I actually like to see the audiences reaction. Even that bizarre outburst by Dean last night is almost appropriate when you saw how over the top the folks in his audience were. Teddy was pretty good shanking his head, but I enjoyed Hillary more as she gave that wet-towel applause while looking at the floor.

Nah, I'm on the wagon until I get back to my pre-unemployed weight.

I'm curious if the guy with the .50 DE would have been able to own one at all. The .50 is silly huge. Poor choice for self defense. Go Transit Police!

If it's based on voice stress analysis, it's bunk. Did you guys know that you can't be turned down for a job based on polygraph results alone? (at least in California law enforcement) That's what the psych is used for. It is primarily an intimidation tool, and people confess to the weirdest things when they are stressed by that gizmo.

Yeah, it was initially a head down wingsuit backtrack (G*ddamn! That is a big tail!) but by the time I got it dialed in and barrel rolled to belly-to-earth I was screaming across the sky. When I snapped up the legs after deployment, the tail was open across the bottom. Not a big deal, easily fixed.

Looks like the colors you have now on your GTi match your gear pretty good. Hey, Scott? In order to get that under shot, you do have to backfly. I was doing that two weekends ago and it overpressured the tail and blew out the entire bottom seam. Easy rigger repair, but now I have three rows of stitching across the bottom seam instead of two. Chicks. Always for the chicks.

No. But I'd pay big money to be let in there with a .22

Actually, that last little bit is dead-on Bobcat Golthwait.

C'mon, missile! There are almost as many non-US correspondents covering this thing as US reporters! This is great stuff!

Folks, my interest in this is just the theatre of politicking. The republicans have plenty of goofuses too, it's just that a savvy guy knows better than to provide this kind of ammunition to the opposition.

The only part about that is that you're a "wealthy" professional guy married to an educated professional and another $10 isn't a big deal to you. I get concerned that you'd be happy to force YOUR choice on everybody else. I could stay in the sport now that I'm on staff, but I'd really miss all the young jumpers that would be excluded, forced out, or prevented from joining me at the DZ.

Miche, I'm sorry it brings back bad memories for you. However, that sound clip alone on a radio campaign will prevent the middle from voting for the guy, and it's all about the middle. I just laugh like heck every time I clicky that. Edit: that last little shriek just cracks me up!

You talking about the "L" bracket? McGowan hangs a Nikon D1 out there on one from his FTP.

Dean is on TV. He has lost his mind.

Didn't I send that to you? Check PM.

Well, the winner was correct, and the second/third finish was close. (Probably within the margin of error) Didn't Bill Clinton take second in this thing a million years ago and go on to win it?
-
Congratulations on picking the winner! (not you, n2 ) On to New Hampshire!

The source I read had about 90% of caucus locations reporting. As it is an odd system, they start at 6:30 and can be done about 6:35 if everybody agrees on the lead candidate and he's up by 15%. I don't pretend to understand it completely, but comparisons to primaries at polling places are not really apples-to-apples. Edit: my bad, it was 67% reporting

I just got a Maxtor 120 external USB2. The stats say that the USB version has a higher total capability of transferring data. Anyhow, I like it just fine.

Ah, there you are. Very nice do! Tom says this is you giving a hug. -
The scooter jumped with this flag. He just tied pullup cord to the grommets and looped it around his hand. Opening his hand released that side of the flag for deployment. Flags get thrashed. That cardboard picture looks like a real good suggestion.

OK, I'm cleaning out my home office and finding all kinds of stuff I haven't seen since we moved here. Here's car one. The Rabbit, more avocado than lime. Car two lasted just a couple of days. More proof that God will not let me die dramatically, but will have me drown in a gutter. And me during the Rabbit era. Funny, funny stuff (to me anyhow)

OK Mocha, just how old/young are you? 'Cuda' is cool for "Barracuda". Better?
