    Linz, I honestly think that all skydivers can't be morally right in the abuse of gas in this world.... We cannot be morally right, no. But you can be damn sure I want the money and support being poured in by oil companies and tax payers (for subsidies to oil companies and premission for shit like this) to be used for LARGE SCALE research of alternative methods instead of the status quo. Now, I have no say for the oil companies, but the government...well, I SHOULD have a say anyway. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.

    Man, do not even get me started when I add it all up. I have since bought a new container, main, and reserve as well well a pro-track and various other items Even not including gas to get to the DZ and food, it is outrageous for just my 2 and a half years. And totally worth it.

    Is he then guilty before proven innocent just because of the severance? That's the real question he's arguing, verses a statemnt that just having a previous connection automatically defines guilt of some sort. Absolutely not. But I think it swings either way. A former tie does not indicate wrongdoing, but a severence package does not indicate actual severed ties. Neither are very good arguments for good or wrongdoing.     Cheney is being paid as part of a SEPARATION PACKAGE. If you've got an accusation to make, rather than innuendo, then make it and provide proof. Ya know, my fraternity alumni advisor just "retired" last year. Guess what? He still has influence and gets called on for advice.     God dammit. When are people going to realize that not everyone WANTS money to leave a place they have been for so long?     Yes....1.5 million acres will no longer be available as a wildlife refuge. The purpose of a wildlife refuge is to shelter wildlife from the infringement of man.     54% of Denver voters approved a measure to legalize possession for people over 21 yesterday. Is that a majority? The country dude. Not Denver.     I got my first used rig for 1900 complete. Complete includes container, main, reserve, and a two year old cypres. But then, I got a really good deal. Other stuff: Helmet -protec: $40 goggles - $18 jumpsuit - $270 Altimeter - $150 Okay, I am going to stop now cause I am getting depressed, especially when I realize I have bought so much more since.     That is one of the neat things I have seen about skydiving...most people I have talked to will push their product but they don't usually bash another's (remember, I said MOST...that I have talked with ). They told me the pro's and con's of each. I think because we are such a small group, the clever people know they are not going to get good reps by just bashing everyone else. I mean Ankie just posted in another thread for someone to try out both a Vector and Wings before deciding. That is pretty cool. In anycase, the single best way: get a demo.     uh, "Dogfellas"? ok, so I googled....so sue me! CHEATER!!!!!! Anyway, he gave my dad his cell number and house number and all that good stuff. And what I know, his daughter Amanda is going to make a documentary on abused animals and Paul wants to come to my parent's place and do an interview with my dad about horses and how they are mistreated after they are too old to race. I will have to be home that weekend I think.
