Very, very true. In addition, an expensive lesson I learned a couple of years ago. A surge protector protects from spikes in electricity. It does -not- protect from power outages. You need a battery back-up for that. lol Just remember you have to replace those every couple of years at the very least - they start to lose their effectivness

perhaps,. perhaps not. No surge protector (no matter how much money you pay) can withstand a lighning blast (to the line) - the hardware is simply not quick enough. companies jsut say that to get you to buy it, and the few people that actually have their lines hit directly usually don't take them up on warrenty - and the ones that do dont' come close to offsetting their profit anyway.

I love crown royal. It's well worth the extra couple bucks. Actually, the distillery is about 3km's from my home dz. (we've really gotta go for a tour one of these rainy days. I hope they give samples )

well, i'm not sure if i'm going yet or not - I'll know thursday if i have to jump on a plane friday morning I'm hoping to have the weekend off - perhaps do one day at spaceland, and one at aggieland. (unless I end up werkin through the weekend) what's an SCR?

It also could be that your messages to the ad owner, are being delivered to his/her junk mail box. I know when I have an ad in the classifieds, I have to check my junk box regularly. Sometimes they end up in there, sometimes they don't.
