I was hoping for nothing - only reinterating the stories that have been recited for yrs by others. Read the books - it is all in the multiple books and article after the death of JFK not something I fabricated. Things Duane talked about. I do not know what the tickets looked like and don't care. What I stated was that the copy I had was NOT gold or mulitcolored! PERIOD. It was a carbon copy - I do not remember the color or the printed colors - I just remember what it said - that was my focus. I read the date out loud that night and said "This is an OLD ticket" and he replied "it use to mean something, but not any more". I would see the ticket one more time - in his sock & underwear drawer and then it disappeared. The statement I made that night was "Oh, you found that old ticket". Remember he must have retrived it from the box! If I stated a color or colors it would have been in my original communications with Himmelsbach. It is not a memory I have retained. It was a carbon, but I think some of the printing on it was red, but am uncertain of that memory after all of these yrs. It was a PDX ticket to Seattle from Portland dated Nov. 1971. Jo, I must say that one thing you excel at is finding wiggle room in places that don't have wiggle room. Congratulations again! Robert99

I will do this one time and one time only ok.Mitochondrial DNA can exclude someone, but not prove them guilty. But the DNA under the stamps can prove that it was Kenneth once and for all. Larry Carr we could always say that the fingerprint were from Kenneth because he worked on the plane and they were from an employe from a day earlier THE FAKE PHONEY GRAY CUPCAKE GC148 THE GRAY COPS GC 18406 PAUL AND KENNETH leaving soon flying naturally ha ha ha DB COOPERS SO KISS ME AND SMILE FOR ME TELL ME THAT YOU'LL WAIT FOR ME CAUSE I'M LEAVING ON A JET PLANE DON'T KNOW WHEN ILL BE BACK AGAIN

Jo, Stop imagining things. Duane DID NOT have anything to do with the JFK, MLK, or RFK deaths. You are hoping for a connection with something spectacular just to show that Duane was a BIG TIME crook when, in fact, he was a small time hood who couldn't steal five dollars from a woman's purse without getting caught and sent to jail. Also, did it occur to you that airline tickets were multi-colored in 1971? Robert99

*** And frankly, because many of them [Blevins' friends] trust me a great deal, they also believe me on the basic investigative facts on KC. Blevins, What "basic investigative facts" have you developed on your own? I don't remember seeing any "facts" but I do remember seeing a lot of "speculations" on your part. Don't try to blame the unraveling of your KC theory on Gray. You could have easily checked the real estate transactions on your own and probably online and in less than an hour. And that was crucial to your idea that KC suddenly came into a lot of money in late 1971. But you and CBS News now have something in common. Both of you have egg on your face for not checking, or double-checking, your information sources. And your "friends", who accept your theories without question, are birds of a feather. Robert99

Blevins, And anyone who follows all impossible (and contrived) leads in a search to prove that the subject of his book is Cooper has another agenda beyond truth. How is your real estate research coming along on the KC matter? Robert99

Doesn't E. Vicki's dad have that chin characteristic? 377 Yep...I think Jo called it a "goiter". One of the reasons most ruled him out. Also remember that someone was quoted in the "George Harrison" papers at WSHS as saying that Cooper was 50-60 years old. This estimate was given while the airliner was still in the Seattle area.

Reply: No, I'm not trying to be an ass. I'm showing you that anyone who is sincere deserves a chance to present anything they wish on a suspect, or about the Cooper case in general. The only exception would be people who deliberately LIE in order to forward their own selfish ends by using the Cooper case to so. In my humble opinion, that group is headed by Marla Cooper and the fan club President is Bob Knoss. There has to be a standard, and that is mine. I will always call it like I see it, whether people agree with me or not. Blevins, Are you accusing Vicki or Shutter of lying? What seems to have set you off this evening was a simple request from Vicki. Robert99

Blevins, Are you just trying to prove that you are an ass? Didn't you do that some time back? Robert99

Blevins, I started riding the airlines in/out of Dulles about the day it opened in the early 1960s. As a passenger, I have never had a problem at Dulles. What kind of weather are you talking about? Was the snow five feet deep? Did a hurricane hit the area? What happened? Robert99

Blevins, Who are you a proxy for? Obviously you don't want to be remembered for your contributions to the Cooper library of misinformation since you don't want KC mentioned in your presence anymore. Nevertheless, you continue to pursue certain "matters" along that line. As for your forthcoming book, "Cooperland", or whatever you end up calling it, will it be the Great American Novel of the 21st century or just another scam like the KC book? And since you make about 25 percent of the posts on this thread, I assume, probably incorrectly, that you will admit to your own contributions to the nonsense you are writing about. If my memory is correct, you have previously stated that the book would be autobiographical. Finally, are you throwing a party for your real estate detective and the loan officer on the 24th to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of the best things that ever happened to you. Namely the Cooper hijacking and this thread on DZ. Robert99

Blevins, You have previously stated that the bank officer told you he could not give you Margie's phone number. Either you pumped him for that information or he had the bad habit of volunteering confidential information about his clients. Also, you have stated that you knew that Margie had moved to a condo. Which is something you got through your own efforts or from the bank officer. And you state just above that you didn't ask "where she [Margie] was or anything". Further, you state just above that "Margie already provided everything that I was going to get from her". This statement was apparently also true in 2010 when you stated that Margie knew you would not be contacting her again. But there you were talking to the bank officer about Margie's address and phone number. And, of course, the bank officer now has a complimentary copy of your book in which Margie is probably quoted [I haven't read your book] as making remarks similar to those in you original post above. For the record, did Margie EVER initiate contact with you about a meeting? Robert99

Actually not Jo. While you and others found Bruce's approach objectionable, it falls far short of criminal stalking. I cant see any DA filing criminal charges based on what Bruce did. Although Tina was obviously offended and annoyed, her personal safety was not being threatened. She asked Bruce to leave and he left. Take a look:***ORS § 163.732. Stalking. (1995) (1) A person commits the crime of stalking if: (a) The person knowingly alarms or coerces another person or a member of that person's immediate family or household by engaging in repeated and unwanted contact with the other person; (b) It is objectively reasonable for a person in the victim's situation to have been alarmed or coerced by the contact; and (c) The repeated and unwanted contact causes the victim reasonable apprehension regarding the personal safety of the victim or a member of the victim's immediate family or household. (2) (a) Stalking is a Class A misdemeanor. 377 Does paragraph 1.c. above apply to Blevins? Margie has apparently gotten to the point of concealing her physical address and can only be contacted by telephone through other people. In addition, Blevins states in 2010 that Margie had no expectation of being contacted by him again, whatever that means. Nevertheless, his subsequent actions to contact her are covered in numerous recent posts by him. Of course, Blevins claims that he wasn't trying to actually contact Margie when he called the bank loan officer. He was just inquiring about her personal business, which is none of Blevins business. Robert99

Blevins, Just exactly what is it in your background that you feel qualifies you to give lectures to Bruce Smith on ANYTHING? Are you still stalking Margie? Robert99

Just when you thought the SR-71 was the final word on air-breathing high-speed aircraft, Lockheed and others have announced that the newly proposed SR-72 will fly twice as fast as the SR-71 (this also means that it will be flying a lot higher because of the aerodynamic heating situation) and without bankrupting the country. Apparently, those donut-on-a-rope contrails that have been spotted from time to time, mainly in the USA west and southwest, since the early 1980s have produced enough data to move hybrid engines (Pulse-Detonation-Engines?) into the operational arena. Aviation Week covers the story in its current issue (maybe I'll get mine tomorrow) and has published some believable pictures of the unique contrails in its reader's letters columns on a couple of occasions. Of course, there were plenty of wild-eyed speculations long before those photographs were obtained from readers. Robert99

Jo, The use of the word "Geronimo" came into general use by paratroopers when they went out the door of the jump aircraft. Supposedly, it started when one particular paratrooper, after seeing a movie about the real "Geronimo" Indian warrior, spontaneously yelled the name and other paratroopers started doing the same. I seriously doubt if the CIA would be yelling the name to indicate that a mission had been accomplished. And simply yelling the name doesn't make Duane or anyone else a paratrooper. Training does that and Duane didn't have any. Robert99

Blevins, Are you going to try waterboarding on the witnesses? There are conflicting claims if that will cause them to provide the information you need. Otherwise, your posts in the last few weeks are just CYA attempts. And your sudden devotion to the "truth" is remarkable. Robert99

Skydiving experience can cut both ways in screenwriting. If the screenwriter for Point Break had been a skydiver we wouldn't have had those awesome three minute freefalls with jumpers talking to each other in a serene environment on the way down. Instead we'd have seen a short sequence with nothing but a deafening wind roar and flapping faces. The popular TV series Ripcord would have been stillborn had they been required to be authentic or even obey Newtonian physics. I nit pick every Hollywood excess in cinema skydiving but actually enjoy the enhancements. The reality of slow climbs packed like sardines with everyone venting smelly methane as the air pressure drops isn't very romantic. It's followed by an incredibly loud freefall that only lasts a minute or so with all communication done by hand signals. The real experience isn't quite as appealing as the Hollywood version. I'd be OK with Blevins or Bruce writing a screenplay about the Superior collision. They know where to get jumper edits if they want them. Geoff Gray made a few aviation goofs in his Skyjack book. Few readers noticed or cared. 377 If I have the right movie, those jumps by Patrick Swayze in Point Break were 100 percent authentic. He did at least some of them himself as clearly illustrated by the shots from inside the jump plane. Swayze was also a multi-engine aircraft pilot, with a black mark or two on his record. Robert99

Blevins, It might be a better idea for someone who has actually had a parachute on at one time or another to write the script. Robert99

Do you live in the Twilight Zone or something? I just told you where the contact info was, and posted up the doc myself. I've had it for months. There's an echo in here. ASKED AND ANSWERED. I already said why I called the bank officer. Fine. Guess you need to have it repeated to you. Notice underlined section. ***'Well, first...I never tried to get her address or phone. Let's be realistic. If I wanted that, I could get it for ten bucks at US Search, or spending 40, her entire history. And I haven't done that. I called the bank officer after I heard about the ranch sale and he volunteered the information that he had been instructed not to reveal her present location. So I didn't ask. When he asked me why I was inquiring, I just said I had interviewed her several times on the DB Cooper case and was just wondering if she was okay. I guess I wondered why she decided to sell the ranch she so obviously loved. Wondered if she had a stroke, got hurt, ended up in a nursing facility, whatever. He got curious, so I explained more to him. Then he asked to see the book and the KC report, so I sent them out to him in PDF. I did warn him that because of the report, it was possible that the Seattle FBI might ask him Margie's location in order to question her. But that's it. I did seven interviews with her over a period of about ten months. Figured that was enough...' Blevins, With your non-answers and teases about all the information that you are going to release at some unknown date to explain everything, you have mastered Jo Weber's lessons well. Both you and Jo seem to think that the others on this thread will accept at face value any dumb explanation or statement that you make. Robert99

One day, you had some free time so you picked up your phone and dialed a phone number you had never heard of before. By sheer chance, you ended up talking to a bank real estate loan officer that you had never heard of before either. While discussing the weather with him, he mentioned that he could not give you Margie's address or phone number. Since you hadn't mentioned Margie to him, you were surprised by his statement. Then you were even more surprised when he asked you to send him a copy of your book and everything you allegedly had sent to the FBI. You were stunned that your fame had spread so far and wide, so you immediately agreed to his request. And it was the bank loan officer who first mentioned Margie's name, asked about your book, and did all of this without any prompting from you. Blevins, Are you really loose on the streets of Auburn? Robert99 I'm not only loose, but they even allow me to participate in the community occasionally.

And people say you have had little to contribute lately in a constructive or positive way... What the heck do THEY know? Don't listen to them. Blevins, Exactly what have YOU contributed to the search for DB Cooper since you joined the thread in August 2010? Don't be shy about listing your accomplishments? After all of your baloney about KC, you now have a motto that goes something like "Thank you for not mentioning KC ...", your claims about KC real estate dealings have been proven to be completely without merit, and I can't remember a single thing off hand that you have posted that survived scrutiny. And don't forget Margie. You claim you are not interested in her but then contact a bank loan officer, who had worked on a real estate transaction involving her, trying to get her phone number and adddress. Robert99

You are absolutely correct! All available weather data supports a relatively mild and humid evening with some light rain showers. NOTHING supports the raging storm theory. Just another typical evening in the Portland area. Hominid has posted extensively on this thread about the weather. His analysis is the "Gold Standard" for the weather in Portland, and throughout the Pacific Northwest, for that evening. Let me add that Hominid had access to the US Weather Service maps and information and all FAA weather information including hourly sequence reports, cloud and overcast information, winds aloft forecasts, forecasts for various locations, etc.. To repeat, Hominid had access to ALL available weather information in making his analysis and that information was extensive. Robert99

Blevins, Contrary to your statement, the hijacker spent most of the time the airplane was on the ground in Seattle standing in the lavatory door area. The stews had the opportunity to observe him for more than four hours total. The stews also had a reason for remembering him and the passengers didn't, since they weren't aware of the hijacking.
