Diane couldn't even do a proper interview for trying to help contain the child. My parents would have put up with that behavior about 10 seconds. really common in summer actually.. tuck your shirt, tie it to your belt loops even so it wont cover your handles (never fun) and be aware you will be falling a good bit faster than with a jump suit and generally have less control than you are used to. also be very aware of the additional hazzards when landing off and extra scrapes if/when you have to PLF. ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.

I got a Rawa, but after comparing the construction and quality to the FF2 a friend has I'd wish i'd waited. FF2 has much higher construction quality comfort, a bit more expensive, but the difference in quality is worth it. still i'm not throwing out my Rawa it is a very nice Camera helmet as well, but the hinges and construction of the FF2 is better imo ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.

As we have largely removed 'natural selection' and allow 'defective individuals' to breed and continue to pass their 'defects' into the gene pool. agreed, but here is the kicker.. This guys 'limits' are far to low for him to wield the power and authority he does. It wasnt a life threatening situation, or a time critical event. He made multiple bad judgement calls in a short period of time and he was dealing with KIDS who were OMG SKATEBOARDING!!!! so lets take his example and imagine how this poorly trained LEO would react in an ACTUAL EMERGENCY with real, combative criminals who arent going away without a 'real fight'. and you STILL want him as back up? he needs to be relieved of duty as he clearly doesnt have the self control or ability necessary to deal with the kinds of stressful situations that he could conceivable encounter DAILY! But as always, "you get what you pay for" and the pay for most LEO's means the 'best and brightest' applicants will be the exceptions and not the norm... Its social engineering at its worst. Society wants competent trained professionals, but pays the fuck all for them in many critical roles, (military, LE, FD etc) and so has a significantly smaller pool of qualified applicants to chose from. That's one of the things I was concerned about...being military we tend to move every few years so not sure how she would handle going from one type of school to another... so rather have her in a 'high end' school for the portion of time you can, you'd keep her in the medocre public schools so there wont be a transition adjustment?? Get the best you can where you are.. then get additional tutors when you have to deal with the public education system as the most likely scenerio is that she wont be challenged at all in the public systems after being exposed to a better learning enviroment. If you are lucky you will have some public school teachers who recognize that many of the 'military brats' simply are not engaged by the 'read, write, reguritate' style of 'teaching' given at public schools once they have been exposed to better systems and so will offer outside studies/assignments to engage those students who are otherwise bored to tears...... but those are few and far between... for those who are unaware many DoD funded schools have PhD's teaching even in secondary schools... the difference in educational focus and attention is staggering. ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.
