  1. Actually, the Seattle FBI is trying to extricate themselves from the LD Cooper mess. Welcome to the Reality Hotel. . Actually actuallly actually, name your source!
  2. To put it bluntly, people like 377, Orange1, EVickiW, the exiled Snowmman and a few other halfway lucid individuals, some of whom have PM'd me, should pull chocks and secede from this disjointed union. Dead Center! Nail on head! Blevins will be there.
  3. (NOTE: If this was his plan, it worked. The FBI changed their position on the hijacking after the money was found. They started saying they think he died.) . After months you are still peddling this falsehood, unchanged. It happens to be 100% false, as it was the first time you played it. Shows once again you know so little about the facts of this case, and that's a fact. I guess if you play it over and over long enough somebody will believe it and quote you, and call you for more expert bloviation ? Sells more Blevins!
  4. From what I understood, DNA could not be from a family member, but only from the suspect themselves. Vicki I want to ask you about this above. Normally you would prefer to have dna directly from the subject, but if not available you resort to a close relative, as in the example below. Did anyone offer an explanation for your statement above? ? For example, the receent news article about M Cooper states the following: "A DNA test has failed to connect a deceased central Oregon man to the unsolved 1971 hijacking of a Northwest Orient jet. The DNA that they were able to extract from my uncle L.D. (Cooper)'s daughter, who was born after the fact, did not match the partial sample of DNA that they have in their files," Cooper says. But neither Ms. Cooper nor the FBI considers this outcome definitive one way or the other...." 5. QuoteRobert M, I will reluctantly reply to you because you are one of the few on here that have the slightest bit of common sense. Check out Chuck Hornsby who helped develop the piggy back reserve. MAYBE HIS FRIEND group. He was x sf. ex marine. He was a Golden Knight in the 60's also. The x military "Friend" group was different then. The breed of men was different then. And they were tight. He was my father. I asked him about D.B. Cooper in 1992 when I got out of the ARMY. He without hesitation told me it was Christiansen. This was 1992. I never questioned it after that and my father at that point did not care. I do a little bit because I have been Quote been what? Can you hear me now?
  6. Trying to lighten this up I say I think Tina will ONLY respond to "His Hunkyness" after a serenade from Letterman and a dozen roses? What's your prescription? (she would respond to you!) Im not making light of this but ... leave Tina alone! I will even pull this post if it offends anyone!
  7. I will now extend my offer to any future suspect. I might even give you odds. I'm so confident that this case is totally screwed that I'll bet against any suspect you can come up with and I'll bet against them blind. . Only you will understand this: You bring up decidability. So it is your task to show this case is "formally undecidable". I said formally. This shou;ld be good for a dozen more videos - yes?
  8. Hmm that is interesting. Any theories as to what is missing? I would think the pilots would want to go check for an activated bomb as soon as they thought he was gone. Good post G Jones , commen sense would scream to go look for that bomb the second they felt that bump , i'm almost sure the crew say nobody left the c'pit until touchdown. It's difficult to know for sure with so much rubbish being written online. One more time: they searched the back just after landing at Reno, searched against advice/orders, before anyone had boarded the plane (this is in the Transcript). From the transcript alone there are clues to them looking earlier, twice. You must believe Rataczak when he says: "We were in full control". The unspoken part is: "as much as we could be" but it reflects the consensus attitude of the crew. Another clue to the attitude of the crew is Tina turning and looking back at Cooper after he had told her to go forward 'and not look back'. She paused and did look back, at the curtain. The crew was determined and alert, and smart. There will be more on this later.
  9. Hmm that is interesting. Any theories as to what is missing? I would think the pilots would want to go check for an activated bomb as soon as they thought he was gone. Wouldnt you ?
  10. Robert99, I have read your excellent analysis of the route and timeline on Sluggo's site. Regarding your last statement of no mention by the flight crew of the supposed jump...is this due to the fact that the only way we now know that the jump was made was because a member of the flight crew was on the sled drop tests, and was able to recognize the pressure bump as being what he felt at the approximate jump time? In effect, they didn't, in real time, recognize that the "pressure bump" actually meant anything other than possible something going on with the aft stairs. In addition to what Robt99 says below, I am confident the pressure fluctuations (and more) were communicated and discussed, in real time. They had NWA "on the phone" as well as other engineers on standby. We know several NWA engineers were listening to these communications and made a note of time and approx location, which became part of the basis for the first search map NWA produced. Robt99 gives an excellent description of the situation based on: actual living research. During one of Rataczak's interviews he stress: 'we were in full control' and full means _ communicating. Dont forget, Nyrop had ordered everyone to cooperate and everyone was, and Cooper was satisfied and got to his destination. Passenger delivered!
  11. I looked through the transcripts at Sluggo's site but never noticed anything redacted. Did I miss something? This just in: No DNA Match To Purported D.B. Cooper Hijacking Suspect http://news.opb.org/article/niece_no_dna_match_to_purported_d.b._cooper_hijacking_suspect/ Thanks for posting this - quote below: "The DNA that they were able to extract from my uncle L.D. (Cooper)'s daughter, who was born after the fact, did not match the partial sample of DNA that they have in their files," Cooper says. But neither Ms. Cooper nor the FBI considers this outcome definitive one way or the other. In Seattle, FBI agent Fred Gutt explains the DNA on file comes from a necktie the hijacker left behind. Gutt says "it's not a very good sample" and might not even belong to the hijacker necessarily. " G Jones
  12. Oh and Thank you for the other thing also. How does your "work" in supposed support of Tina \ Mucklow - help your case for Duane Weber? Or Senior Blevins either? How do the two intersect? They dont intersect at all. What does Tina Mucklow have to do with you? And what have you to do with Tina Mucklow? If there is one topic that should be off the board here it is Tina Mucklow's personal life. Tina Mucklow's personal life isnt going to help anyone's suspect promotion !!!!! Especially after the FBI has already ruled OUT that suspect. None of you schmucks are Tina's personal friend or HAVE any claim to anyone, or know squat about her much less her family! Find something to do WITH YOUR OWN LIVES! In my book: this is all perversion.
  13. 1. The plane was thoroughly searched when it reached the ground, if I recall correctly dogs were even used and those wouldn't miss a hidden person. There's only so many places to hide on a plane anyway, was he supposed to crawl up into the overhead bins? 2. Something heavy enough left the stairs of the plane which caused them to spring back up and close and create the noted pressure wave. This effect was recreated in later tests. I don't see how this could be spoofed unless some other 200lb object was missing from the plane. 3. If Cooper did hide on the plane, he would have had to have thrown out the parachutes and briefcase or kept them with him and later escaped with them. He would have to take the parachutes off, and untie anything secured by the ropes from the chute he dismantled. If planning on not jumping, would he really have bothered to go through the charade of cutting up the other chute? Then he would have had to either throw out the money as well, or go back several years later to plant some in a place where it was likely never to be found, but was. Good answers. Ive wanted to come back to this since the question was posed. In addition to the dogs etc at Reno a tactical team was waiting, monitoring the plane, and ready to intercept Cooper and take Cooper out if necessary. They watched the plane come in and land and boarded the plane rather quickly, however, immediately on landing crew members went to the back of the plane against direct orders, and searched and found no occupant - and they reported their finding. That is in the transcript. The reason the F106s could not get a clean constant radar fix on 305 was because they could not stay behind 305, they had to keep diverting flying S patterns just to stay behind and above 305, and their nose radar cones were so narrow they had a difficult time keeping the 727 in their radars for any length of time, to intersect coverage during a possible bailout time. It became a different situation when the T33's took over but by then Cooper had bailed (if the pressure bump indicates when he bailed). Presumably, no ground radar ever picked up Cooper bailing, or was noticed, so far as has ever been made public. There are several suggested explanations for that - see prior Snowmman posts. There is no direct evidence that Cooper bailed, at least not so far. The money at Tina Bar does not prove Cooper bailed. So far nothing directly connecting Cooper to the ground has been found or announced. Portions of the Transcript have been redacted. There was a supposed communications gap which the Transcript reflects. And the FBI is not going to release all of the evidence it has (for obvious reasons). Nevertheless, in addition to the one search conducted by the crew at Reno, it is very likely other visual searches/explorations were made by the crew immediately following the 'pressure bump', trying to determine if "our friend" was still on board. These are not the actions of a crew involved in a cover up. The body of evidence involving lots of neutral parties seems to support the idea Cooper bailed and this hijacking was not a test or a govt conspiracy of some kind ... The question is notgoing away. More will probably be said about this later as new evidence surfaces. Can there still be new evidence in this old case? \ Yes.
  14. I came to the thread looking for information about the possibilites of the survival of the jump and to contact OLD Timers to see if any one remembered the man I knew as my husband who confessed to the crime. I still have never seen a parachute in person. I was looking to find out what the items Duane had in his possession could be as the man I sold them to at a garage sale after Duane died told me they were parts for a parachute. The thread evolved from that simple exploration and I will say the DZ member have been very courteous and helpful with that. What is happening now - is media is in the thread and raping it for anything they can acquire...and how it will be use only one can guess. You came to this thread or you created the initial thread ? Lets keep it correct please , now..you came here for information , did you expect to pay the good people here at DZ.com for that information or was it given freely ? I know the answers to these questions so please refrain from suggesting others are doing something you have been doing for years. Jo and Quade founded this thread - as I understand it. Jo has reminded us of this fact countless times and rules the roost here, in addition to her prolific extra-cirricular activities outside of this forum. . Maybe 377 knows more. Like Bruce, Jo does not hesitate to assert (intrude) herself whether people like it or not. Jo is one of those 'special' people you must take seriously if only for her threats and the games she plays with people, if you value your peace or your privacy. She is probably trying to find out who you are, right now so she can 'neutralise' you. Jo can switch back to innocence and supposed normalcy in a flash, telling people to calm down and reminding us she is 'blond'. To say Jo takes Liberties, is the understatement of the whole "Cooperphelia" !
  15. yeah, the Air America 727 jumps were S/L. Anyone who had seen them or knew of them would figure you could just pull right off the stairs and it would be roughly the same, not much freefall. Halo/freefall experience would help but a paratrooper or smoke jumper wirth only S/L jumps could do OK. 377 By the same token, anyone sitting in an airport watching humans board a 727 up the rear stairs could put 1+1 together and conclude the same thing, plus not know how to get the magic stairs open which satisfies another evidentiary point. Now: assuming a population of 3 billion on the planet and say 20,000 special forces people worldwide (people with parachute training) the probability of your scenario is 1 in 6.6667E6 or roughly (one in 7 billion). The probability of my scenario is nearly 100%. These are non weighted oppotunistic probabilities. The math speaks for itself. If your car suddenly goes missing do you automatically assume a NASCAR driver must have stolen it, after reading the Dan Cooper comic? What is at stake here is ordinary vs. extra-ordinary. Something specialists at this blog are unwilling to even admit to. So enjoy your dreams -
  16. Ditto. Miss him a lot actually, especially now. We had a real FBI Coopernut right here on our twisted forum and he was chased off. Larry actually doesnt blame any one person for his departure, but I think diplomacy and good manners continued to influence his position. We all have our suspicions as to what actually led to his departure and who instigated it. We have lost two really great assets here, Snow and Ckret. We muddle along without them but who knows where we'd be were they still here? I'll bet we'd have more substantive discussions and less Lord of the Flies stuff. 377 Well actually, FOUR LEFT! But since you insist it was two, let it be 2.00000000000031459. If you had left when you had the opportunity it would have been five and Gwlen would have joined.
  17. Your thoughts are very accurate and representative of reality, so far as I have come to know this case. The Cooper case is elsewhere, waiting.
  18. 377 Now I SEE the connection to Blevins and Jo ! Historical reconstruction. (for those with failing memory)
  19. Okay I will try but I doubt I will be heard. First I have to go pull a file - the one with the dated inventory list the FBI left in the DNA when they returned it. July 1998: Since you mentioned July 1998 you have to be FBI or someone privey to my files - because that is the date of the letter sent to me by the FBI. This letter states the KNOWN prints of Duane were compared with fingerprints associated with theis investigation. They do NOT state the source of the prints they have for Weber, but Agent Carr would later claim the source to be the McNeil prints (that is in the thread). Yet, as late as March of 2000 they claimed Weber was NOT at McNeil. March of 2000 The FBI had NOT retrived DNA or prints from Weber in my possession, nor did they ask me when he may have provided prints such as a recent DUI or arrest they may have been unaware of. I could have provided 2 such occassions. One being in around 1980 in Ft.Collins, Co. and the other being Pensacola, Fla 1990. Another source would have been in between 1975 to 1977 in Jacksonville, Fl. He was arrested for drunk driving and he had gun in his possession. Obviously his prints did NOT come up as an ex-con on the above arrest. It was March of 2000 when the agent of record STATED that Duane was not in the ARMY and that he WAS NOT at McNeil. I took him to task on that right then and there because I held in my hands the Army record and the McNeil Island Prison records. This agent who had been the agent of record immediately EXCUSED himself and said he would call me back. He did call me back eventually. This time he told me that Duane WEBER only passed thru McNeil and he would explain no more to me. Then they told me the ARMY number belonged to a WAVY GREEN and NOT to Duane Weber. I told him they had had that information since 1997 when they came to my home. I can't remember the rest of it without going back to my notes of that day. I was Hopping mad and got on the phone and called a young man who had helped me with the research. He wanted to do an article and I told him what had happened and that summer of 2000 the article appeared in the U.S. News and World reports. This letter dated July of 1998 states the prints (which they obviously did NOT have from the subsequent conversation in 2000) were compared to prints found on the plane and on other matter subseqently related to this matter. It states that NO further investigation is being conducted by the FBI concering Duane L. Weber. Now how could the compare prints in 1998 that they had NO knowledge of in 2000....GIMME a BREAK Mr. FBI AGENT. NO one but me has the copy of that damn letter the FBI sent in 1998 - so you are FBI. Pick up the DAMN phone and call me or get on a plane and come see me. I wil get the rest out of storage and then you can see just how fowled up all of this is. Jo what you and Blevins have here - is a religion. Nobody can argue with that. You need to be in a relgion forum!
  20. There were dental bills for Duane following the 1971 incident. I do not know when he lost the lower front teeth and never ever saw him without his bridge in place. You do realise Duane had congenital PKD. Duane unquestionably carried the genetic markers for PKD, even as a fetus. Conceivably, the saliva swab from Cooper's tie may show the genetic markers for PKD, or not. It may likewise show any number of other genetic markers significant - yes? ! These are markers totally independent of the 13 loci US-CODIS system, the FBI uses and derrived its "partial" from. These additional genetic markers can be tested for in the saliva swab. Eventually they will be tested for if they havent been tested for already. Such markers can be used to separate out prospective suspects over-and-above the small CODIS loci system the FBI has a partial from. Did you pause to think about that when advancing Duane as a suspect int his case! ? Of course you didn't. And the same damned thing applies to any suspect, including Blevin's and Porteous' KC! It is not good to try and fool Mother Nature. All suspect promoters are going to lose this battle sooner or later, on genetic grounds alone.
  21. She (Jo Weber) doesnt care - Blevins doesnt care either. They are both armoured with the conviction that there are some things in Life not worth knowing about - caring is first on the list. It's full steam ahead and damn the torpedos, The only issue is to sink everyone and everything in sight. Then you get your pill and can sleep! Then you get fame.
  22. All they know for sure about Lynn is that he loosely fits the physical description, had no jump experience, apparently no relevant criminal record, lived in the geographical region, and happened to share a common last name with that of the hijacker's alias. Based on that, it is reasonable to conclude that they won't be putting many resources into this. I will post the below and be done with this. Once again, I direct people to what looks like a large scar medial just above his eyebrows on his forehead. I wonder where he picked that up and when - car accident? Maybe he did have a car accident. Good luck.
  23. Georger says: 'GOOD! That means I can skip your post. I always skip the salesman or self promoter with the most italics!.' But you didn't, did you? (*laughs*) I don't need to hand you the shovel. You keep bringing your own. New photos added ... better take a look vs. manifestos and bickering -
