  1. Jim, In your opinion, why would a jumper want this canopy? What do you feel it offers that others don't? I'm interested to learn more about it. Blue ones, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  2. You suggesting he run off with the plane Performance Designs Factory Team
  3. Thanks Sparky, Definately better to clear it up than assume someone got the sarcasm. Blue ones! Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  4. If it's for work already done, they cannot withhold payment. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  5. I suck in the tunnel. I have a hard time flying slow enough to do anything constructive. Guess I better practice more Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  6. Funny to hear you say that. I got shit from a bronze world champ medalist for NOT doing that during my bag lock around 400 jumps. Maybe I should have stopped to take a picture while I was burning through 2 grand. I mean bag lock's a slow mal, right One that has served me well. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  7. Get hold of Wyatt Drews, he's a dealer for them. I believe he's at Skydive San Diego now. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  8. Yeah that wasn't my best 180 before starting the track. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  9. Hey Andrea, Yeah the dates are October 29, 30, 31. I will post details of the exact aircraft and organizers in the events forum as soon as I have them (hopefully soon ). Hope you make it out Blues Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  10. Here's a vid (my inside vid) that the local skydivers at Thomaston GA, Skydive Atlanta threw down this weekend. Base: Jon Pinyon, Eric Deren (yes that's Eric in a neon protec ) and Trey Holliday Stingers: Tom Hayden, Sean Hennessey and Ian Drennan More good things to come from Skydive Atlanta, hopefully we'll see you all at the freefly festival in October this year. Hope you enjoy. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  11. As a recent import to GA I've gone around and checked out a variety of the dz's in the area. So far, without a doubt, this is the best with the best people. There's a ton of freeflying going on (where else can you pick up a 5 point, 6 way HD with the local flyers) and plenty of knowledge to be handed out in all disciplines including Swooping, Crew, RW and VRW. The tandem masters and AFF instructors are top notch, I feel very, very comfortable recommending them to my friends and family. Now, the plane. It's a king air and it's frigging awesome! Around 8 mins to 14000 every load!! It's now my home dz, so hope to see you all there! Blues, Ian
  12. I'm going to kick you in the balls when I finally meet you Performance Designs Factory Team
  13. Last time I checked either party bashing each other in this manner weakened any issues they had to say that were worthwhile noting with this useless drivel. It too is old and tired. Attitudes like this, on all sides, are part of the problem. Performance Designs Factory Team
  14. After the 21 jumps we did this weekend, we're off to a booze cruise on Sat Sucker. Blues Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  15. Wonderful....pick the one day the team isn't going to be there this weekend. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  16. Maybe he changed his policy then. 3 of us were planning to make a jump there (jump #'s ranging from 700 - 2000 jumps) and were told that fun jumpers weren't welcome there when we called to find out if it'd be possible. We'd have liked to jump there for the same reason as you...that view has to be spectacular. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  17. I can't say for sure (Haven't flown either yet) but I'd venture a guess that changing the lines will make them fly quite differently. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  18. Yes, There's a DZ in Rhode Island like that (newport). Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  19. 1:21:2 1 I love my wife. 21 great jumps with my friends at a great dz. 2: My first 5 point, 6 way HD dive. Watching my teammate deploy using my borrowed rig (which HE packed) only to find he didn't cock the pilot chute. Great video, careless move Glad he's ok, and we're giving him endless shit about it. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  20. Soon as you give it back to him Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  21. DOH! Performance Designs Factory Team
  22. Who they would have voted for is irrelevant, and waiting 4 years to cast your vote in an election because the powers that be screwed up is unacceptable too. If they're going to use that list to prevent people from voting, it's their responsibility to make sure it's 100% accurate. Now if they're too stupid to punch a hole in a ballad...well that's their own damn fault Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  23. Coolest.Job.Ever. Performance Designs Factory Team
  24. No thanks, not my thing. I'm sure you were spectacular under the wing. After all you never seem to be capable of error. You also happen to jump at a dropzone known for it's progressive canopy teaching, and a good size landing area. Most don't have that privilege. Your turn to bite? Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  25. I've had mine for some time now with no issues. I did manage to crack a screen during a riser strike (hardly the units fault) and it was replaced no questions asked immediately. There are many, many happy neptune owners out there. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
