Okay. I will wait for the FBI to make a statement, then. If it's true they are dropping the case then they will probably say so before long, especially if it is true they are being contacted by local news media. I expect there to be a statement by March of next year. Maybe in two stages. So go ahead with your holiday shopping, dont hold up feeding the dog, and by all means dont stay awake until March of 012 waiting! You will miss the "trilogy". uh-oh! just realised Im sounding like Knoss! Oivey! What Im saying folks is I think there's more coming down the pike even if LD was Cooper. To me, LD looks like the first man in history to be pregnant! Maybe he really did need cash! That interests me; probably Curtis also.

Some parts of Marla's story are a strange match to Kenny Christiansen. Two men, disappearing over Thanksgiving weekend when they were supposed to be at dinner elsewhere. . Isnt that a coincidence. Innumeracy. Independent invention ?
-
“He (Eng) told me that he will be closing down the case after the findings are reported regardless of whether they find a match or not,” she said.
-
These statements shall be checked in the light of day, as well. And your upcoming article. Confirm everything or forever hold your peace. Otherwise, it enters the realm of Never-Never Cooper Land and will be shown as same. In other words, publish confirmed facts and stand behind them, or forget it. Contrary to the claims on your website, you HAVE no students, Bruce. You ARE the student. And brother, you could use a Sylvan Learning Center for Journalism right about now. Prove me wrong. I would like to see a pro article. I have not given up on you yet. This advice comes to you from a guy who has published nearly 500 illustrated articles for Newsvine/MSNBC since March of 2007. Just saying. I may not have a journalism degree, but I'm not stupid, either. If you want to do an article, don't go for sensationalism or cheap hits. This gets you a bad rep. Verify your statements and facts with solid sources and publish what you got. Cheap junk doesn't last and has diminishing returns, sort of like beating your kids...

Gobblewobble? Really? Proof please, or at least a real comment. Mighty small and empty comment for such a long post I made there. But as usual, you addressed exactly ZERO of the issues I raised in that comment. Typical...disappointing...but expected. Ok. Next time Ill use smoke signals. Je n'ai rien à davantage dire.

Theory? Again Mr. Thomas. Wait and see what happens.

Hmm. Usually the case agent will not answer questions or talk to outsiders by phone. This is generally handled by the assigned media agents. However, Marla could have met with him. Or Ng could return a phone call, perhaps. I have seen absolutely nothing actually linking LD Cooper to the hijacking except what Marla says about it. NOTHING. NADA. ZILCH. 'Looks like the sketch?' Bing Crosby looks like the sketch. Richard Floyd McCoy...Cooper impersonators at Ariel...proves absolutely nothing. Don't you guys question ANYTHING Marla says or do you just go along with it? And what about the money found on Tena Bar? Marla claims LD jumped over Three Sisters, Oregon. If I tried to push off a story such as hers on this thread with as little evidence as she has presented, I would be (rightly) laughed off the site. A couple of months ago, when she tried that comic book routine on Good Morning America, many of you laughed about it, plus the other factors that didn't match the facts. Now you call her the Cooper Queen. No proof required for membership. I say 'where's the beef?' and it is seriously lacking. Present three pieces of solid evidence that do NOT come from a family member that link LD to possibly being Cooper. One is free. He looks like the sketch. Now you are down to two. Georger says in part: No. I said I believed it was planted by the hijacker. But that's strictly an opinion based on the limited amount of information available about the money find. I will wait to see if the FBI actually dismisses the case. If they do, it won't be because they've solved it, unless they know something we don't. It will be because they no longer care to expend resources on it. Do you see what the Symposium actually accomplished, besides a lot of mutual back-slapping? Nothing. All that happened to some of you is that your natural skepticism about the case and your objectivity went down the drain. One of the big reasons I skipped the symposium was because I had no need to preach to the choir. Most of the folks in attendance had already heard the KC story. And it isn't you I have been really trying to convince that we (Skipp, me, staff of AB) might be onto something. It was the general public. And that is still where we are regarding Cooper and KC, or even if KC was NOT Cooper. That is the one big difference between my presentations on KC and the claims of others. I don't say for sure that KC was the guy, because frankly...I don't know for sure. It's about the truth, nothing else is important. Sounds like some of you got Marla'ed. (*laughs*) Ask for proof besides an old photograph and the word of a family member or two. It's NOT enough. And I shouldn't have to be saying this. All of you know it already. You just forgot about it or something. For the first time ever on this thread, two things have happened. One, I suddenly think I could be one of few remaining with some common sense left. Two, I am highly disappointed with some of you. No kidding. It's like the Symposium was really an alien device that sucked the intelligence out of attendees' brains the minute they walked out the door. This is the funniest batch of gobblewobble you have ever spewed. If the FBI closes the case you can apply to compete for cult leader in the Kenny fringe movement. So, keep your rattlesnakes and charms sparky - dont bail out yet! You can mortage Adventure Books and your old shotgun. Hang in there boopy. There is a God!

BULL SHIT! LAUGHABLE!

QuoteJerry, are you saying the FBI is throwing in the towel? reply] Yes. Its been rumored (in the works) for some time. That is one of the reasons Galen hasnt published yet. I personally believe Tom and Gray heard the rumor some time ago also. Gray knew he had to get published before the end of 011! Tom ? Gray pushed for a symposium to close it all out, but also to spur new public interest near the 40th. There are people who want this turned over to the public in-total with the case legally closed. I am surprised 377 is feining lack of knowledge? Not surprised at all JT was caught unaware - xx have been living with this distinct possibility for almost two years. This is the reason (for those who wondered) why all efforts on my part suddenly stopped in the early Spring of 011. Its not definate but it is a distinct possibility. Let's wait and see what happens but dont be surprised or disappointed if the case is closed and the matter is pushed into the public sector as a cult affair. It may be time to move on.

JT says it got there via wing dams. Damn. Tom has a long winded superflulous way of saying he doesnt know, as follows: The money find on Tena Bar is complicated. The rubber band experiments allow less than a year for the money to become entombed in the sand. The money continues to resist all natural explanations for how it arrived on Tena Bar. The story behind the money may be as big as the Cooper story itself. There is no hard evidence that Cooper died in the jump so it remains a primary debate. If Cooper walked out of the woods, there would certainly be easier ways to explain the money if human intervention was involved. Blevins says it was buried by the Boston Strangler and Momar Gadafi, but he cant prove it. I say "eh".

Hey Georger, Marla included the radios because she likes me. She made them Midland 5 watt units because she like Blevins. The Dan Cooper comics inclusion was obviously for Snowmman, who may have been lurking at the symposium. How can I be sure the guy I know really is Snowmman? I didn't see Marla incorporating any of your favorite Cooper things. 377 yep, keep examining chicken intrals and dog poo, and them that doo. Its the religious experience that counts! when you find fire and the wheel, be sure to let the world know - eh.
-
Could not have said it better, myself - THEY and THEM will be back with their monoliths and radios soon to correct mistakes made with Homoerectus. The forum and Citizen Sleuths should now turn their attentsun to predicting the date. Its all in the wing dams and radios! http://archive.ncsa.illinois.edu/Classes/MATH198/tow nsend/math.html http://sci-toys.com/scitoys/scitoys/radio/radio.html

Im waiting on the last clue from you - everyone else's explanation? who (everyone else)? Are you talking about Jerry and Blevins? Who is this "everyone else". Your Honor - objection. He's badgering the hippopontamus and the homeless guy. BTW, you knew it was Tosaw represented the Ingrams, eh? Tosaw got some bills. 88s

If an Army COE hydraulics engineer put that in a report.. he needs to be fired. Remember now.. I lived on my boat in marinas just upstream and just downstream of Tena Bar... on both sides of the Columbia. I have spent a LOT of time on that stretch of the river and I can asure you that the tide does not affect the river as much as does water release from Bonneville Dam and the water entering the river from rain or snowmelt. The Columbia does not flow upriver there as it does a little 60 miles downstream where my property is on Puget Island. The tide can make the river rise a foot or so BUT... it does not flow upriver as it stacks up against the ocean water coming into the estuary from the Pacific. he didnt say it the way Jerry is portraying it - he stated it as one option among several, trying to cover the obvious largest options including the Lewis option which he said was untendable. When he mentioned the Washougal he also set conditions and said the money would have had to arrive by some means within 10 feet of the Washougal, because the Washougal was no more than 10 foot out of its banks in 1979, the last time the Washougal flooded. 1978 was a severe drought year. 1978 broke in late December with heavy rain and flooding into 1979. It is this fact that leads H and his colleagues to say 'the money had only been at Tina Bar for a year prior to discovery'. They are basing everything on a Washougal washdown in 1979 when the Washougal was 10 feet out of its banks. If there is a weakness in the report its a failure to mention-examine minor hydro scenarios. They were evidently looking for large hydro events to explain the deposit, not a combination of smaller events stretched out over time, and they had rejected the dredge deposit scenario for some reason. Tom might have a different feeling he gets from the report, but this is how I read it. Actually, if there is one central fact about that report (and Palmer's recitation of the same scenario), it is they really could not define one single cause with certainty. Palmer is much more adamant in his recitation of the Washougal theory, than the COE hydrologist is. That is clear. Tom says Palmer came up with the Washougal theory first, I say another did - Im not sure who is right because there was a third person who also issued a report. The dates on the reports seem to favor Palmer being first ??? But Palmer was almost strident in his 'proclamation' of the Washougal theory to the extent he got a rather strong reaction against his assumptions from several agents when he presented his ideas. One agenr in particular basically told Palmer he didnt believe him. But Palmer's assessment became the official version in Portland, at least. The agents that disagreed with Palmewr were at the Seattle office. Let me finish with this - Palmer seems to want to explain not only the arrival of the money at Tina Bar, without saying anything about hydrology between T-Bar and the Washougal, he even takes on the condition of the money saying the money "rolled" to its location, which he says accounts for its condition. This sort of oberkill 'guessing' on Palmer's part brought several agents laughter and challenged him openly. The agents were polite but wondered if something other than rolling mightbe involved, in explaining the money's condition. Its like Palmer was trying to accomplish too much given his position (and range of expertise), and caused several agents to react negatively. Another problem is, one of Palmer's areas of expertise was in the area of sediment erosion (beach sediment flow and erosion). For example, he was deeply involved in sediment flow and erosion issues after Mt St Helens blew. His Tina Bar work doesnt say anything (so fara s I know) about sediment flow or erosion over time, at Tina Bar. I find that unusual. If there was anything he should have said something about, even a brief few comments, beach erosion at the money site, should have been in his report. (Tom has a slightly different view of this than I do based on a different vita for Palmer than I have. Galen Cook has also done research on these matters, actually hired several hydrologists one of which knew Palmer, so Galen has his own set of facts he thinks hold up, so far as the Palmer report is concerned). It is note quite as 'cut-and-dried' as Jerry Thomas is trying to portray it.

I think the chances of a thief tossing serious money out is nearly zero. There has to be another explanation as to how the money got to Tena Bar. It's just an opinion, but I've represented a lot of criminals and not one of them would have let go of $5800 in hard cash to send a message. They'd find another way. 377 Why couldn't the money have just "dropped from the sky" near the Fazio's property and then "migrated" over to Tina Bar in the normal course of water flowing, wind blowing, etc.? Or, been deposited at T_Bar during the 1976 tornado that ripped right through the drop zone depositing things miles in every direction?
-
So: wing dams across the river deflected approx 2-1/2 bundles of wet bills all the way across the river (under water or on the surface?), and the tide pushed the package up tens of feet inland on the beach to the tide line? Do I have this right? Was this in the Corps of Engineers' report? Attached is a map of the wing dams closest to Tena Bar, with pink boxes around them.
-
well you should be able to estimate it. btw F = ma. (force equals mass x acceleration) You claim/Fazio's claim the tide deposited the money, as found. In order for that to happen forces have to be applied to leverage (float/push/pull/suck/ etc) the money into position, as found. Correct? So having some idea of the weight of the money is required in order to back engineer and estimate what forces/vectors could produce the intended result (bundles as found) The question is straightforward. Can the tides and current alone account for the deposit, as found at Tina Bar? You say yes but cant show us how. Tom says no, and cant show us how! Maybe Blevins or 377 can help out here.
-
Get back on subject - answer the question.
-
Jerry. Answer one question: How much did the Ingram bundles weigh? $5800 in bills wet + sand and muck + semi cemented. (Brought onto the beach with the tide prior to discovery; found on the tide line.) This basic question has never been asked (to my knowledge) in the entire history of this thread. Nope. Never. Never answered since not asked. Not addressed by Kaye, Gray, 377, or Carol either. Here is your opportunity to shine like a meteor. Answer the basic question.
-
Funny Georger, but don't kill our Kumbaya Facebooky Woodstocky vibe, OK? We have a few ecstasy pills left over from the Symposium. Should I send you a few? 377 If you stuck to facts and read the thread and stopped grandstanding, it would e helpful.

soh? we have been down this road before 10 million times. H wasnt at the bank was he!? He never saw the money firsthand, did he. The list of what H did not personally witness but seems to be some expert on goes on and on and on. H doesnt own this case and he never did! H didnt unwrap the found bundles at the Ingrams apartment, did he? The officials and mother of Ingram we talked to were there in person. Brian's mother is a very observant lady with a very solid memory. H wasnt there with the Ingrams in their apartment. Where is a paper band in the found money to have the paper band artifact auctioned off? None exist is the answer. As to the Fazios, even H says frags at 3 feet, buried. A dozen others agents say buried frags. Still others say and even document frags buried under Palmer's top "active working layer" about the size of a quarter. That layer is how deep - you tell us? I know. Tom knows. If the Faxio were kjeeping daily watch on ther beach why didnt they (or others) beat the Ingrams to the find? The Faxio werent keeping daily watch on their beach with each tide, is the answer ad that is a fact. The Faxzio's report is "incomplete" which is more believable and fits the bell curve of normalcy.. witnesses cant convey more than they know! And nobody ever asked them to know! Why all the quilt on their parts you imply? Did they plant the money? Did one of them find Cooper that night? Lastly, if H and the Fazio know the facts of this matter so well why cant they tell us how the money got to Tina Bar? They say it came up with a tide suddenly. Explain to us the mechanics of how that can happen there in January of that year? These are only a few of the questions to be ansered. The list is long but concise and specific. Lets wait for further answers people think they have and stop preaching the empty vessel of obedience to some script you have never published for the world to even know and abide by! You are too personally invested in this whole matter, is what I think. I have communicated that to you since meeting you.

From CKret's past post...see above. Several years back Carr called one of the bank guys up (again) and suddenly got a new story - this caused Carr to call Brian who called his mother etc etc etc etc - because Brian doesnt remember squat - this is all coming from his mother - net result was: no evidence of papers bands on any of the bundles ever. The money was pulled from a separate stack which had no paper bands - just quick applied rubber bands ... made by that company Kaye likes to quote. (melt transition for those bands is ~69 degrees Farenheit. Keep that in mind). eh? me croyez-vous ? Hey guys! The Symposium is over. You can drop all the social media pretenses! Take a deep breath for Christ's sake! This isnt Olympus or if it is Ive got a prediction for Priam.
-
\The Fazio's also remembeed the money shards at the high water line and relayed this to Larry Carr and me in 2009. . Strange. Fazios told Bruce and others - no money shards, anywhere. Ive got an idea. How about sodium Thiopental for everyone. Im not saying anyone is lying. I would never-ever say that. Im just saying yawl arent recalling your stories right. You arent dedicated!
-
each band a different color. Red. Blue. Green. White. Manilla. Vanilla. Poipul and Ehple. As long as we're making stuff up lets say: titanium bands. Jerry: Call Ingram and get this straight. Brian has had extensive conversations with Carr about this - Carr has had extensive conversations about this. Or, you showmen can just read the thread. Happy Hollywood.

How about "microfilmed"? you reveal too many secrets!
