You've got to be kidding me... from Council Member Yassky's website I guess the fact that every single step in the firearms industry is federally regulated doesn't matter to him. Or the fact that every dealer is federally licensed by the BATFE. Or the fact that every sale made by a FFL dealer is checked by the FBI.
