  1. I get one every year. I work with a fair amount of people with health problems or compromised immunity. I am not worried about getting the flu myself as I am young and healthy and although it might make me miserable for a few days I would be OK. I don't want to be responsible for passing it on to people who could have much more dire consequences. It helps to work gives it to me for free each year. Anyhow, you might want to think about being around other, more vulnerable people. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  2. The really interesting conflict w/ federal/state would come in Oregon, if their ballot initiative passes. Their measure foresees the state being the wholesale purchaser and distributor for the entire crop and being one of the primary retail outlets as well. This will put state officials and employees directly in the sights of officials enforcing trafficking statutes. As somebody with significant libertarian leanings I am hoping this could lead to a significant limitation on federal power, at least on marijuana but hopefully on other issues as well. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  3. Why in the world would we want the federal government more involved in how the political parties (which are private entities) choose their candidates? We need to remove government from the nominating process, not increase their control. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  4. That original article states that this is a custom in just parts of Saudi Arabia but in my experience it is popular throughout much of the Middle East. I've observed a number of wedding parties with a lot of gunfire involved. Shotgun wedding, indeed. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  5. I greatly dislike this decision. However I see that it is totally logical and reasonable as the article states taht the Cops could already search that land without a warrant. I think all private land should be off limits without a warrant but that was not the currently existing standard. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  6. A month is not going to be long enough to get around the US, unless you want to drive the whole time and barely jump. A month is long enough to do a good regional trip. Which region would be best would vary depending on time of year. You could only do a Midwest trip (Chicago, Lost Prairie, Couch Freaks) in the summer. A Southereast trip or a texas-arizona tirp you could do all year round but would be better NOT in the summer. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  7. Bah, I sure hope Libertarians would turn down federal matching funds. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  8. Technical requirements for currency according to USPA: student: every 30 days A license: 60 B license: 90 C&D: 180 days. Obviously the bare minimum to be technically current is not very good. I'll let other more seasoned people give more precise advice. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  9. yes, I would. I wouldn't ask, I would just do it and go. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  10. The media is biased because it is left leaning, clearly. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  11. SD Carolina is in Chester. Google maps shows that as about 2 hours from Sumter. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  12. Pretty sure Raeford is the closest tunnel. Skydive Carolina is probably the closest larger DZ although there may be a closer DZ that is smaller. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  13. I'm aware of those guidelines. The IRS generally only seeks to determine status for particular workers or groups of workers in court actions or in review of particular forms. Matt indicated that he knew of specific instances where this was being reviewed. I can't find any, but perhaps my google-fu is weak. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  14. As part of tennage rebellion your children will join math team and chess club. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  15. Can you point to any IRS or court decisions on this point? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  16. I was almost 40 when I went for the first time, so it just never occurred to me to tell them before I went. Just as an alternate viewpoint, though, I saw a young woman come out just after her 18th birthday to do a tandem and wind up having to go to the hospital. She came with a friend but they had not told her parents. I would hate to be on the other end of that phone call. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  17. All the voter fraud in my town seems to be Republican led: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/10/23/1149041/-Not-Larry-Sabato-Harrisonburg-Is-Voter-Fraud-Capital-of-Virginia "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  18. Freedom from government inference in one's personal decisions is supposed to be a conservative value. It is a conservative value. It just isn't a republican one. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  19. The most ridiculous part of the whole deal: "Essentially a large portion of American people are asking me to serve as their spokesperson" What a megalomaniac. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  20. I agree that the woman is an idiot but I see nothing to link her to any political candidate or to believe that she was a likely voter. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  21. If you read through all of the supported tesimony and other material it apppears that Lance did not use HGH after the cancer because he believed that may have accelerated the spread. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

  23. My plan is to vote absentee in person. I have not done it yet because I have not yet figured out who I am voting for in the city council election. My federal/state votes are all decided. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  24. Delmarva and Crosskeys are both relatively close to Wilmington, DE. I believe both are open year-round. The nearest wind tunnel is in Raeford, NC. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  25. Don't know where you live but Chambersburg is open year-round I believe. Also dropzones not far south of there are open year round. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
