ok in advance, this joke is not the best i've heard, but the others are too dirty for the internet. three guys decide they want to be in the guiness book of world records. one of them is really tall, so he decides to go for the tallest man catagory. so he sends in his dimensions and waits. the second guy is really fat, so he decides to go for the fattest man catagory. so he sends in his dimensions and waits. the third guy is a midget, and he knows he has a really tiny dick, so he decides to try for the smallest penis catagory. he too sends in his dick's dimensions and waits. so the next day, they all get a letter from guiness. The tall guy opens his and says "wahoo i'm the tallest man in the world". the fat guy opens his and says "wahoo i'm the fattest guy in the world". so the midget is getting all excited, and he thinks that he might win too. so he opens his letter, looks disapointed, and says "who the hell is aggiedave?" ahhh dagny... I sense somebody who has only jumped turbines... the "windthingys" are called "wind drift indicators"... aka "woodies". you use em in static line drops. then let you know where a round would land if the person under it never made a steering correction. they are also helpful to see how strong the winds are from 3k and below, which is useful to see where the spot is for student barges. kel don't feel bad... i have 150-odd jumps and no kiss passes. then again, kiss passes aren't a big thing at my home dz. one time on a sit fly jump some guy at my dz tried to kiss my face mask (i wear a Z1) ... theres an instant way to ruin a good skydive lol. MB 3528, RB 1182

sorry to get a little off topic, but do you think there is much of a benefit to doing a balloon jump from an operator whos done it before? because we usually don't get the chance to do balloon jumps in kansas, but one of my friends knows a balloon sightseeing tour lady who says she could drop us... is there anything really dangerous about doing one from a first-time dropper? wrongway, if it makes you feel any better, I understood what you were trying to say in your first post. unfortionately, some people read it as a TM bash, and got really angry. He's apoligized guys, cmon lets discuss what he was trying to get at: "people with a lot of experience all in one discipline, trying to tell someone else whos doing a different discipline what to do." most of the time I think it would be rude to start telling people what to do if you don't know squat about it, unless its safety related, and then I'm for it. those are pretty funny pictures. I guess its a good thing the mascot is a skydiver, cause it looks like the tm can't see around him and so the passenger has to land them. then again, that probably explains that landing photo. MB 3528, RB 1182
