There is a skydiving game It's called Extreme Skydiving for Playstation 1. One of the guys at the DZ here saw it and bought it. We've gotta find a PS1 for the DZ for weather holds next year

i use a tight (insulated) leather driving glove. I have no problem finding or gripping my handles.

well, our DZO had a kidney transplant 2 years ago. Seems to be doing OK now (aside fromt he bucket of pills he takes every day ). still jumpin about 100 jumps a summer. but, if complications arise, and he needs another one, I'll give him ur number!

most electronic pressure sensor "chips" you buy are already temperature-compensated. I'm accually in the middle of building one right now (digital), ready for testing, accually. Used a Motorolla MPX-blah-blah-something-something as my sensor - already sugar-coated and temeperature compensated. I would imagine the pro-trac has something similar. -
hey guys. thanks but i think i phrased that wrong. I'm wondering WHICH canopies would fit that descpription. (square, ZP and 220 available). I would like to know what to keep my eye out for (in classifieds, etc) but usually i can't tell if they are square (vs. eliptical, or semi-e, zp, etc etc. ). so, if anybody knows off da tops of their heads, i suppose is my question. I'm just gettin into the sport, don't know too much about the different brands and models of canopies Thanks

hey guys. I'm relativly new to the forums, and the sport in general. I"ve got about 10 jumps right now, still a student doin progressive freefall. I'm looking to buy a rig soon - by next year at least. 1 that'll do me for a couple hunderd jumps (even if i must wait another 20 jumps to use it ) There's a nice container/main/reserve commin up for sale at my DZ, but the main would be much too small for me. Hafta sell that, and buy a different one Talking to my instructor/rigger guy, he's suggesting a 220 sq. foot square canopy Zero-P. (i'm about 225 lbs). Just wonderin what kind of canopies (models, etc) i should be keeping my eye open for. merci beaucoup to all Brant

yup, i've offically said good-bye to IAD. did first 3 second freefall yesterday. Lookin forward to more. 5second next week

hehe - yeah i suk at landings too. I've done 5 jumps now, only 1 standup landing. My last landing i hit the taxi-way. that hurt a bit :p . Also flared too early, and thought i could get it goin and flare again lower - nope. - lol good jerb. I'm still scared $h!tless when that door opens tho. I love it!! .

hey everybody. just thought i'd drop in and say hi. Just stared skydiving this year, outta Gimli Manibota. Couple of the guys from there pointed me to this site. I've got a total of 5 jumps (wow, superly awesum speactacular ) 2 awareness jumps, 2 paperpulls, and now i'm a movin on to pullin out da chute next jump.
