  1. I like the first reason for delay! You can count on PD putting out quality product.
  2. Now you have my attention!! I'd pay to see that movie!
  3. Damn!!!! wish I had thought of saying that the one time the Caravan lost it's engine! All I could think of is getting out of that plane as fast as I could!!
  4. I bought the Factory Diver because the visor doesn't open up. I use it for 4 way VFS. I can't afford to have the the visor open up when I don't want it to.
  5. FYI the visor does not open up on the Factory Diver.
  6. Entry level 4 way VFS requires a lot of jumps. I would put it at about 1000 jumps to just be able to take docks. More to be any good at it. Tunnel time to really clean up your flying and to be really consistent. (edited to be more specific)
  7. UPT offers a similar bag that uses two rubber bands. I have seen the UPT version in use. It's not a new idea.
  8. I don't really see the point in trying to say one discipline is more difficult then another. At the world class level there really isn't any difference in difficulty. No matter what the discipline is, it takes a lot of time, dedication and skill to be among the top competitors. Just wanted to add.. Having competed in last 3 US Nationals and currently on a team training for 2010 Nationals in Chicago. I am really impressed by the teams that manage to stay together for more then one year. Getting a team together is not nearly has hard as keeping the team together!!
  9. I did read your post and other then my reserve the only F111 canopy I really spent a lot of time under was the one I specified. BTW I don't think PD is making anymore all F111 canopies other then the Reserve. No one really want's an F111 canopy anymore. They don't last very long.
  10. Is anyone even making a non reserve sport canopy out F111 anymore?? Not counting BASE canopies?? My first canopy was PD 9cell, 150 sqft. I liked it a lot at the time.
  11. I doubt we will agree on what I am saying. It is just that we are responsible for the consequences of our action, either good or bad . God has provided a way for the consequences created by our evil deeds,to be absorbed by someone else, namely Christ. Left unchallenged the energy of evil grows by feeding on itself and is very destructive, both in this life and the one to come. Wow! I have never heard that one before! That's a real stretch of the imagination!!!!!
  12. I think you're mistaken. That person motivated themselves by belief in a mythology. It's all imagined. You obviously have a very loose definition of what is believable evidence.
  13. The story sucks, but at least it's better then Cutaway. The skydiving footage made it worth buying and watching. The Skydivers documentary was easily worth the cost of the dvd. All in all I would recomend it.
  14. What if consciousness continues for eternity? What if unicorns exist?
  15. From what comes next, after death. If spiritual energy is a reality, it may be eternal like physical matter and energy. Our actions in this life may receive their accumulated wrath or blessing. Seeing how there is not one shred of evidence to support this, it seems pretty silly to think this is remotely true.
  16. Well obviously blacks are more criminal. Your thread has made that pretty clear!
  17. In my quick search I didn't find statistics for overall crime, so I posted what I did find.
  18. except that, in reality, whites are just as criminal as blacks (men or women). Not according to this. http://bjs.ojp.usdoj.gov/content/homicide/race.cfm
  19. I don't think he has jumped his 50 sqft JVX or 55 sqft VX in a long time.
  20. Some of the instructors at Skyventure Colorado use Vertical Suits and they were saying they last longer then any other suit out there. I know the ones I have seen are very well built. I have one on order, should have it within a week.
  21. Ouragan and Liquid Sky suits could easily cost more then $600 with custom designs.
