  1. Briefly, I have now spent some time on the Harrison papers and run some calculations on the information in them. Parts of this information is sufficiently different from the previous "narrative" type transcripts, mainly the so-called "FBI Notes", that it may be possible to make some sense out of the flight path now. Especially that portion of the flight path that starts at the "23 DME mile" point south of the Portland VORTAC (now known as the Battleground VORTAC) and continues south into California and Nevada. So I plan to do some more detailed calculations on the Harrison information over the next few days. The Harrison papers describe Cooper as being 6 feet 1 inch tall, 175 pounds, and 50 to 60 years old. This doesn't support the KC theory in any way. But the height fits in with Sailshaw's description. Georger, you have a PM on the way. Robert99
  2. Blevins, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt when you say that the banker already knew about your book and the KC report. Of course, that doesn't mean that I believe a word of your claim. Robert99
  3. You could have just ASKED me, you know. I called the bank officer on the phone after I first saw the sales document. His number was on it. He was the one who filled me in on the move, and to the type of dwelling she purchased. We discussed Margie's interviews, Christiansen, other stuff. He requested the PDF of the book and a copy of the KC report, so I sent them off to him. . . . . . I don't see any need for me to contact her anymore . . . . . . . . . If you recall from the interview with Bernie Geestman in Blast . . . . . Blevins, After you say that Margie knew in 2010 that she would not be hearing from you again, you state that you saw the sales document in question and then called the bank officer. What were you doing checking up on Margie's real estate transactions that did not have anything to do with you? Then after the bank officer refused to give you her current address and phone number, you apparently continued your check into Margie's personal business, found a document on the guardian, and then publicly wondered aloud on this thread if the guardian and bank officer had ripped her off. Then you repeat your statement from 2010 that you don't see any need to contact her anymore. But based on your past actions, I'm sure you will try just that and continue to check into her personal life although it is none of your business. What does the term "stalking" mean to you? Or, what does the term "invasion of privacy" mean to you? Stalking can get you a jail sentence and invasion of privacy can cost you a bundle of money. Why don't you get yourself a shrink and figure out why you are so obsessed with Margie? I don't recall anything from "Blast" since I haven't read it and don't see any reason to do so. Robert99
  4. Are you saying poor Margie is being held prisoner by her attorney and prevented from having any contact with RobertMBlevins against her will ? In post #47893, Blevins stated that he last saw Margie in October 2010 (which is about two months after he joined the thread) and that was, presumably, also his last interview with her. Blevins states that Margie knew that she would not be hearing from him again at that point. Nevertheless, Blevins now knows that Margie has changed her mailing address, reportedly moved to a condo, sold her property and told the bank officer not to give out her address. Are Blevins statements consistent and believable? Robert99
  5. Blevins, I don't know why you are so fixated on Margie but it was probably her who told the bank not to give out her address. However, just yesterday you stated that she had moved to a condo which means that you already know where she lives, assuming your statement is correct. So you have obviously been doing some snooping on your own. How long have you been a Private Investigator in Washington State? Are PIs regulated by the state? I'll bet that banks in Washington State are heavily regulated by the State and the Federal Government. If you know of any improper actions in the bank's handling of the land transaction why don't you send the Washington State Banking Board a sworn statement to that effect. Just remember that if your sworn statement doesn't check out, you'll probably get to meet some people with badges and a serious lack of humor about your claims. Robert99
  6. The Great Blevins, a self styled "Leading Cooper Researcher", has now taken on the duties of Judge, Jury, and Executioner. Blevins must be a very busy fellow. Robert99 Do you see anything of interest in the WHS document, or is it too early to tell ? For me at least, it is a bit to early to tell. I have been through it but want to compare it in detail with the other transcripts. But from what I have seen so far, I think it is going to make an excellent contribution to the Cooper database. Hopefully, I will be able to devote more time to this starting Wednesday. Robert99
  7. A lot of assumptions there. Ewalt got that letter of reprimand for selling a client's car to (her) own son. The client was incapacitated at the time, and Ewalt knew doing that was a violation. Margie isn't in a nursing home, either. She bought a condo. And on our last interview, she knew I wouldn't be contacting her further. Ranch sold in May 2012 or so. Last time I ever saw her was in October 2010. Nope. She wasn't trying to dodge me, but something else. Blevins, Ewalt had the client's car appraised and it was valued at $800. She then advertised the car for sale at that price but didn't have any takers. She then sold the car to her son for the appraised value. In the disclosure forms she included the fact that the car had been sold at the appraised value but did not mention that the buyer was her son. If she had mentioned that the buyer was her son, she probably would not have had any problems beyond perhaps a couple of questions. But not mentioning that the buyer was her son, gave at least a basis for claiming that there was an appearance of impropriety. And Ewalt got the reprimand for the "appearance" of impropriety and not for a criminal act. Obviously, Washington State is very protective of the people who have guardians. Some other states seem not to give a hoot to hell what the guardians do. On the matter of Margie Geestman, her mailing address and a phone number through which she can be contacted are given in the first sentence of the "Option to Purchase Lands" document that you posted. So what is so secret here? I'm not aware of anything in the U.S. Constitution that says RobertMBlevins is entitled to have access to personal information that is none of his business in the first place. Robert99

  9. Blevins, I'll bet that whatever profits Ewalt and the bank officer made were legal. Both of these people were subject to reviews of one kind or another as part of their normal activities. Now why would Margie be interested in keeping her location a secret? Probably to keep people like RobertMBlevins from kicking down the door to her nursing home room. Robert99
  10. For some reason way back when we explored the stewardess training. All kinds of things - nothing developed so it was just posts in passing. They had great benefits and I am sure the other airlines did also. Delta was the one everyone wanted to get on with. Delta did have a retirement plan! Remember guys I dated a Delta pilot off and on for 3 yrs. Yea, 727 pilots made more money, but the benefits were offered to every one - probably NO different for NorthWest. Even Duane during the few yrs of legitimate work - built up a lot of protected retirement in a short period of time....That was what he had to fight to protect and the ex ended up taking what he had accumulated in 2 yrs of steady imployment with the same Co - she got 9 K and Duane had accumulated that from 1977 to 1983. After that he continued to build his nest egg until 1990...It was in the form of renewals and it was pretty healthy. I would have to go back and look at the old tax reports - but, it is all still there....he got a renewal check for a quiet some time after he had to stop working - and it supplemented his SS check. Duane made some pretty damn good money after he met me - Guess I was good for something! They kept me on as as a DSM when he went on Disability... I was just the ghost - he was actually the one managing the guys that last 12 months we (I) stayed with the company. Jo, For your information, in the 1960s and early 1970s, being an airline stewardess was a rather short career involving good looking women in their early 20s. Most of these beautiful women got married to someone they met on the job, such as a pilot or passenger, within two or three years. It was unusual to see a stewardess who looked older than 25. So I don't think the stews were looking for careers with the airlines. They were upwardly mobile shall we say. Robert99
  11. I hope to have something by mid-week or maybe late week. At the moment, I am having to devote a lot of time to other matters. Robert99
  12. Blevins, The answer to your question above is "yes" despite your remarks later in the post. Just exactly how do you think that KC can be proven NOT to be Cooper? You can't prove a negative in this UNLESS you find the actual Cooper. What are you doing to find the real D.B. Cooper? Nothing. You can't prove that KC is Cooper or that he is not by your own admission. You have been attempting to prove that KC was a possible Cooper candidate for several years using information which is now proving to be entirely questionable. The KC matter got started with a lot of "white noise", witnesses with agendas and questionable claims, hyperactive imaginations, and just plain baloney. That is not "research". The KC book's premise is fiction with a valid document or two thrown in to try to bolster your claims. Robert99
  13. Let me add my 2 cents to the real estate discussion based on my personal experience. In the mid-1970s, I bought a 3 bedroom house that had been built in the early 1970s and which had a 3 or 4 percent assumable loan. A couple of years later, I sold that house and its value had increased by about 20 percent. So I made a real nice profit, with the people who bought it from me being highly attracted by that low interest rate loan. I also had the good fortune, when selling, of living in the Phoenix, Arizona area where residential real estate was in such high demand that houses could, and frequently did to my knowledge, sell the same day they were put on the market. In the late 1970s, under the Carter Administration I think it was, inflation got out of control and banks were losing their shirts on the low interest rate loans. So they stopped offering assumable loans and the assumable provisions in previous low rate loans were cancelled. In the Los Angeles area, real estate appreciation was so high that people could no longer afford the taxes on the homes that they had bought 20 or 30 years ago for very low, but competitive for that time, prices. I know of a condo project in Ohio that was selling new 2 or 3 bedroom condos for about $25,000 in 1970. This was a typical price for a moderately upscale project in that urban area. So KC could have made his entire "fortune", whatever it was, with just a few buy and hold real estate properties if he bought in the 60s and early 70s and didn't sell until the late 1980s. I don't see any problems with KC's finances. Robert99
  14. Jo, IF you are serious about moving to Russia just follow the instructions below. 1. Contact the Russian Embassy in Washington, DC (the phone number is probably online), explain your reasons for wishing to move to Russia, and ask them to issue you a visa for that move. 2. Also, ask the Russians to pay for your one-way moving expenses. If they refuse, contact WikiLeaks and ask them to pay for your moving expenses in return for your giving them all the dirt you think you have on the FBI. 3. If WikiLeaks also refuses to pay for your moving expenses, come back to this thread and explain that you have a visa from the Russians and just need some money to get there. I am sure that there are a number of patriotic people on this thread who will gladly help finance your one-way move to Russia. Time is of the essence, so hurry and get this move over with prior to the next government shutdown in early 2014. Bon voyage. Robert99
  15. Blevins, Is this a typo? Especially after all your claims about KC's alleged abundance of cash and real estate dealings immediately after the hijacking. Is your real estate expert actually going to check the county records and report back to you? Robert99
  16. Shutter, Check you PMs in about two minutes. sent a reply. I have tried 7 or 8 times. see photo. I can download any other PDF except this one I don't know what the problem is but here is what shows up when I click the embedded link: "collections.washingtonhistory.org" "20_659_2013.5.23.1.pdf" And the 23 page document shows up ever time. Robert99
  17. Shutter, Check you PMs in about two minutes.
  18. WSHS CURATORS, You cannot overestimate the value of the information that you have linked to in your post. Just glancing at it as it was printing out, I see information that is extremely valuable and which I have not been able to find elsewhere. Please post the links to any additional information such as this that you may obtain. Again, you cannot overestimate its value to a researcher. Also, if you ever come in contact with anyone, such as an FAA Air Traffic Controller who has a complete copy of the Seattle ATC transcripts, including the phone crosstalk between the sector controllers who worked the hijacked flight, please ask them to permit you to post it online. The FBI has released a highly redacted copy of that transcript which essentially removes all information that would assist researchers. Thanks again. Robert Nicholson
  19. Blevins, You are going full blast in the CYA mode and walking back all of your claims about KC being Cooper as fast as you can with the above. In reality, it has been other posters on this thread trying to get you to post some actual EVIDENCE to bolster your claims. And for my own personal enlightenment, what is the difference between Earhart researchers and Cooper posters on this thread? Let me point out that I asked for your actual explanation on your Earhart statement before responding to it. Robert99
  20. Jo, It is even funnier that you would mention such a thing. What is that suppose to mean? People who know how to type with both hands (does that include you?) type 15 letters of the alphabet with their left hand and 11 letters with their right hand. Check your computer keyboard for the actual letters. Again, what is your statement suppose to mean? Robert99
  21. Blevins, Maybe Judgment Day is rapidly approaching for your KC theory. Have you selected your hideaway in the mountains yet? Robert99
  22. Georger, I think the fellow in Southern California has the right idea but it's probably not one of the organizations you mentioned. Maybe it is the Smokers of the World, and I don't mean tobacco smokers, or the Organization of Little Green Men from Mars that sent Blevins. But if Blevins and NPR go the Decoded route, they will be claiming that it has now been proven that KC was Cooper based on the newly discovered fact, according to a "Leading Cooper Researcher", that all the land deeds associated with KC were faked by unbelievers, such as Smokin99, Shutter, and Jo Weber. And that all "True Believers" that KC was Cooper still swear on a stack of Bibles that only Blevins book (the 18th edition?) contains the "truth". Robert99
  23. Shutter, That is beautiful work.
  24. Jo, I know EXACTLY what you are saying above. And I am several years older than you. Plus I have another birthday coming up on November 24th (the anniversary of the hijacking). Things ARE as bad as they seem. Nevertheless, just hang in there. Best wishes. Robert99 Stressing out about it only makes it worse. Proven in countless clinical studies. Just think. Your mind still works! Lao Tse had it right! 'The body goes where the mind takes it' Relax and set smaller goals. Stop smoking or cut way back; that will help greatly by reducing vascular constriction. You will sleep better and repair better ... Best of luck. (Now if I can follow my own advice!) Georger, You are right again. It's all between the ears.
  25. Jo, I know EXACTLY what you are saying above. And I am several years older than you. Plus I have another birthday coming up on November 24th (the anniversary of the hijacking). Things ARE as bad as they seem. Nevertheless, just hang in there. Best wishes. Robert99
