Dear Ms. Gibbs As stated in my previous post. I do not hide behind anonymity here. Please e-mail me if you’d like to speak to me directly. I’d be happy to give you my information for your subpoena. You see, I’m not afraid of your idle threats!! It’s not necessary to threaten my friends for my name and information (like that’s going to get you anywhere). Otherwise, please take me (Skyjumpenfool) off your “Threat List”. I (and I’m guessing most of the skydiving community) do not mean you any harm. We are, however, feed up with your nonsense. We feel that Longmount Skydiving is operating its business in accordance with federal and state law and that they have done everything “reasonable” to accommodate you and your gaggle of goofballs. I will continue to be vocal about this issue. I refuse to be bullied into being quiet over Airport Access issues. In fact, now more than ever! So, to cut to the chase, I’m calling you on your bullshit bluff! If you really want my name for your imaginary subpoena, just ask nice… like a civil adult. And seriously, seek help. By the way, we wear your “threat list” as a badge of honor. Thank you and have a nice day. Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky."

When we jump from a plane with others, we need to "TRUST" each other! We need to know that others are capable AND WILLING to do everything in thier ability to be safe. We gain that trust thru experience. Anyone that jumps with this person (and I don't think I know him) ever again is a fool. IMHO Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky."

Hmmmm? Not only is she (Gibbs) unrealistic in her attempts to force her agenda onto others, she’s apparently not very bright either. Now she's attempting "scare tactics"? I’d be really curious to know why I made her list. How dare I speak up against her agenda? Get a job Gibbs! We jump out of airplanes for fun. We’re not a group that scares easily. Unlike some, I do not hide behind anonymity here. Tell her to PM me and I'll give her my phone #. I think you're a XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX and I believe saying so is my right. especially here on a skydiving forum. You lost this fight! It’s time to move onto an important issue somewhere. Your efforts would be welcome working to find a cure for diabetes or breast cancer. I've X'd out the personal attack above. Not because I'm afraid of Gibby's threat of lawsuit, but because I wanted to stay in line with the rules of this forum. I don't rile up easily. But If you're threatening to put me in the middle of your pissing match, buy a fucking umbrella! To the good DZO's at Longmount... Please let me know where I can send a donation to your legal fund. ^^^This^^^ In my tool box, I have phillips screwdrivers and I have flat head screwdrivers. Also, I have a hammer. The situation is what determins the tool I reach for. The more tools in my toolbox, the more choices I have to solve a problem. Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky." -
I have several friends who live near MSP Airport. The Airport commission offered (certain) homeowners new siding, new roof, new windows, etc. All these were designed to midigate noise. The stipulation was, they had to sign an agreement they (or any future owner) would never sue the airport. This agreement went onto their abstract for deed for future buyers.

A cutaway is a great idea, but build it as "snag free" as is possible. Someone with over 10,ooo Tandem videos under his belt told me once... "it's really hard to cutaway a helmet with a broken neck". Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky."

We'd always put any donation to good use! I can ask around to see if anyone is interested? Most of our pups go on to Lightnings and Storms. I did pay for my newest Furry? It only had 30 jumps and was litterally "like new". With a rig and reserve, $150. So, you're probly not going to get rich selling an older Maverick. I'll PM you my phone #. And, I'll ask around. How much are you thinking? $$$?

How to deal with high speed flat spins
skyjumpenfool replied to mcstain's topic in Safety and Training
@ mcstain... Good question! Aside from some of the above rants, the easy answer (to you the student) is to "ARCH". If ever in trouble like this, arch. As stated above, there are other techniques you can try (delta), but, I tell students that most can be fixed with a good hard arch. -
Seriously? You call that snow?

Damn! Now I'm going to have to go on a diet. Thanks MacV. Oh... and, Congrats!!! Kinda funny? Skydiving may save your life? Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky."

need info on trailing streamers behind fomations
skyjumpenfool replied to countzero's topic in Canopy Relative Work
I use the lightweight plastic (table cloth material) that you can get in rolls at Party America. 3-4 30 feet strips cut to a slight taper. I sew a hem in the wide end and put 2 pieces of foam (water noodles work) in the hem. (about the size of an RW suit GRIPPER) If you leave a space between the middle of the foam pieces, you can fold it in half and tuck it under your jumpsuit. After you dock, just take it out, put it between your legs, let it open, and cross your legs to hold onto it. Lightweight, easy to hold and deploy and, if you have to let it go, it just drifts harmlessly to the ground. Land with it or let it go just as you flair? I'll try to send you some pics.... -
I'm with Wildcard on this one. Unless you and the buyer agreed to allow "test Jumps", it's on the buyer to figure it out. It may be that they are just inducing a harness turn. Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky."
