    they would not allow me weights until I became profiecent with my fall rate. Forget about the weights, you can do it without them unless your under 100lbs. Just enjoy skydiving as it is now, try not to get so techy so early in your career. Relax and enjoy.

    I was always told to flare with hands in the front until my 14th jump, I decided to flare with hands on the side. The landing was less than perfect (not due the flare) and my left hand hit the ground first. Yup you guessed it... I then started to think "why do they tell me to do it this way" I went back to the hands in the front. One brain fart got me. Live and learn (not) LEARN & LIVE PS: if you ever go to Eloy, don't try to emulate those guys, some of them don't even use their brakes DOH

    I was reading the incident reports when the topic of "the length of the two cables" should be different on the RSL side. I went to the tupperware and took my rig out to see(feel) if one was longer than the other?? It all made sense, therefore is a 1/16.. 1/8 1/4 etc.... of a difference?? I know I should talk to my rigger but it would be comforting to know if there is a standard (mirage G3).

    She asked if it was impossible.. I said NO it's not impossible.. Loose some weight is what I said. Is that harsh or did you not read it the way it was intended. You nor me are TI's, but when the weight limit becomes marginal it becomes a safety issue. That in itself is not difficult to comprehend. If you were A TI would'nt u like to give yourself a margin of error. Educate yourself before you attack my answer.
