The bullet hit the flashlight behind the drivers headrest. When the cops found the shooters they said the just wanted to "see if they could hit it" you know those fuckers did not even go to jail.....

    I cant have an opinion? After it's over and we are all sitting here on our fat asses being keyboard commanders, I think what he did ended up being the wrong choice, but he did not just execute the dude. He was reacting to a fast movement to the interior of the car that he felt was an attempt to cause harm to the officer, and he was wrong.     The guy did not causally reach back into his car, the movements he made matched 100 different scenes from cops where the guy did pull out a gun. YES THE COP TOLD HIM TO GET HIS LICENSE, AND YEA HE WAS DOING THAT.... but the cop just did not go hey you know what fuck you for being you pop pop pop......

    No one agrees on polls here either, they say -it was too small of a group -it was geographically not spread out -it was paid for by such and such who is biased -did they ensure a balance of all political types participated so it's not lopsided Who runs polling report.com, does it include all polls, or does it leave some out? I read a post on the democratic underground site that it left the Gallup poll out, why? Where is the funding, it's a pay to use site for most of the content, how does that play into what they report?

    It might be there, but it's buried on some back page in small print. I went to all the sites front pages and it was not there. I even did a google search with the news initials and "Obama poll" and all but abc were not showing probably because abc paid for the poll and it was getting more hits. If you put fox in front it was the first 3 links under the search. It's proven the news is biased and do not put out much bad info on their guys, and bash the other side. I would love to have a non partisan neutral funded news that could be trusted and loved by all sides. Name one news origination that people here will not dispute a link from? If I link fox, amazon comes in here and shouts feaux news like a child, if I link Wikipedia, someone comes in and says it can be changed by anyone, if I link cnn, someone will have an excuse about that. Can we find a source all sides agree on?

    We need a third media source that is proven to be neutral and report only on the facts and funded by a means that would not make them biased. Fox and cnn types are adding static to the information being presented to Americans and I'm tired as hell about hearing their bullshit. I remember the times when you could watch the news, and it wasn't sensationalized and biased, it reminded me of listening to some old bbc news broadcast. It had integrity, and just spoke facts. These days the media is all about getting your amped up with anticipation and half truths. Shit I can't even watch discovery anymore. On all their shows just before a commercial break they are all screaming like someone was going to die, and dramatic music is being played. Come to find out someone just stubbed their toe.

    The X-Ray was false, and all we have is multiple witnesses, including the one with audio and video taped on the scene said he rushed and hit the officer. Proof from some outside neutral organization has not been given, so please stop saying it never happened, you don't know one way or the other and neither do I.

    Every department I have ever heard of had another department other than themselves do the investigation. Here usually the state police will step in and do it. I agree that there needs to be an independent review by someone else higher up and not influenced by that department.

    Normiss on cops investigating their own shootings. I don't have the time to search all his posts, if you don't believe me, go back and read all of his history and gather for yourself. The guy doesn't trust police to investigate shootings, and will post data like 400 people MURDERED by cops to infuriate people, but once you challenge him on the data he spouts the same bullshit about justification, and that fellow cops let them off the hook of a murder.

    We debunked those numbers on 8/28/14 remember you were there.... 95% of the shootings were justified, someone was either shooting at the cops, or attempting to harm another person. That left about 10 people shot and killed that was unjustified, and currently 4-5 of the cops were already sent to jail, and the others were awaiting trial.
