What is your statistic meant to say? What does percentage of population have to do with percent of a group that is unemployed? Hispanics out number blacks, and asians are fewer in number than blacks, but both have lower unemployment rates. I'll put out the numbers I thought might mean more. 'Film' as an idea has no rules, but to call something a documentary, it must attempt to portray its subject honestly. (not without bias, but without misdirection or lies) I don't ask that a documentary not have an agenda. I have no problem with a woman who wants to raise awareness to save the apes. Well, she hasn't done anything outstanding as far as I could find, and she's toed the party line tightly.
