why don't you all set up a gun station on the ground, and when you land, go get your gun, and start shooting. Then you don't have to worry about all the problems of carrying a gun onto a plane... both the legal problems and the safety issues. anyways, it seems like a fun idea. too bad the only pistol I own is a .177 caliber gas-powered revolver (aka pellet gun) MB 3528, RB 1182

I think its kinda stupid for these kids who can't get the aid whining about how they can't get federal money for an education. it seems they would rather bitch and moan instead of completing a drug-rehab program. even if they don't complete a drug-rehab program, they are only barred from getting aid for one year. they should just go to a community college for one year, if neccesary, get a loan from a bank for it, and then they can continue on as normal. I'm with you on this one. While a lot of people do wear their helmet for a audible mount, the helmet can save your life from collisions with the plane, other skydivers, and the ground. That seatbelt analogy is pretty good. MB 3528, RB 1182

I got my Licence on the Dope Rope for less that $400 $400? cmon shaun, we know that static line is cheap, but not quite that cheap. We got one of those a couple of miles from the DZ. You can see it from the plane on your way to altitude. Whenever I begin to think that Kansas is lame and featureless, I just look at that Hill from our little 182 Widebody......... ask Daran about his spotting job a few weeks ago. I opened over the biggest hill out there, and paul was so far out he had to land on the other side of the river and aggiedave, kansas does have hills... A lot more than you would think. I usually burn the divx codecs you need to play the video right onto the cd too... that way if it doesn't open on your buddys computer, just install the codecs and it should work MB 3528, RB 1182

New Bonehead - shrunk a bit due to low temp?

just thought of something... so if you are saying that your head expands because of lesser pressure, then one can assume it would contract or shrink in greater pressure. And so if you went scuba diving, even to a novice depth of 60 ft, you would have about 3 atmospheres of pressure on your head. And at an altitude of 10,000 ft, the pressure is about .7 atmospheres. Something tells me if your head expanded even a few milimeters at altitude, then it would shrink about a centimeter when scuba diving. I think people would notice if their head shrunk a centimeter. my guess is that its the thermal contraction of the helmet. MB 3528, RB 1182 -
