Well considering there are only two books in the series and they have long ago exhausted that story line( and diverged from it in the process) they have been winging it so they are free to take it where ever they want. Personally, I would like to see it go a bit more as long as it stays edgy. Agreed and I love the show. I was worried about this season but I am really enjoying it. Well close anyway I figured these to be about $300.00 and a "good" camera $500.00 but I am not a video guy and do not know so let's just get that out of the way. Also, on the note of low jump numbers..... I don't have a lot but I am not a sub 100 jumper either. I want to get in to video but am looking at this option to start off. I would say at about 300 jumps for me. I do want to know what those whom are experienced think about that? I know USPA suggests 200 but I tend to be a bit more cautious. I really was thinking about this for video with others and working on freefly 2 ways. I also wonder with how this camera is (more exposed) does it have more of a snag hazzard than a traditional camera in a cookie case that has rounded edges? By the way my local instructors/experienced think I am just fine skill level wise to work in to video so yes I have talked to them. I still wonder how a grown-up adult can be confused between lack of faith and faith, but anyway. A lot of Christians believe in completely contradicting stuff anyway. I don't care about your free speech in your home or in your church. However your Christian "free speech" indeed would not be welcome in my home, which is indicated by a large "Jesus-free home" sign on my front door. Like I said I would never bring it up in your home unless you asked me a question and wanted to talk about it. I don't bring it up at the DZ unless I am asked about it. (TK I know you respect that) I would rather someone know my faith by how I act. Am I perfect? Hell no but I want to give myself, my family, and my God a good name. You cannot estimate your own sanity :) Like one shrink patient said, its everyone else around him who are blind and insane - don't they see he is Napoleon Bonapart ready to bring a New World Order? Same with inmates, who mostly believe they're innocent. Same as alien abduction "victims" who are pretty much sure that they're the only sane people there, and if you cannot believe their true stories about how aliens kidnapped them and forced to have sex with other aliens, this is because you are blind and not yet ready to accept the truth. And you're not really different from them - pretty much the same "truth", which only becomes true for those who "accept" it - pretty ill statement from any logical point of view. Well, this would be outright lie. Even between Christians there are strong disagreements regarding what some verses in the Bible really mean, and therefore what is allowed, what should be done and what should not. A "guide" which everyone can interpret in a different way is not really a guide at all, so nobody sees the bible as a guide. They see their interpretation of the bible as a guide. I don't care about your or other Christians emotional fire if it's done in a proper place, like this forum or your church. However I'm not going to your house to tell you the God does not exist, and I'm not asking the politicians to make prayers illegal everywhere and for everyone. And this is where Christians' "emotional fire" backfires. There are still remedies, of course - the courts often struck down those stupid small-town laws, and having a large "Jesus-free home" sign on my front door seems to work well to distract everyone who feels the emotional need to tell me more about their lord and savior. But it takes extra time and effort, just because Christians cannot contain themselves. You are more crazy about your "faith" and yes I did just call it that, then most Christians I know. I'm sorry you do not like free speech. Let me be clear about one thing. I am not forcing God to anyone here... I do not do that. If you ask I will tell you but I don't get fired up about it anymore. I've grown out of that phase of life. I don't care that you don't believe just as much as you don't care what I believe. Some of what you say is just really ironic. No freaking way! Florida is going to roll UC. First of all I think they are going to be pissed off and second UC literally has NO defense. Pitt was there only real game this whole season and if ol' Dave W. would not have abandoned the run Pitt would have beat UC by two touches but he got scared. I feel horrible fr Pitts holder that kid may drink himself to death now.... we should reach out to him and introduce him to skydiving where that is cool and we jump out of planes I don't see Texas being able to hang.... This wasn't my statement either - I just agreed with the statement made by riddler. But indeed, any sane person reading the Bible would pretty much understand that it simply cannot be considered guidance in any reasonable way. Well I do disagree with that and I am quite sane. Also, these kind of statements are exactly what I am talking about. I am not telling you that you are insane because you don't believe. I think Texas beats Nebraska. Neb. could win but just like Billy said their O is hit/miss. If they are on it will be a great game! I still lean towards Texas. As for the SEC.... I'm going out on a limb and calling this a win for Bama. For some reason I feel like they want it more. This should be an epic game but that's my gut on it. Bama/Texas That's my biggest worry about this game..... After the FSU game the Gators were celebrating like the season was in the bag and put away. I got the same feeling which is crazy because this game is the toughest of the season for both including the BCS game (whichever one goes). The problem is there are too many Christians who are trying to ram their faith down others throats - and they do it through local governments, by posting Christian scenes on public property, by doing "prayer meetings" in city halls involving government officials, and so on. My church does a lot of amazing things for communites in the US and in other countries. If someone comes to my church then I feel it is my roll to serve them in any way that I can. Service is a very big part of Christianity in my opinion. Do you have to go to church to be a "good" Christian? Well I don't believe there is such a thing but if there were no it is not something that is required. It's not about the religion it is about the relationship. Again, I do think service is a big part of the Christian faith though and a church is a big way one is able to serve and have community with other believers. Ok... they probably do not have the gas to hang with Bama or Florida but this broad statement of the "SEC". Come on..... the whole conference is not that strong. I would give it a three deep rating. Bama and Florida are no joke though! I'll agree with you on that, but at the very least, two of our 7-5 teams who combined for more conference losses this year (Georgia and South Carolina), both whipped the two ACC Championship Game participants (Georgia Tech and Clemson). The ACC won't live that one down for a while. I do consider the Big 12 and PAC 10 to be about on par with the SEC team-wise, but of course, the SEC does get the lion's share of the top recruits in the nation due to their geographic location. I agree with you on the PAC 10. I expected USC to go further than they did this year. In other news, TCU and BSU have teams that should be playing against tougher conferences. These are two teams with a good program that should be able to get more recruiting power after this year's season. Yeah, I was thinking that TCU should join the Big 12, and the Big 12 should ship Iowa State off to the Big 10, who should also force Notre Dame to join to make the Big North 12, and Boise State should join the PAC 10 along with say, BYU or Utah, or Fresno State and call it the PAC 12. Then all the BCS conferences will have conference championship games, just to be fair to all. I like that idea. Don't ever count out conferences though. The SEC has been really strong and the Big 10 down but in a few years the Big 10 could and probably will come back strong. It's all cyclical. A team like O. State.... I mean 95% of there players come from their own state. That's impressive but sometimes hurts them because outside recruits do look south. I would! I'm excited about the SEC Championship game and also excited about Oregon/O. State if the Ducks win as they should against state. The Buckeyes are hit or miss on O but there D is nasty. I actually think that and the SEC Championship are the best remaining games. If UC beats Pitt..... may the Lord go with them against Fl. or Bama because it is going to be a proper Southern ass kickin'! So if they do, why would you need church then? Just go home and read the bible. First that is a redirection of your statement. You said it and its wrong. Second, there are those in the faith that commit their lives to study and people look to for insight. That being said, church to me is not a place I go to learn it is a place I go to serve. Also to live in community with others. I enjoy it just like I enjoy the community of skydivers on rainy day but we still hang out at the DZ.
