I know we were recently discussing ways of tying off on the bridle itself but your suggestion/idea above intrigues me. Maybe tying off onto a regular bridle 2' from the pin would still be better because you could then still have the PC as a backup?

Strewth skippy - and I bet the 'good' landing area is that little pile of rocks between the dunny and the billabong. When an Aussie says it is 'nice and easy' I bet it is the same as when they say 'lets go out for a quick beer'. Both will lead to pain.

The common sizes are 45" or 46" (depending on manufacturer) and 48". 2" matters, ask any chick.

He screwed up the landing part of his skydive, never made it to the BASE part of his adventure. Some aussie did a similar stunt in Sydney (successfully). I vote no.

I've got a 5140 and was considering buying the GPS shell. However read that it really saps the phone's battery. Don't fancy arriving at the exit point to discover my phone is dead. I'd like some feedback when you've tested it please. Will

Here's a (very cropped, shrunk) pic that Rich (flydive) took in Arizona over new year's. There were some guys from California throwing down some terminally sick stuff (like this barrel roll). All I managed was off-headings.

Doesn't really apply to the average skydiver - Jules is tall, skinny and talented, with thousands of skydives experience. He could probably stay with most S3s if he was flying a Classic. Of course he does live with Barney...

Nah, Tom will probably waste your time with all the boring bits (ethics, site evaluation, risk analysis/management etc.), why bother when you can just pay $100 and get hucked off a perfectly good bridge. Probably get a complimentary can of Red Bull too.

Until someone answers, allow me to follow on. Morpheus recently told me they would not vent F111 PCs and didn't know of any gear manufacturer that did. As I understand it ZP PCs are more prone to orbiting since F111 is more porous, hence the desire for vents on ZP PCs. I understand this PC came with a second hand rig, but is there anybody out there advocating using vented F111 PCs and why?
