MGD? Maniacal Gay Dude? OK, here's one for the NorCal peeps and anybody who's coming to Perris; Betsy, you keeping track? One video and stills jump with Deuce. I'll be able to get like 100 stills per jump when I get my new D10, too. Or I'll give up a 36 exp roll of film.

Sinker, in that paypal thing there's a place to make a note to Sangiro, give him your mailing address and note you want the video and stills. He forwards your address to me and I mail the stuff out. Yeah, you get it when you donate a case of beer.

I like that proposal, but does State Farm know you attach that gear to your head and jump out of planes with it? What's the deductable? Q and NacMac, I'm just whining. I just want to use the thing on about 60 tandem jumps before I chop it. Once the gear's paid for itself, it's much easier to kiss it goodbye.

I'm working tandem video at Byron on Saturday, and I'm going to work on my freefly skills with Chopchop at Monterey on Sunday. I'm going to make my Hollister trip in conjunction with getting a new saddle for my beemer (bimmer, whatever) in the next couple of weeks. I'll definitely be out there prior to the DZ.com weekend.

I do know that the current DZ.com Hybrid record is a 6 way. We can easily beat the crap out of that with the highly skilled freaks at our disposal...

I am kinda anxious to jump at Hollister, but a serious attempt at a record is going to require the Otter, or multiple aircraft. A Norcal only record will be a first. Any number will establish it. My thinking on this is there's two categories, like in "real" skydiving (the competitive kind) single formation, and sequential. We can beat the 10-way sequential out of the King air, or if we want to do a big single formation record, we will have to go multi-plane or Otter. Any DZ.com RW fliers who want to practice their belly skills are invited to join me at Byron this weekend on Sunday. I'll hang up the camera suit, leave my baggy suit at home, and do bumper-jumps all day. Lummy? Corndog?
