What kind of safety concerns could there be because someone jumps more frequently? I don't see it as rushing as just jumping more often. With 60 jumps to go and only jumping every once in a while I doubt I'll make it but if I could jump more often then I would and even try to get in some weekday jumps. To the moderators: why don't the moderators delete or move condolence and BS threads and then ask that individual to repost in the appropriate forum. The problem seems to be that anytime someone sticks a condolence in incidents forum someone other than a moderator comes in and tells them to take it to talkback. This should really just be a PM. It comes off as very rude and the incident thread dissolves and everyone looks like a jerk, while in the meantime, the memory of the person is tarnished by some stupid internet squabble. An Ass at my DZ just got his canopy religned and found that his openings sucked. After much prodding he found out that it was religned out of trim so that as it broke in, the openings and flight characteristics would improve, thereby increasing the usefull life of the lines. Alright, to be more realistic. If you're just going for the bedroom time then no. But if you can make something out of the trip then go. If I'm going to go to hawaii for a girl then I'm going to plan to do a lot of other things while I'm there. If I'm going to see a girl in bum-fuck Idaho then the airfare had better be cheap. Yes, this was all very good. We had about 12 pies ready to go for three people. Two of them snuck out to avoid the pies. Monkey got all 12. Another good one over the weekend was Larry for #3000. From one pup to another, just wear them. Whatever will comfortably fit in your shoes. These burns weren't really deep, just a little worse than rug burns. Thankfully we were flying Triathlon Hybrids with thick dacron center A-lines. Micro-lines would have been REALLY ugly and this was just some light, three-stack CRW. I got those when the #3 docking on me floated and I slid down his risers when he docked and then slid back up when the pilot gave some rear riser. This happened again when the pilot turned to the right and I was trying to motion him to go the other way and he did a little too abruptly. Whatever, Larry's A-lines were already red. So, wear socks. I've never heard that it matters who gives the pies. I pied someone (Jonathan) while I was still on AFF. He didn't think that was funny, it was just how we caught him off guard. Let me see, before I hit 100 jumps I had given pies for #300, #400, #1000, #2000. Since then I've pied for #200, #3000, and #shewasmovingsowepiedher.
