  1. Just kidinn'. Check the Dolphin thread too. Quasar II could be mine next rig too.
  2. I have not met this problem by myself. I had no Sabre, I had no jumps with Sabre. Slider placement can be a good trick, but you don't need any special trick with a fine canopy.
  3. I think he needs a proper sized slider not a new or different canopy.
  4. What is the reason that some canopies with "no stretch" lines open just fine?
  5. It can be a production fault too. Check it! If it was produced on Monday, you shouldn't be surprised. Or was it Wednesday ?
  6. They could be the best source of information. They should know the surrounding and things better.

  11. I think right (in trim) lineset and right size of silder is enough for having nice openings.
  12. Head up! I had 2 total mal in raw. So? I went back. I was a bit nervous in the next jump. I saw an instructor landing under 2 out last weekend. It was low pull & long snivel under a Saber2. Learn the lesson and get back!

  17. Airspeed or ground speed? You might have used GPS, so thats ground-speed. How about your tailwind? :)
  18. AFAK the student wind limit is 8m/s max in 10 minutes in Finland.
  19. By doing at least a search before that. It was discussed several times here already.
  20. He is instructor, he should have some idea of student wind limits.
  21. Indeed, but he can't count all his loses before bounce. What a pity, it so easy to become a piece of statistics.
