I've read the article. Can somebody explain to me why this is an airport access issue or an extreme hardship to Skydive City? I've jumped at a number of airports that have a fence and it can be a little inconvenient, depending on the particulars but I would not call it an extreme hardship. Is there something specific about the SDC that makes it so? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

Only for partial malfunctions: Specifically designed for student requirements. It will activate when the rate of descent exceeds 29mph (13m/sec). The activation altitude, however, is split. In the case of rate of descent being equal to that of freefall, the opening altitude is at approx. 750ft, as with Expert Cypres. However, should the rate of descent be lower than that of freefall but still above the limit of 29mph (e.g. with partially opened canopy), then Student Cypres activates when the altitude decreases below 1000 ft AGL "What if there were no hypothetical questions?" -

IMO it is not the clause, it the use and interpretation of it. I see nothing wrong with the commerce clause, as written. JerryBaumchen Yup, Justice Thomas got this one right. The precedent of Wickard v. Filburn needs to be overturned and bring back some limitations to the commerce clause. Unfortunately he seems to be the only one with that opinion. I honestly can't decide how good the Tide defense actually is. They are obviously pretty good, but in their games against good opposition they hardly looked dominant. LSU, Texas A&M, and Georgia all moved the bll and scored a lot of points on AL. Their defensive statistics looks like they were rolled up dominanting the soft teams on their schedule. Property taxes have always been a form of wealth tax. when capitol and banking arose they became a bit less effective as a form of wealth tax (as a lower percentage of wealth is held as personal property or real estate) but that is what they were originally intended to do and how they continue to function practically. This is why the best option is to go over the cliff. Immediate spending cuts across the board which are already outlined. Any other plan will just push the spending cuts further out into the 10 year budget outline, which of course will never come to pass. Yes, the cliff will hurt. There is no other way. ^ This is why I am in favor of the cliff. The spending cuts kick in this year. Any sort of "deal" is going to involve a 10 year budget projection with X trillions of dollars but most of those are going to be so backloaded they have no hope of ever becoming reality.
