That was an interesting show of what cats like for appetizers. I don't think I answer your specific question but in general terms concerning audio amplification the volume knob when it goes clockwise really makes things louder. Put another way it amplifies the sound. Reverse this technique for softer. Think of how stupid the average person is and realize that statistically half of them are stupider than that. -

Get some coached tunnel time and your skills will shoot through the roof. When I say coached time I'm talking about getting help from people like Dan BC or his calibre. A good coach will progress you very quickly and correct mistakes inmediately in the tunnel. Hope this helps. I agree with every thing you said. I always enjoyed jumping with B.O.B. and it hit me hard when I heard about what happened. I have also been drinking with Danny and his death wasn't any easier. Hey Cassandra, I used them in the wind tunnel and I had problems with them coming off. However, I used them in the wind tunnel because I had been using them in freefall and I never had a problem with them in freefall. In fact they worked great because they didn't fog up and they are extemely light weight. However, based on the problems I had with them in the tunnel I don't recommend them. I tried to tighten them down as much as I could and in the tunnel they just wouldn't stay on. As someone already said, there are cheaper alternatives that work great. B.O.B you will be missed and I always looked forward to jumping with you at Deland. I last jumped with B.O.B. in November and we were doing 23 ways out of the otter just prior to the Kaleidescope dives. Prior to every dive, he talked about safety and during our dirt dives he emphasized safety again. I rembember how special I felt when he invited me to do these dives. After each dive I was smiling from ear to ear. B.O.B. also made my wife feel so very welcome at Deland. My wife and I talked about Bob last night and we are both so saddened by this unnecessary death. Our prayers and condolences are also with Danny and his friends and family as well. Hey Jaime, That was pretty funny. hahahaha Hopefully we can start doing some jumping now that the snow is melting. I think we are going to fire up the plane this weekend at Winterset so take your rig back from the dead snowman and come join us. Instead of a MTB maybe you could get a road bike and come do RAGBRAI this year. It is the biggest bike ride in the world and way fun drinking beer and eating pie across Iowa.

Hey Ozzy, I agree with studying the IRM and learning that material. Half the class is showing that you know how to teach. Also if you can get some tunnel time prior to your course that can sure help get you ready in regards to your belly skills that will be needed. Last but not least do some jumps with people and try and practice your ability to remember what they did and didn't do on the jump ie timing, count, body position, etc Think of how stupid the average person is and realize that statistically half of them are stupider than that.

I understand that he and at least two other soldiers died when a roadside bomb exploded near his Humvee. I didn't know Jeff but I can respect the commitment that he made to the Army and the nation. When I worked at Strong Enterprises, we had a big floor fan that we could point into the nose of the canopies that really made it easy to do inspections. This method allows you to see the inside of the canopy with no problems all the way to the tail.
