighting a land war in asia. Inconceivable! That said, you probably aren't going to find anybody who doesn't know you willing to endorse what you're jumping. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

It took 54 questions for it to finally guess Robert Barone, the tall cop with a deep voice on 'Everybody Loves Raymond'. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

0:0:0 I started by blowing off CouchFreaks because a: I wanted my ankle to finally heal properly, b: I needed to save some money, and c: I wanted to spend the weekend with my new GF. Well, I hurt my ankle yesterday afternoon, have spent WAY too much money this weekend, and last night: "I just want to be friends". Sucky weekend, no doubt. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Yeah, I was thinking that.... It sounds a whole lot more like Dennis Leary then George Carlin. George has always been one to push the limits of aceptable taste, but he never was really that reactionary... _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

You should be able to find the 101 for about $800... Search the forums for an explanation of why you should go Sony. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

I don't know about safety articles on night jumps... I will say that it's very easy to get turned around under canopy, so it's really imporant that the landing area is well lit, and that there's good indicators to the jumpers showing wind direction. One DZ I was at rented diesel powered lighting towers to light the landing area. It literally made the landing area brighter then day. This was overkill, IMHO. One popular way is to build a very large bonfire, to help see the DZ from jumpun. Secondly, take three cars, and drive them out to the landing area. Point the cars so that their headlights are shining in the direction of the wind - so that the jumpers can see where to land. In the following diagram, the car on the right is pointed to the left. The two other cars are pointed towards the center. The wind is blowing to the right. Jumpers would make their final approach to the left. \ wind -> --

Yeah, but Much Music is still good. You probably won't like it because it's Canadian. You can get it on DirectTV and some Cable Systems. I had it on Cablevision in Cleveland, but not on RCN in Chicago. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead. -

I think the bigger concern, was that Ricci was the only real clue they had to the missing girls location. It's possible she's still alive, too... _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Early September around Chicago is quite nice... However usually by the end of September it's starting to get into fall weather, where it can be cold with rain. Exactly which time this shift takes place changes from year to year. I would certainly bring rain gear, even though the weather should be nice. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Seeing as a: bill works for Quallcom, and b: he frequently installs satalite phones in planes for a living, and c: he frequently uses satalite phones to post-whore on dz.com, I suspect - no, he's proabably not using a cellphone in the plane. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Chicago the cash price is about $20, but if you buy a hundred tickets you can get $17, you can get $15 if you buy in January. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

I've thought about it - I've thought about how impracticle it is. For starters, it's pretty much imposible to open a door on a preasurised plane at altitude. Remember that most plane doors open inwards before folding outwards. This is by design. Anything short of a catestrophic failure of the fuselage - you simply wouldn't be able to get out. If there was catestrophic failure of the fuselage, you'd be hardpressed to get out without snags, impacts, or impaling yourself... _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

I have blue cross blue sheild, and have put about $5000 through this summer from skydiving related injuries. I've been upfront about the cause of everything. _Am __ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.
