    yeah I agree. if you feel like doing both RW and freeflying, get an RW suit. you can always use a sweat shirt or long-sleeved tshirt for freeflying. not to mention, free fly pants are pretty cheap, and so you can always buy them later. MB 3528, RB 1182

    since it sounds like you already bought the canopy, just keep jumping your old one for a while. when you finally decide to switch down, try demoing or borrowing a 135 for a few jumps... so at least you go down in steps. keep in mind though, I am not an instructor and I barely have more jumps then you. ask an instructor whos seen you fly, and talk to them.     if your instructor did tell you the 210 was fine, then go for the spectre. sabres are not bad canopies, they have nice flight characteristics, but get the spectre just for the openings. also, in my experience, the spectre is just as fun to fly. plus, it will have more resale value than a sabre of the same wear.     also, with internet explorer, just put your mouse over the picture and wait a second... a little button on the lower right part of the picture will appear... click it, and it makes the picture much bigger, and easier to read. MB 3528, RB 1182

    and don't forget, if the fan is dying, you can just replace it. fans aren't really that expensive, and they aren't that hard to install. ask your cousin if she would know how to do it. (and there are online guides that she can just follow) if the noise really is your fan dying, the last thing you want to do is just keep running your computer and transfering stuff for a while, because your motherboard or hard disk will overheat, permently ruining them.     that HAS to be with windchill factored in. no way did it ever get that cold in oklahoma lol. the worst I've been in is -25 F in chicago, beats me what the windchill was. but once when I was young, I camped in 5 F weather with a windchill of -10 F... that wasn't so bad except for the fact that I didn't have a mummy bag. that was a longgg night. not to mention, when you camp in the cold, you have to pee alot during the night, which absolutely sucks.     yeah you get a little bit of a funny feeling in your stomach... for a raft jump, usually you have it go out last, and the pilot gives you some zero g, and the guys on the outside just push it out. like someone else said... it works great until you hit the relative wind MB 3528, RB 1182
